I have a report designed based on the historical inventory valuation and I would want to introduce a date range parameter instead of using the Period as is with the standard Acumatica forms. I have the report date field selected via the filter but when I run the report on data is extracted.Has anyone worked with an inventory valuation report where one can draw the date parameter range instead of using a period?

I have received this error with currency translation worksheets :  Line #1 has an unexpected CurrencyInfoID or the wrong CuryID of the linked CurrencyInfo entry and cannot be saved. Please report this situation to your Acumatica support provider.

Hello,How to disable or hide the “Tools” menu (top right) for non-admin users in reporting / data views ?We have already tried the following without success: Removing access via roles, including Customizer and other non-admin roles Restricting access to related system screens (Customization, Snapshots, System tools, etc.) Verifying screen rights and form-level permissions in Access Rights by Role (SM201010) Despite these restrictions, the “Tools” menu is still visible for users who should not have access to it (even if they cannot open all underlying screens).Our questions: Is there a standard way to completely hide or disable the “Tools” menu based on roles? Is the visibility of this menu hardcoded or controlled by a specific permission or feature flag? Is a customization required to hide it, or is there a recommended best practice? Any guidance or clarification would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance.

How to remove bottom border for my custom field?  

Is it best practice to uncheck the Active box for old per diem schedules or should it not matter since the start/end dates dictate which one populates on new expense reports anyway? (The problem with making them inactive is when you go to look at old expense reports, the location description disappears in the upper section and you have to go to the per diem tab to see it.)

Does anyone know what the limitations are when creating a pivot table from a generic inquiry in 2025R2? I’ve reviewed the help file on https://help.acumatica.com/ but it does not mention limitations.  It appears that I can make a pivot view from one of the Generic Inquiries that ships with Acumatica (eg BI-ARInvoices).But once I create my OWN Generic Inquiry, I can’t seem to get to the configuration screen after attempting to do the below steps. I wondered if the pivot wouldn’t work with a generic inquiry that had aggregate functions, so I removed the grouping and the COUNT and SUM functions from my query to get a more flat result set.Even doing that, after clicking Create (step 4 in the image) , the screen does not respond. The configuration screen never appears.The source Inquiry, for reference, is exclusively pulling from the ARInvoice DAC.No Aggregate No Grouping Thank you for any ideas!

Hello, I generated a Purchase Order for a Production Order from the Critical Materials screen. I can clearly see the demand with the Production Order # listed on the Purchase Order. I wanted to know if there was a way to receive the Purchase Order and directly issue it to the Production order from the receipt screen. In our legacy ERP, we were able to buy directly to Production Order without having to receive it into inventory and then do a material transaction like in Acumatica. I’m looking for some way to lower the amount of steps that it takes to purchase and issue out items to a production order for our team. If you need more context let me know. 

Hi AllI’m looking for some advise on the best path to take to update a database an re-deploy an Acumatica instance.My scenario is as follows:The deployment is PCS, it was initially started with a database, let’s call it ‘DB’ and Acumatica 2019R1. There was then a change in company and it was decided to create a new database, let’s call it ‘DB2’ and we deployed Acumatica 21R2.‘DB’ and ‘DB2’ are hosted on the same server, let’s call it ‘SRV1’‘DB2’ and the Acumatica instance were then upgraded over the years and we are now at 25R1 and ‘DB’ was left as is with 2019R1 for archival data. The 2019R1 instance can still be accessed as the site files still exist. Currently, 2019R1 is not able to be supported on any modern browser so the database - ‘DB’ will need to be upgraded.I can spin up a server to accomodate the upgrade of ‘DB’ from 2019R1 to 25R1 as I have the various Acumatica installers required.Where I would need clarification is when I have to restore ‘DB’ to ‘SRV1’ and deploy a new in

I found the CR401000 screen in the site map, but I’m assuming I need to add a param for NoteID which no screens seem to expose. Do I need a customization to expose the field and add the side panel?

Hi everyone, so i want to create user and role by Import Scenario, i successfully import the username for the user but when i try lo login with the username and password, i can not login and also the role that i already set up/mapping it not read it by system, there is a wrong mapping for my import scenario? I put my mapping bellow, please help me to look it out, i really appreciate your helps.Here is the user that successfully imported but not for the role 

I would think it would be a standard feature but I had to have my check stub customized to display the project ID.  The issue I am having now is that the project I and reference number are not in sync. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Our invoice form contains a gif with our address that has a typo in it.  I would like to replace the image.  However, when I go into report designer, click on the image (which is a picture box) the properties, Data  shows “Database” and I cannot determine where that image would be located. (see screenshot attached)   Does anyone know how to find and change a database image in a form in report designer?  At the moment I am working with form SO643000 but would have to make the same change in a few other forms.  Any feedback would be helpful.

Good afternoon,I was curious if there is already an option or if its at possible...to be able to enter the invoice number of a customer directly on the payment screen to pull up their information to enter a payment?If there isnt, has there been discussion about possibly adding that feature to make it even easier to access a customer’s account on payment entries?

Hello, I have just started exploring commissions in ACU. As a first step I wanted to clear out all prior period commission calculation since you cannot calculate when past periods are open. I have noticed that my commissions calendar does not extend to current periods and ends in a prior fiscal year. I looking to understand how to extend the calendar to current periods and beyond?  

I’m trying to add a fieldset on the Bills and Adjustments screen after the ‘columnFirstSummary’ fieldset. However, the only way I can get this to work is to physically remove the fields/fieldset and then re-add them in a separate div. This isn’t bad, but if the fields change in the future I’ll obviously have to update the customization any time it does. Is there a more futureproof way to add this fieldset in the same column? After the upgrading to Acumatica 2025 R1, on the Bills and Adjustments screen, when we enter a Vendor and Project ID and click Add Receipt Line, the system shows all the receipt lines for that vendor across all Projects.Earlier, it used to show only the receipt lines related to the selected project.Is this a change in 2025 R1, a setting/ configuration issue, or a bug? is there a way to restore the old behavior?

I have tried different methods for this case. I could change the lookup using an attribute, but for manual entry and for the Prev/Next/Last buttons, it doesn’t work. When I write e.NewValue = null or e.Cancel, or throw some exception in FieldUpdating/FieldVerifying, in some cases it returns an error, but the record still gets displayed. I tried using a Current Document delegate to change and add restrictions and also wrote a restriction attribute, but these options didn’t work either.

Hey all!I want to understand how the dead stock inquiry is calculated. We are in a manufacturing setting so our consumption of inventory are “issues” instead of sales.  How is the “dead stock quantity” and the “In dead stock (Days)” calculated?  Thanks for your help!
