I created a generic inquiry that is a custom WIP report that pulls data from the construction module -PMProject and PM Budget Tables.  I wanted to add a column that shows payment made to date for each project.  To avoid it duplicating the contract amounts etc for every invoice, I create a separate GI that just provides a list of Active projects ID, Description and total amount paid to date.I added the GI above to my tables for the WIP report but what I can’t figure out is how to link them in the Data field Links for Active relation window.   The parent field is would be contractID but in the child field there are no options for the GI Table.  I tried just ContracID or picking the PMProject.ContractID field which is on the GI being used as a table but all I get is error messages.     

After I downloaded the example from Acumatica/Help-and-Training-Examples: Examples from the Acumatica ERP developer guides and training courses while I am running code, I get an error message. The type or namespace name 'PX' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)definitely I am missing the references which is clear, from where should I get these. here is the version I got installedAcumatica Cloud ERP 2025 R1Build 25.100.0054

I’m trying to convert the Generic Inquiry - Customer Summary to a MySQL statement. It seems GI only display MS SQL syntax even though I’m using MySQL as the tenant DB. I have everything pretty much working but I’m seeing more customer rows using a MySQL statement than what GI is returning with Preview. Our service technicians log into an appointment on their mobile device to start time on a service order.  The time starts when travel starts. Are there any settings that we can use to prevent a tech from starting time prior to a set time.For example if we have a case where a tech can’t be on a client site/service appointment until 8am  we don;t want them to be able to punch in to that appointment at 7am on their phone. We use the start/stop time for both billing and for payroll tracking.

We have a few questions around assigning Non-Stock items as consumable items in the Bill of Materials and the related account entry generation.I have outlined the scenario below that we need to cover. Create BOM. Assign the Stock and Non-Stock items. The purpose of adding a Non-Stock item is to account for inventory consumable items that do not need to be maintained in stock.Create a Bill of Material and assign both a Stock Item and a Non-Stock Item under the Materials tab. Create a Production Order and release it. Issue the materials. I can see both stock and non-stock items here. It allowed me to release the Non-Stock item in the Materials Issue form. From what I understand, since we assigned this under the Materials tab, the system is treating this Non-Stock item as material. I could be wrong.  Material Item issued.  COA Account behaviour. The system now creates a credit balance in account 20131 (Liability account) and transfers it to the Balance Sheet.I need to clarify the question

Hi All, Hoping to get some guidance on tenant snapshots, restoration & customizations.Scenario: need to update Test tenant with a Live tenant snapshot (full) that has customizations.Questions:Should the customizations be unpublished in Live before the snapshot is taken? I’m trying to refresh the screen AR303000 after I updated the customer status via REST-API. This is my API-Call (PUT):{ "CustomerID": { "value": "XXXX" }, "Status": { "value": "A" }}Right now the user has to manually refresh the screen to see the new status value. If the user changes the customer data without hitting refresh he receives an error.Is there any possibility to refresh the screen after the customer object is updated by the REST call? 

Hi there,Does anyone know how to skip the header when using “Process Export Scenarios” within the specific scenario?I am aware of the “Skip Headers” checkbox, but I’d like to make it so that the specific Export Scenario does not export with the header, as we have other Export Scenarios that require the header to be exported.For example, currently I need to select Skip Headers for this scenario, but it affects all scenarios, including scheduled ones. Thanks, 

Hey folks !I create SO Invoice by adding lines from a sale order.(I would like to invoice partially some lines of the sales order, So I created a new invoice, add the lines I wanted and change the quantity from 5 to only 1.)But after that, the status SOLine statut is automatically change to “completed” even if there is unbilled qty .Why ? I would to do multiple invoice from a same SO Order ? Thanks for your help.

I am missing something here to export tracking number from Acumatica to Shopify. My ERP field is TrackNumberand this is how I map the exportYet, I am not receiving the updated tracking number from Acumatica. I appreciate your recommendations on this topic. Thank you!

We have a situation where a B2B shopify order gets sync’ed into Acumatica from Shopify.  The order is on terms (IE - Net 30) so no payment records comes with the shopify record.   Shopify order is fulfilled inside Acumatica and Invoice is generated for sales order.  Some time later, customer pays the invoice and invoice is closed in Acumatica but the original order in shopify remains open instead of closed.   Is there a way to close that B2B (Terms) order in shopify when payment is completed in Acumatica?

I have a simple maintenance screen, where each record is a “Commission Rule”.The “Include If” field is a formula that will be built to return True or False, to determine if the rule should be “included” in commission pay. I’ve set up some dummy data, and have been able to get some sample values to show up in the “Fields” section. How can I populate the values for these variables at runtime with data from the current record being processed, and calculate the result? Can I? I’ve done a lot of digging in the source code, and I haven’t been able to figure it out. All the usages of the formula field in Generic Inquires and the Product Configurator seem way more complicated than what I’m attempting here.  

I created a custom setup screen with a DAC (**Setup) and SQL table. The CompanyID value stays, but all other values get cleared every time I republish the customization package. My DAC doesn’t currently include CompanyID (only in SQL).Why are my saved values being cleared after publish, and what is the correct way to handle CompanyID in a custom setup DAC?   

Hey does anyone have any import scenarios that are just simple to update stock item descriptions from an excel provider? Here is what I have so far, it should just be look up the inventory item, fill in the description, and save. But for some reason, I keep getting errors saying  Error: The [InventoryCD] identifier is already used for another business account record (vendor, customer, employee, branch, company, or company group).

I’ve created a SQL view/dac that returns exactly the values I need for two text boxes in my Acumatica report.The main report already has multiple tables and relationships set up, and everything else is working correctly.However, when I add my view to the Relations tab (joining it to ARTran or other tables), it changes the results in other parts of the report — likely because of how the join is multiplying rows.What I need is: To use my view standalone, so it does not interfere with the existing report data. Pull values from the view into specific text boxes based on parameters (dates, etc.). Ideally, avoid creating joins that will affect the main dataset. Please guideThanks

When looking up a Location in forms like an Inventory Issue transaction, make it so that locations with inventory on hand show up first.  The current lookup in an inventory Issue sorts purely by Location which usually forces the user to filter on the on hand column.One idea I had was to add a check box at the top of the Location lookup screen that is labeled something like “On Hand Only” that is checked by default, which would filter the listing down to locations that have inventory on hand.Another idea is to just sort first by On Hand descending, and then by Location.This idea has been in my head for years, but a new customer that is about to go-live asked me about this today.

This formula has worked fine for months. Nobody has messed with it recently, but it suddenly doesn’t want to work. The printed form just spells out the formula text and doesn’t display the retainage percent being called. What could cause this to break itself?

I am looking to create a GI that will allow our users the ability to see their requests and pull information from the Requisition and/or Purchase Order that was generated from their request. I am running into some challenges and thought I would reach out to the community…1) Our Requisitions are created by our purchasing team, thus from a request to a requisition there is no insight into who the requisition was requested by only a created user. I do see that on the requisition you can look at the Request Details and see an Employee ID - does anyone know the DAC that link these? 2) Is there an ability to create multiple requisitions to one purchase order? I ask this because if this is the case, we could have a requisition that was requested by multiple users. As the information is merged together into one purchase order I need to provide the ability to show the multiple users their requisition and purchase order information.Overall, I am working on providing more insight for our users to
