Many Acumatica customers use Microsoft 365 collaboration platform (Teams, Outlook, PowerBi, Office, etc) together with Acumatica.  In this AI era, Microsoft has come up with Fabric, an Analyics platform, and Copilot as it’s AI engine.  What’s Acumatica’s strategy to facilitate these tools to its customers? 

When I upload materials into a BOM using the Load Records from File button. I initially see the costs both unit cost and planned cost but when I hit save they get zeroed out.  I then have to run Cost Roll to fix it.  I can’t figure out the right steps to prevent this from happening. I don’t want to have to run cost roll every time we make a BOM. Anyone else use this process for making BOM’s?

I’m trying to test some customizations in the new 2025 R2 Beta. Unfortunately, one of them requires a lookup in FSARTran -- which no longer exists.The Developer notes list it as a Removed Table, and DAC, but don’t suggest what we should use instead of it now. (which is kind of frustrating… removing a class without deprecating it, and then not mentioning in the notes what to do about it…? REALLY???)Does anyone have any idea?This is the code I need to replicate somehow in 2025 R2. Wondering if anyone is successfully using Bank feeds in Canada? Looking for strategies that work.  The client banks at BMO and BNC and we’ve had a hard time making connections to either. We’ve tried both Plaid and MX with no real success.  We did have a connection to BMO but using a bank card instead of normal account credentials but that has since stopped working. And at one point we were able to connect successfully using MX but the Refresh did not return any transactions on accounts that definitely had transactions.  Very frustrating!

Hi,So, I have been trying to build this GI for Qty on Hand for every MTH. The issues is that the INLocationStatus that I have Qty on Hand table has no date in it. So, I can’t get my every MTH Qty I need. And any time I join it with INTran in the Data Sources, the Qty multiples it.Is there any way I can go around this?   

I am getting this error on trying to approve time cards though mobile app. It works if I try to approve from the desktop site.

 I am getting  this error on branchid validation on different users. I have to restart the application in order to fix it.The problem the branch at the top ribbon just disappears 

Hello! We are looking to set up SSO for google. Did purchase the Advanced Authentication. To my understanding that this includes Active directory and other external SSO, Google and Microsoft SSO, two-factor authentication, and openid connect.Issue is we are missing the Google and Microsoft SSO in enable/disable features. And do not see the Google and Microsoft SSO in Activate License screen. Question is do we need to pay separately for the Google and Microsoft SSO license? What does the Advanced Authentication include?Thanks!

Hello, I added a new tab called Material to PJ304000.On the web, everything works as expected: InventoryID,Project and Project Task has a selector. However, in the mobile app, I don’t see all the fields and some appear empty.Here is the code. I can see my new tab:I can also see every field:The issue occurs when I try to add a new row in the mobile app: many fields are missing, and some of the visible ones can’t be changed. If anyone could help me, thanks in advance.

When scheduling a report template the option to add it to an existing automation schedule is provided and automation schedule conditions are added automatically, but the bracketing is missing and needs to be manually adjusted. Is this normal?  

How do I get a list of all contacts listed in Acumatica? We do not have the CRM module. 

Hi,We have a customer who added many customizations to the Submittal form, one of which is that they can add Stock Items to the Submittal. On the Submittal report, they want to list each Stock Item in a table design. Our issue with the table design is that the vertical lines don’t automatically adjust when a Stock Item has a long description, which leads to gaps in between the lines. Is there a way to format the vertical lines in a way that they adjust in height automatically based on the height of the row? Or is there an alternative design feature we can use (instead of lines)?Thank you.

Hi Team When I send an email using below actions> Purchase order> Print purchase order> send- When I click send I am getting only signature in the email body, however the subject line shows as expected. I am unable to reproduce the issue in another instance or local instance. 

We are looking at using ‘cases’ for a basic internal IT ticketing process.  I am trying to set it up so that users would send an email to a certain email address and it would auto open a case.  I have set the email up to do this, however how do I set it up so that internal users are the contact or requester? I would hope that the users name would auto populate from who sent the email.We would also like to see it put the Internal user in the ‘to’ section when we click on ‘create email’. Is this possible?

Good morning community,We are fairly new to the system and our data was transferred from Quickbooks. I have locations on accounts with different emails to send invoices to various departments. How do I assign emails to different locations instead of the main email address on the bill to.

I encountered an issue during the import process. Although the history shows that 80 lines were successfully imported, when I reviewed the Non-Stock items, only 7 lines appeared. Could you kindly advise on this matter? I appreciate your guidance and support in advance.

I can create a percentage of individual wages accounts to be shown as a % of Total Sales. However, my client wants the calculations to be different based on different areas and Im not sure if this can be done.For Example, we have 5 wages accounts and 3 Sales Accounts.Wages Regular  to be shown as a % of the  Sales Regular accountWages Casual  to be shown as a % of the Sales Casual AccountWages Supervisor, Wages Manager, Wages Clerical to be shown as a percentage of total sales. The accounts change throughout the report.  Is there a mechanism to do this within the ARM reports.I have tried using rowcode and baserowcode calculations but only get to a certain point.Any indications of how this should be setup would be most appreciated.Thanking you 

Hello! I want to send an automatic email to customers on December 1st to remind/teach them how to set up Fiscal Year for the next year. Is there a way to automatically send this email from the system if there is no event that triggers it? I thought about using Business Event but I can’t think any changes in the system that would process this, other than maybe when system date changes? But I’m not sure if that can be done with Business event.I also thought of Automation schedules, but I don’t have a screen ID to use that would cause this email to send… Any ideas? Thank you!

We have a lot of customers that have no recent activity, either open sales orders or invoices.  I know I could report on this by doing a group by GI with Customers, grabbing the max order date from SOOrder and the max invoice date from ARInvoice, but I really want to get this in front of the users both in the Customers GI as well as on the Customers screen.I see there is a “LastActivity” date in the Customers DAC, but it’s marked as Obsolete (we’re on 23R1, upgrading to 25R1 later this month).  Are there any other “In DAC” values that would help me avoid adding yet another set of joins (and the complexity of needing to group by the relevant customer fields) to the Customers GI?I’m going to post another thread in the Development forum about adding a DAC field, but before I write up a customization I wanted to see if I was missing something obvious already in the system.

Are we able to set up a Create Shipment automation schedule that creates a shipment based on the sched shipment date/request date earlier than the actual shipment date? Ex.Sched Shipment Date/Request Date is June 20th.We want the shipment to be created on June 18th with a shipment date of June 20th. So when June 20th rolls around, we just have our warehousing team confirm the shipment on its way out. I’d expect this to be easy to set up but seems as though this processing screen only works on the day of shipment? I must be missing something here.
