We are testing the modern UI in 2025R2, and are no longer able to drag a file from Windows Explorer on to an Acumatica screen and have it upload to the Files area.  When trying this, the file appears to go directly to the workstation's Downloads folder.So far, to make it work we have to click on Files, then drag and drop to that window.  This is a minor inconvenience, but I couldn’t find anything on it in the 25R2 release notes so wondering if we are missing something.  Anyone else seeing this or aware of documentation on the change?

I'm not sure if this is possible in the modern interface, but I wanted to ask.Currently, in the classic 25R2 interface, when a user creates an accounts payable invoice, the FIRST field they enter is "Vendor." Then, using the TAB key, they cycle through each field following the specific procedure we've requested. From "Vendor," the TAB key goes to "Date," then to the left, then to "Location," and finally to the middle column. See the image below of the classic 25R2 interface.A customization has been added to the fields to specify the order when the Tab key is pressed. But in the modern version, it's not working correctly. Could you help me with the parameters I need to use to make this work in the modern version?  In the Modern UI, if they enter "Vendor" first and press TAB, it just goes down that middle column and never back to the first column. We use the Shopify Connector for Acumatica and have run into a workflow question:If an item has already been synced with Shopify and we later decide to de-list it from Shopify (but keep it active in Acumatica), the usual step is to uncheck the "Export to external system" box.However, when we do this, the item in Shopify remains Active and continues to appear in the online sales channel. The only effect seems to be that no further changes are synced after that point—it does not change the Shopify product status (Active → Draft) or remove it from the online store.At the moment, it seems the only options are: Change the Acumatica item status to Inactive, or Manually change the item’s Ecommerce Visibility in Acumatica. Question:Is there a way to configure the Acumatica → Shopify integration so that when the "Export to external system" box is unchecked, Acumatica automatically sets the item to Draft or removes it from all sales channels in Shopify?Any insights, workarounds, or best practi

I need to perform some additional calculations on the results of a pivot table. How might this be possible? The goal is to come up with a value that is this formula:SUM(Invoice Total) / COUNT (Number of Invoice RefNbr values) for a given customer & time period.I am struggling to produce this number because of the limitations I am finding within Generic Inquiries.Similar/Reference posts:  Does anyone know if this is possible? I also see that other people are attempting to to aggregate functions as a product feature, so please upvote:  Thank you for any suggestions!

I am trying to add a custom field to the PO505000 (Create Purchase Orders) screen, but when I click the “customize existing screen” button in the project editor and then go to the screen to edit it, I am getting the error shown below: I have tried publishing the project after adding the screen but that has not worked. I have also tried removing the screen, publishing the project, and adding it back into the project but that has also not helped. Any ideas on things I can try would be greatly appreciated!

Hey folks - do we know if there is a way to create a mapping, without customization to default the Ship Via - or are we forever bound by the Shipping mapping on the Store Settings?i.e. when a new shipment method is created in shopify and we want to import an order the system errors out because the mapping to the ship via is not provided on the Store Settings. How can we default one ship via value?

I’ve been looking around and see that it should be possible to use the Create Purchase Order screen to create 1 PO from multiple Sales Orders lines.  But when I click the POs I want to combine, it creates multiple POs.  Is there a flag or setting somewhere that I may be missing.  The POs are for the same item and same vendor

I’m seeing the error message: [2025-11-19 12:17:33.647] Cannot delete C:\[tenant]\App_Data\TSScreenInfo\Company folder, lock.json is present, pid=21156, ppid=17096 I presume this relates to a fatal build error in the previous publish attempt, which aborted with an HTML Merge error. It seems like the lock.json is not deleted when the publish exits abnormally.I have to manually delete that file before I can Publish.The issue might go away if the HTML Merge error gets fixed in a new version, but it strikes me that the Publish ought to remove the lock file.This is with 25.200.0248.

So, I just build this GI. I want to show year to date for this year and last year.The formula for this year is working. The formula I have for this year is not working. Can I please get help if anyone has done this.This is my result now.

I was wondering if anyone has a work around for reconciling Balance Sheet accounts?  Our accountant likes us to reconcile all of our Balance Sheet accounts.  When we were using QuickBooks, this wasn’t an issue.  However, using Acumatica, this doesn’t seem possible.  Any suggestions?

We are trying to clean up old vendors from our list vendor but do not have a way to identify the VENDOR status without having to drill down and open each one which is rather inefficient and not as useful as “VENDOR” status.  This may be to do a user before my time messing with the generic inquiry schema or is that how everyone’s vendor report appears. We do have MASS EDIT option SELECTED and can INACITIVE the VENDOR(s) accounts all at the same time once we have the VENDOR STATUS column available in the GENERIC INQUIRY.Does anyone know our VENDOR GENERIC INQUIRY would have a column for CUSTOMER STATUS rather than VENDOR STATUS?  The Vendor status also does not appear in the list of fields that can be selected to be visible in the report edit options.  .

HelloWe’re having an issue with Canadian payroll and I’d like to know if anyone else has seen this, or if there is something we’re missing.We have a test employee who has maxed out on EI and CPP (tax reports confirm this), and when I process a subsequent regular pay run and compare the Federal Withholding Tax (FWT) and the Provincial Withholding Tax (PWT) to the Payroll Deductions Online Calculator, the amounts don’t line up. In Acumatica PWT is lower while FWT is higher. If I run the Online Calculator again and do not select the option for max EI and CPP having been reached, then the PWT matches what Acumatica calculates, but FWT is still out. In all standard pay runs I can get an exact match. We’re only seeing this now with maximums having been reached. I’ve gone through all setup and can’t see anything that seems like it would impact this.Appreciate any feedback anyone has on this! 

Hi all, I have my reverse and apply API working per this threadReverseInvoiceAndApplyToMemo via API | Community Issue is that when you try to Reverse an Invoice it defaults to the Fin Period it was created. Since that Period is closed it needs to be changed to the current Period.  I have tried adding "PostPeriod":{            "value": "122025"        }  or "FinPeriodID":{            "value": "122025"        }  to the payload but still Errors out    "PostPeriod": {        "value": "072025",        "error": "Error: The 07-2025 financial period is closed in the ABC company."    } Is this possible with the API?  How do I find the right field to pass? I can change the period in the UI and it works. Thank you all

If a user does not have any previous Time Clock entries created in the browser, the mobile app does not have an option to + Add a new entry.I’ve seen demos in YouTube that show a + button to start new entries.We checked settings and user rights.The user can create new clock entries in the browser, but not in the app.Any suggestions? Does anyone have a working Import Scenario to create a service order from a sales order? When the ‘Create Service Order’ action is executed through the UI, it redirects to the Service Order screen and the user has to press the Save button.  An import scenario that starts on the Service Order screen can populate the dialog box options but cannot press save. Another approach it to create a Service Order starting on the Service Order screen, but in this case there doesn’t seem to be any option in the User Interface to identify the source of the service order, which needs to be linked back to the Sales Order.  Even on a new Service Order, these fields are not editable.  The only way that I can find to create the linkage is using the ‘Create Service Order’ action from the Sales Order.I have reviewed several threads including this one.  While this seems to be on topic and is marked as Solved, I have not found a working solution.  If someone has been able to get this working, I would be grate

Is there a way to link manually create debit adjustments to the associated PO without using PO receipt feature?For example when reversing a bill it automatically links the PO and you can see this adjustment on the PO history tab on the PO. However when creating manually it seems to just link to the Bill directly and therefore when on the PO you may miss that there has been an adjustment made to the Bill.

When a user enters a sales order and selects some stock items, the Marked of PO check is defaulted to check.  The scenario did not occur for all items; not verified. I tested a few; see below.  It this setting?  Or something I can turn off.  I causes order processing confusion and errors; also you can create a shipment without unchecking the box.  (We do Dropships and Direct Import orders that do require a purchase order to be generated.Thank you for your assistance.
