line with zero cost did not appear when reclassify account

When I reclassify the journal transaction, the line with zero cost did not appear. Can I confirm that for zero cost item, we are not able to reclassify to another account? Or what can I do instead? thank you

 

Hello,

If you want to move this $0 transaction from one account to another, create a GL Journal entry and manually move it.

There are some transactions that cannot be reclassified. $0 transactions are not listed. Maybe this transaction meets the other criteria.
