When I create a PO, the line type is always Service and the Item is a Non Stock ItemI am not able to change itAny idea? 

Edit to Add: out of curiosity, I selected ‘Mark for Production’ and then deselected it and saved SO64 on Line 1. Line 1 now pulls to the shipment. This item has never been ‘mark for production’. Any idea why it would suddenly change? Inventory ID WS881830 shows as 16 available for shipping. SO64 has open quantity 16 and SO76 has open quantity 35. We are trying to ship SO64 but it is not pulling WS881830 onto the shipment even though it is showing as available. Allocation Details attached as well as a screenshot of SO64. Any ideas why this is happening? My only guess is that it has something to do with the allocation type but don’t know what drives those fields.  

We have a new implementation of Acumatica and are finding our way around.  We have noticed that it is possible to receipt a higher qty of items than was on the original PO, it seems like at least double or more.  How can we prevent or limit this?  On the vendor the max% is set to 100.  Surely it should not allow more than 100%?

Hello,      We are planning to upgrade our server’s hardware in the coming days.Per my previous experience, this would cause the “installation ID” change.Then if I have to apply the license, I have to firstly deactivate the previous deployment on the old installation ID.       But, right now, I can not find the deactivate button in customer portal.Is it not necessary anymore, or I have to go to a right place? 

Hello Everyone, As I am a newbie to the Fixed Asset module...i did a big BUBU...I uploaded a list of fixed assets but later was told that that is not the final list, so how can I erase the first uploaded list? or should I just override the existing list, is this possible? Thank you! Kind regards,mrivera67

Hello Everyone,I have come across this requirement where one of our customer has 4 branches in a company which have different legal requirement than the rest of the branches.I have currently created 4 different site map for these forms to be printed, however I cannot the change the default print setting which only print one Form for all 4 branches. I have tried to change this in Account receivable preferences however this changes it for all rest of the branches. I am unable to find any solution to this. I have considered the possibility of hiding using the visible expression however the forms are already very complex in its nature.Any comment or help would be really appreciated. 

Hello,     I accidently find pdf attachment size are 10 times different in size. like below, both are 1 page data. 1 is 128KB, the other is 4 kb.  I checked, both with the same setting “compress PDF file”, “embed fonts” So, I am just wondering, can anybody tell me what causes such differences.

I have a production order with 5 different OP IDs (0010 to 0050). In OP ID 0020, Part A is consumed. At OP ID 0040, it was discovered that Part A was not made correctly and it needs to be scrapped and replaced with a correct Part A. What’s the best way to go about solving this issue?

Hello! My operations team and I are currently restructuring our approach to our product inventory and are interested in utilizing the newest Template and Matrix item capabilities. We are trying to determine the best way to set up the templates - using "finished good", "component", or "sub-assembly". We are unclear if those 3 "types" are standard to Acumatica or if they were created (people who helped setup the system are no longer part of the effort so we have some open questions). Today the we have a a SKU that comes from the manufacturer with several items. The items can be sold by themselves or as part of the "system". Our challenge/concern is if we make all the individual SKUs a component then what constitutes a finished good? Should we make each of the items a finished good and then the kit would consist of say 2 finished good items?

For some reason when I expose the FS-ManufacturerModel GI to OData I cannot connect to it in excel.  This is the error I get: I was able to connect to the FS-Manufacturer GI without any issues.  We haven’t modified that GI so I’m not sure what could be causing the problem.

hi, I’m not able to get the opportunities owner’s email. If I join the CROpportunities with Owner tables, i will get the error - Operand type clash: uniqueidentifier is incompatible with int.Attached it the XML of the GI. Hope someone could advise how I can obtain the owner’s email from the opportunities. Thanks

Hello,      We recently have a direct upgrade from 2020R2 to 2021R2.After the upgrade, the customization projects show:"version of the default workflow in the customization project is not equal to the current version in system" On 4 screens, PO, SO, shipment, invoice.However, if I can “UPGRADE PREDEFINED workflow” button, the system show error1 time is : “The given key was not present in the dictionary.”another time is “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” How can I solve this, thank you.

I am looking to expand my profit and loss statement to include details for each of the expense accounts. I currently have my expenses grouped together and I am not sure how to show them all separately. For example, the salaries I have 10 g/l accounts for and everything is grouped together as salaries…. Does anyone have experience in customizing the P/L? Thank you! I appreciate any feedback!

Im having an issue enabling the AP document recognition service. It is an active license. But when I go to enable the license, I get an error that says: the feature cannot be enabled because the current license doesn't include the support of cloud services -  Any suggestions??Thanks!

Business Event History shows that the business events has no issues and the email notification subscribers also has no issues, but when I want to process the email, I could not find the email notification under Email Pending Processing. Hope someone can advise why and how can I fix it. thanks 

Hi Guys,Hope you are doing well..!I’m also facing same issue, I’ve added a annexure (Terms & Condition) page on AR Invoice “AR641000” format. but when I view report in PDF viewer or export to PDF then some content will cut off and content is fully printing on normal view.here is the condition and setting I've set on the group footer section part. Since Terms & Condition content is very long. so it should go to 2nd page. how we can solve this ? Groupfooter section setting
