Hi, we are adding a new subsidiary in the system and need to upload the open GL balance of both income statement and balance sheet. Is there any step by step guide that we can follow? Is there a template we can use? Any specific GLs that we cannot upload directly?

Hi,
Beginning balances can be loaded as a Journal Transaction entry or as a GL Trial Balance in the Finance module.
If you’re using Normal sign of the trial balance, there is one account you don’t post to, and that is YTD Net Income.
