Hi,I did one Customization related to Vendor Screen in 21R1(Build 21.113.0011)After publishing Package in Sandbox/Server Instance. Package got published Successfully.After opening an instance I am getting error like below{"Message":"An error has occurred."}Can you please help on this errorThanks.  

How to get the default value for the Transaction Period and Financial Period based on a date field entered and branch selector Hello,I have a customization form that I need to fill “Transaction Period” and company’s “Financial Period” by defult from a date field and the selected branch but I can not make it work. An ap quick check was produced for an employee as they were found as a vendor when the check was entered.  Which was kind of cool that you did not need to make up an employee and an employee vendor to reimburse out of payroll.However, if you go in and try to void that quick check you get an errorEmployeeID 101087 cannot be found in the system.note 101087 is part of the error as the employee id and not an error codehas anyone run into this issue. I have researched and cannot seem to find any issues beyond simple instructions to void a check

There is a “Weight Item” checkbox in the Stock Items screen in Acumatica 2021R2. What does this checkbox do?  

At times, a check is mis-printed for one reason or another (call it check # 1001).  If using pre-printed check stock, check # 1001 can no longer be used.  If you simply re-print and move onto the next check number (#1002) that works fine for getting the check to the payee.  Yet, the system does not recognize or capture the fact that check # 1001 was mis-printed and voided or shredded.  A Controller or Treasurer wants to account for missing checks.  Other systems I know allow you to enter a Void Check by simply going into Checks and Payments-equivalent and entering a check number and $0 amount and Release/Post as a void check (not acting like Acumatica’s Void feature - which works great by the way - but is not the same as the feature I am seeking here in this post).Acumatica does not appear to address this in any way. I tentatively recommended using Banking module and creating an Entry type “VOID”.  Then, create a Banking module cash entry transaction to enter the check number in the Do

Hello,We seem to be having an issue receiving a 2-step Transfer Receipt in Acumatica 2021 R1 Build 21.104.0018. The first error message says the Vendor Currency doesn’t exist in the warehouse - in this case the vendor we’re receiving from is one of our warehouses.We’re kind of able to bypass this and add the transfer destined for this warehouse but when trying to release the Transfer Receipt, we get the error message below. 

we observed bit different behavior in SHIP TO ADDRESS of Shipment screen. We have created Transfer type sales order, while creating sales order we have overridden the SHIP TO ADDRESS in Sales Order, then created shipment, now in shipment screen, when we uncheck the "Override Address" checkbox, the address are changing to some default address. Can someone please help us. we are in Acumatica 2020R2, build 20.208.0031, without any customizations. Is this default behavior of Acumatica ?Please have a look at below screenshots.

Is it possible to get non stock item details to be shown on the sales order report in Acumatica, for now they only contribute to showing the order total in the report but is it possible to show this information as well?lines 2 and 3 are required to be shown in report

Is there a way to edit the out of the box Purchase Accrual Summary to have a parameter added so it can be run up to a historical date. For example if I wanted to know what the Accrual balance by vendor as of 3/31/2021 can that be added?

I have a custom processing screen and the client wants the Selected column to be checked by default so users can just uncheck the rows they do not want to process. We are a distribution customer and new to Acumatica.  So please be gentle in your responses as this is my first post.  I did a forum search and believe that there are not any topics that have already addressed this question.We need the ability to either discount (up to 100% of the price) or provide an item(s) as “FREE”.  Scenario’s when this is necessary:  Carrier Lost Shipment, Item(s) damaged in Transit, Item missing from the shipment, warranty replacement or simply provide customer with a marketing freebie. .  I consider all of these as advance replacement.  One additional scenario is that we need to refund a portion of the original sales price because we charged the wrong amount (for an item(s)) on the original sales order (maybe a discount code or contract price wasn’t properly applied or our the owner of the SO just failed to give a 1x discount as part of a price match).The above scenarios are typically handles where there is almost never an expectation for the physical item to b

We do many project quotes attached to opportunities. All of our opportunities have some key attributes such as what type of project they are, and these attributes need to carry across to the project that is created when we win the project quote. For example, our projects are aluminium window joinery which could be for either a commercial or residential project. We have an attribute in the opportunity for project type with the option either commercial or residential. We also have the same attribute in our project quote and resultant project however if the project quote is not fill out then it does not copy to the project. What would be ideal is some way to carry an attribute from an opportunity to the project quote and thereby onto the final project. I imagine it would be quite possible with a special gi and related business event that triggers an import scenario however I have not had time to figure out how to do this.

  This may be a simple question, but I am not having any luck finding the information I need online or in the documentation.  I am trying to use OData V4 to get information from the Branch screen, and I am trying to locate the default address information.  When I try to follow the example from the training material (I300 Data Retrieval with OData 2021 R2), it tells me for the AR Customer to expand using "AddressByDefAddressID".  I tried this for the PX_Objects_GL_Branch entity and I get an error saying "The query specified in the URI is not valid. I have a need to reopen in bulk a large amount of appointments.  However, when I try to use an import scenario, only my notes are getting updated and my calls to the action menu and dialog responses seems to not be functioning.  Any help would be appreciated.  I receive a green check and everything processes when I run so I have no trace items to troubleshoot why the menu items are not being activated.
