Can a Sales GL account at the Customer level be defaulted when a Stock Item is sold through Sales Order Invoicing?

I have customized Acumatica’s Cost Projection Screen (PM305000) as follow It basically have added a second grid to “Revision Log” as child to “Projection Line” grid to keep the history of changes on projection lines. Also I have customized Acumatica’s standard copy paste function to copy the “Revision Log” to the new projection revisions. Hi,Im trying to create a purchase receipt for a stock item that is in the ‘no purchase’ status but system is giving me an error that you cant create receipt for item with no purchase status.Any way i can do it? we still need a receipt for it since at the time of creating the PO it was still a purchase item.

Can any one tell me how to Reprint Checks in Acumatica? I prepared my payments and processed, but an error came up...not sure what the error said, it was only up for a sec. So I hit the process button again. So now the invoices are showing closed and I have not checks. 😔

Hi everyone,Hope everyone is doing well.I have come across a Fonts issue where printing of invoices looks fab however the email copy is quite shaky fonts not showing as required.Not sure how do I resolve this. Below are 2 screenshots of how it looks Left shows when printed from MYOB Advanced => Right looks when its emailed out.Even the Logo has a some shadow on right.I installed the fonts on all the local PCs. Please help, any help comment really appreciated :) 

Hello,I am receiving this error when trying to process the Import Scenario for Vendors... Error: 'Cash Discount Account' cannot be empty. Error: 'Cash Discount Sub.' cannot be empty. The Use Currency Precision flag was set because the tax report precision is equal to the currency precisionI am sure it is the way I wrote the Import Scenario, but I cannot find any information on how to fix. Please let me know if you have any possible solutions.The data provider in the system was very outdated. Can Lien Waivers be generated automatically from AP when creating a bill related to a Project?Now only the waivers are generated automatically if a Po is created in the project and an Ap bill is generated from this PO.Vivian 

Our organization is new to Acumatica and have run into a snag configuring AP Bill Approval Maps.  The purpose of our Map is to route Project AP Bills to our Project Managers for approval prior to posting to a project and open AP Aging.  Unfortunately, i am unable to find a way to restrict permissions to view only those AP Bills and Adjustment associated with their particular project.  I’ve heard there is something called user level access permissions but know nothing about this or how to configure it.  Is this the only solution or has anyone else be able to use traditional Approval Map functionality to accomplish this task, thank you,

Our construction company is new to Acumatica.  When we look at our subcontract log, we would like to have a column for project so we can filter by projects.  We are trying to add the Project ID number to this generic inquiry however when we do we get no results. The Screen ID is SC3010PL. Any ideas you have would be much appreciated!Kay HoweCFOkhowe@stockmeister.com740-418-5250 

Is there anywhere in the Help file or otherwise that provides a list of all the special roles in Acumatica? We’ve run across this issue when we create a new role for a specific job. We assign the user the correct access rights for the screen but some UI elements are tied to a special role so they still don’t show.In our case it was being able to open / close Financial Periods-that function is tied to the Financial Supervisor roleHere is a list of special roles that I’ve come up with so far. Our production team users scanners to move production on the shop floor.Scan Move is the only feature enabled on the scanners at this time. This feature doesn’t show the user the quantity ordered or quantity remaining. Is there a way to include this information on the scanner when the user is moving a production order? My goal is to eliminate reporting the wrong quantity, but still allow over issue because this does happen.Does anyone have any suggestions to help me with this?

Hello - On a sales order you can tick a sales order line as ‘Mark for Production’, then use the ‘Create Production Orders’ action to create production orders.What is the best way, in code, to get from SOLine to the production details, such as ‘Production Nbr’?The production info isn’t available from the main SOLine object so I’m thinking that I need to access a graph extension. I tried this:var rowExt = PXCache<SOLine>.GetExtension<SOOrderEntryAMExtension>(soLine);but this cannot be compiled due to a type conversion issue. I’m not sure that SOOrderEntryAMExtension is actually a graph at all. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the ‘Production Nbr’ from an SOLine object?

I have a function in a report that is not working as expected.  It should only show an inventory code if the type is “Finished Good”:=IIf(([InventoryItem.ItemType]='Finished Good'),[InventoryItem.InventoryID],'') This is only returning blanks for all Item types, but if I show the value in the ItemType field, it is displaying “Finished Good”. I’m wondering if the underlying data in this field is actually something other than what displays on the screen, like maybe FG or something.  But I have no access to the DB to find out.

Hello, I am creating GI for Pro Forma invoices, the main goal of the GI is to mass send out Pro Forma Invoices to customers. I am having trouble connecting the Activities information for the Pro Forma invoices (PM307000), see attached picture for reference.  I would like the GI’ to populate in a column if the Pro Forma has been emailed before or not. Below is a screenshot of the current results grid (last line):  When I run the GI, I receive the below error:  any suggestions on how to resolve this error? Thank you,KT

Hello,      We are having “pop up note” for customer, vendor, item entity. If the user are dealing with customer, vendor, item with the pop up setting, the user will get a pop up notification.     I am just wondering, is there a way to announce to all users with the pop up window?Or at least, is there some way I can use to send a msg to  users and make sure they can see when they log in the system?
