Our base currency is ZAR which is around 20:1 to the USD.When our approval values go through, I need them to translate into our base currency.In the following example, a PO for the following USD values:Will have the following ZAR values:This is how I have setup the approvals:The above example should have gone to the >150,000 approver, but went to the <150,000 approver.  Which field should I rather use that would use the base currency instead of the PO currency?  I have tried Line Total and I think Order Total.

Hi guys, a question on multicurrency accounting.I transfered 1000 USD from the USD bank account to SGD bank account, I received 1350 SGD and there’s a gain of 1.16 SGD here (base currency is SGD). But in the journal transaction, the realized gain/loss from currency shows 0. Then I checked P&L, it actually shows the right amount of 1.16 gain in the statement. Anyone knows why’s it like that? Could there possibly be anything wrong with the journal transaction? Thanks! 

"Print Shipment Confirmation" under Process Shipments screen can only print shipments before confirmed. Can this be changed to can also print after confirmed?

Each of our projects can have different insurance requirements/thresholds and/or warranty duration that need to be included/communicated to our subcontractors/suppliers on purchase orders. I have created the necessary fields using “Attributes” and then I added these attributes to the Projects (PM301000) screen as user-defined fields through the Customization>“Manage User-Defined Fields” prompt.Now, I can also add these attributes as user-defined fields on the Purchase Order screen, but they just appear again as blank on each PO form and it doesn’t copy over from the project.In Report Designer, I can edit the Purchase Order report to print the user-defined fields that I added to the Purchase Order screen, but is there a way to link/relate the Purchase Order back to the Project such that I can print on the the user-defined fields from the Projects screen instead of from the Purchase Order (so the attributes only need to be filled in once and are then copied over to each PO if the PO h

I need help figuring out the missing piece on a Generic Inquiry.I want my users to be able to pull up a list of items needed for Planned, Released and In Process Work Orders. I have an inquiry started but it’s listing some items multiple times and it shouldn’t.The goal is for them to be able to see how much of Item A they need for the next 3 days or so and how much of Item B they need and so forth.I’m attaching screenshots with the linking currently on the inquiry. I think I have a join wrong or maybe there is a link missing…I would appreciate any input or if there is another way to get this info, please share.

Hi,Our customer collects prepayments from the same customer for two different purposes. And these two different prepayments, they credit to two ledger accounts in the current practice. How can I post prepayments to two ledger accounts receiving from the same customer. Hello,     We’d like to receive some customer’s payments twice a month.Like for invoices from 1st to 15th, should pay us all on 15th of this month.And invoices from 16th to the end, should pay us on the end of this month.     But as I checked, the credit terms looks like not supporting this .Could this be achevied?

 Does anyone know if the sales order freight price can be pulled into this screen (circled in red below).  I am going to make a customization to bring the dollar price from sales order over to this screen but i want to make sure i am not missing something in setup that will already fill it in.  Thank you      

I have granted access to all roles for the Help screen (under the “Hidden”) workspace: But my users can’t see the help file.  When they press on help, they get this: Followed by a blank screen: Where else can I set these permissions so that it will work?

I imported my bank transactions and for the first time I’m trying to create missing transactions directly from the the right side of the screen and created rules for recurring transactions with specific criteria so going forward I won’t have to manually input them as they’re validated and I know what they are.  However when I click ‘Process’ it won’t process them because it says the ‘extRefNbr’ cannot be empty.  This field gets automatically populated from the bank’s Quickbooks upload file and I can’t modify it.  Is there an option I’m missing to allow that field to be null or is there something else I’m doing wrong?  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide! 

Hello Everyone, I have created a new action button in appointment screen and need to create a new appointment with all the current appointment information includes tabs also in this new action. I have to perform same like copy/paste functionality from this action and have to save the new appointment. How do we perform Copy/paste through logic or is there any other way to do it with acumatica existing methods in easy way instead of creating and assigning everything to a new objects.Need some suggestions for best possible way to implement this.Thanks in advance. 

I can't change the Time Zone in my User Profile.  When I try to save the changes I get the error : Another process has added the "UserPreferences" record. Your changes will be lost.

I’ve been playing with OData Version 4 with Excel.  My questions is regarding performance.  Is it faster to link individual tables for example InventoryItem and INSiteStatus or just link the InventoryItem table and expand the INSiteStatusCollection?

I am new to Acumatica and our company is a customer.  I’m an experienced developer but I’m having trouble getting started with Acumatica customizations.  It doesn’t seem that our var has much experience with customizations so they have not been able to help me get my system setup correctly.  From what I’ve researched it seems that I must have a local instance of Acumatica installed on my local machine and that the database used in customizations has to be created using the Acumatica Framework Configuration Wizard.  We had previously setup a database and web site for development through Azure but I’m not seeing a way to use those now.  If someone can help me understand exactly what I need to do to get started with customizations it would be a great help.  This is what I think I need to do:Install Acumatica ERP on my local machine Deploy Acumatica Framework Tools Deploy New Instance of Acumatica Application Template or should I use the Deploy New Application Instance for Training Course?

Scenario:Whse A is use for storing Inventory ID 1 to 10 with primary item error for each location in this whse A;Whse B also stores Inventory ID 1 to 10 with primary item error for each location in this whse B;Whse C stores Inventory ID 11 to 20 with primary item error for each location in Whse C; Whse A is supposed to transfer Inventory ID’s 1 to 10 to Whse B, but the whse clerk who transacted the 2 step transfer have mistakenly chosed Whse C as destination warehouse(which was supposed to be Whse B) and the transaction was released. Inventory IDs 1 to 10 is already in “in goods in transit”Please advise what can be done to in-transit goods, can this be cancelled?How?Note: We are trying to avoid creating a virtual location in whse C just to receive the wrong transfer and trnsfer in again from Whse C to Whse B. please advise.Thank youLen 

If you copy and paste into a Note field it will keep the formatting from the source document.  But when you print the note field in report designer it creates some funky formatting.  Does anyone know if it is possible to keep the original formatting like below right?

Hi all, I want to write a program to fetch invoice via Acumatica openAPI and send to clients. My problem is after send invoice to clients, I want to add a note to the invoice in the Acumatica. I checked openAPI and can not find any endpoints related to modify invoice. I only found a /Invoice/{actionName} endpoint maybe can do that. Also I can’t find any action like add a note. Does anyone have any idea on this?

Hello,Is it possible to customize and change up the workflow on the Warehouse Automation directed picking, packing on the hand held scanners.  The default and current workflow is terrible, you need to keep scanning and the screen does not even show you much info.  There are no way to manual bypass by touching and selecting location / sku numbers.  Also there is no way to change the UOM when picking either cases or by each. We need to make the picking process as fast as possible.
