Hi, We need to restrict Project specific Item Quantity. Ex: There are 1000 Cement bags for One Projects. but it can be divided multiple Tasks. Task 01 ---- 200 PcsTask 02 ---- 500 PcsTask 03 ---  300 PcsCustomer needs to Restrict when create the Purchase requisition system should not allow to create PR more than 1000 Qty.Ex: If Create One PR = 800 Pcs then next PR should allow only 200 Pcs. If Exceed qty system should show a error massage.  This Rule applicable for entire project.  RegardsNethupul   

Hi,There is a customer requirement (Construction project) to restrict creating purchase requestions if the budgeted quantity exceeds. As an example ,  a budget of 10,000 cement bags has been allocated for a specific construction project. The project execution team has been utilized 10,000 allocated cement bags and the team try to create a new purchase requestion to buy more 100 cement bags. In this case system needs to restrict creating a new PR since the budgeted 10,000 units of cement bags exceeds by this PR. Appreciate help on this matter.  Thanks,Dulanjana

I created an Export Scenario and when I view the Screen from the Export Scenario screen it shows me exactly what I am expecting.  (Thanks Naveen)However, when I try to Process Export Scenario, I get an error.The data gets “prepared” and this is exactly what I am wanting to export:In case it helps, here is the definition of the data provider and Export ScenarioPARAMETERSSCHEMA  EXPORT SCENARIOThe source of the data is from a Generic Inquiry.For CSV provider, you have to link a file and that file name is used to create the export file.  I don’t see that file link option in the Generic Inquiry Provider type, so maybe it just doesn’t know what file to export to?Any ideas what that error is caused by?Thanks,Joe Schmucker 

Hello,I have 3 statement cycles defined in the “Statement Cycles” screen.All 3 are available for choosing from the drop down in the “Print Statements” screen.However, only 2 are available for choosing in the “Prepare Statements” screen.The one that is missing is my EOM statement cycle.Any idea as to why I don’t have that statement cycle available to choose in “Prepare Statements”?Thanks!

Hello,I have an issue to export TaxDetails table to Acumatica together with bill data.I prepared columns : TaxID, TaxRate, TaxableAmount, TaxAmount. for requestRequest is received status OK, new bill Item is appeared at acumatica, but tax details is emptyIs there any special conditions, with the help of which I can send TaxDetails table data to Acumatica? 

We were under the impression that an MRP Display of “Safety Stock” indicates the item is only needed to keep the item quantity above the safety stock level. However, we are seeing items which are negative to allocation (ie. demand for the item on existing production orders exceeds the quantity on hand and on order) but MRP shows the item as needed for safety stock. Shouldn’t this be either MRP Requirement or Production Material? See below for sample item:The “Safety Stock” designation is confusing and has resulted in stock outs as the items weren’t ordered in time to meet the real demand for the item. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All, I have uploaded Assets and they have been depreciated using Tax Type “Book”.  however now the client would like to calculate “Tax” (i.e. no posting) as well.  I don’t seem to be able to add another Book in the Balance section against the Asset.   How do I add this please? Regards,Laura

Is there a way to search cumulative release notes for a given version of Acumatica (ie: all build release notes for 2020 R2 as an example)?  Prior to creating a support ticket, it would be nice to be able to search release notes for potential fixes in subsequent builds.  Currently it seems that I need to find each build for a version and then download, open and search through the PDF release notes.Is the known issues list the one stop shopping source for any issues fixed in a build?

Good day,  We have an issue is few our tenants but not all.  When you select the Stock Item under profiles in Inventory module the GI is gone and you go right to add stock item screen.  You can still select an item.  ACM support told our VAR it is bug in 2020R1; and told us to upgrade since they not longer support our version.  Has anyone experience this issue or work around.  (Not happy with ACM Support’s response).  If it is bug then they should have a fix?Your advice and assistance is solving this issue.Thank youEvan

When I create a Approval Map for Purchase Orders, click on ADD STEP, the Reason Settings disappear from the Rule Action Tab. How can I have a Reason for Approval & Reason for Rejection on the Purchase Approval Map?

Hello,We have to load project id into customer details inquiry screen using custom field.We have added a new custom field on customer details screen and not able to assign the project id value of the invoice. It is always returning an empty value even it is assigned in the code.→ Extended the graph and overided the Document() view delegate.→ In the debug, the value is assinging but it is not showing in the screen and I tried to add hardcoded value but still it is not working → I have used another method from view delegate to assign the value but still same issue. I have attached the cusotmization package with the above code. Can anyone let me know the issue in this code or how can we load project id to customer details grid section.Thanks in advance.

I am building a GI and want to create a formula to add two fields as one.  I am trying to crete output of the vendor ID with the PO Number.  I would also like to add a space between the two records. I am using the POOrder Object.  I have placed the following in the Data Field =Concat([POOrder.VendorID],[POOrder.OrderNbr])This returns the following error where 21-200379 is the PO.OrderNbr Not sure where to go from here.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have a client who is attempting to import open POs and open Appointments/Service Orders. Is there a way to create a PO who’s lines are linked to demand (mark for po)from specific appointments? Currently if the appointment demands items be purchased the po will be linked to the appt. Can I do that retroactively? Can I import an appt. which has line items marked for PO, then import a PO with those requested items and link them together?

I need a report that will show total hours worked, by construction project, by employee, for a specific date range.  There are only two canned hours reports in the construction edition -- neither of them accomplish what I am looking for.I’ve built a generic inquiry from the Earning Details screen and made a pivot table - which is okay -- but I’d rather have a standard report I can run each month.Any suggestions?

Hello,    I’d like to show purchasing history (Unit cost and qty) on selection of each  item on POline.I firstly thought it would be achevied by side panel. But item id on po line can not be passed on to side panel easily.   In the above artile, this might be a way, but it is too complex that I would like to try it last.Is there any other can help me acheive my goal. I mean, side panel is an option. Also, something like pop up window can be accepted, just how to do it.  Or navigation to another screen with the line selection parameter can also help.Please advise.
