Hello everyone,The bank we are working with requires a Batch Sequence letter. For example, if there were 5 batches exported and uploaded to their ACH portal, the first batch would have letter A, the second letter B etc. The catch is it resets every day, thus the next day if there are 6 batches, the first batch would upload again with letter A.We are using the standard Export PR Payment to ACH scenario with ACHExportProviderDL. My thoughts are to add another field to the schema which would represent the one character. The problem I am having trouble with is getting a formula to look at both the date and the batch sequence for that date. Does this seem possible to do?Thanks

Hi,I am trying to add an attachment option to the inventory screen on the mobile app however when I add in an option to Update IN202500 I do not get a preview and I get this error Can't find entity with key 'IN202500' in current context.I can update other screens like SO301000 without issue so does anyone have an idea why inventory items is giving this message?

Status of scanned material moves is "Balanced", we want them to be "Released" so we don’t have to go in and release these manually.Any suggestions? Thanks! 

I am trying to figure out how to look at the landed costs for a stock item.We can see the Inventory value but we cannot see ‘how’ these values were determined.I’m looking for a query or report that would list an item’s cost history, it’s receipts, whether or not the cost came from the purchase, whether or not the cost came from a landed-cost entry, etc.  Can anyone point me in a direction or give the the DAC’s that might be involved in creating a Generic Inquiry so that we could get at that level of data?Thank you,Mike

The log shows reason code column but how do you enter the reason code for any of the inventory scan transactions?

Hi All,When I create a Material Transaction for a Production Order type that has the following settings, all materials in the system still show up, yet I just get an error. Is there some setting in the system that gets rid of all materials in the Selection Box that are not on the Production Order BOM?It seems just odd especially when the Production Ticket is not being utilized as a source of what material was used.Any suggestions or just not possible?Production Order Type settings:   View in Materials Transaction:  

Hello,I have 2 DH running very well on one server for my client, but I do run into some issues when the Application Pool (IIS) recycles, Acumatica restarts, but sometimes it takes longer than 30 seconds to come up again. My client works 24 hrs. a day, and they are calling at very odd hours because DH hangs due to this issue. Could some one know how to schedule Regenerate MRP daily (every 7:00pm), I have done the schedule setting but is not working.  

I have a report that I want to restrict users to access only based on the user that is logged in.  The report will contain payroll information and I only want the employee that is logged in to be able to access their information.  I’m looking for a similar function to the Pay Stubs screen (PR405000) that comes out of the box.  Is there anyway to use a filter in the report or a parameter in a GI to restrict the user to only see their information?

Hi everyone,i am having my processing form which is calling external API to collect the data, the thing is that my saving into database is working, but i would like to use the data to save into Leads, when i use var graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<LeadMaint>(); to create graph, i have created two DACs (one for the address and one CRLead) but i cannot insert them into database so that i can call “Actions.Save”...Can someone give me some guidence….

We are trying to update the “Meta Description” and the long “Description” for stock items by using import scenario.  However, all of the percentage number (ie. 10%, 20%, 100%) dropped the zeros in front of the % sign after imported.  For example, a description line has 20%, then it will only show 2% after the import is done; the same thing happens for 100%, only 1% left after the import.  Do we have to include any special character before the % in order for the zero(s) to stay when using import scenario?  Thanks...

Hi,We are working on a environment Acumatica Cloud ERP 2021 R2 with 2 tenant: Production and TEST but it only has 1 database. It leads to whenever we publish the customization on TEST environment, the Production is overwritten also.Hence, we want to clone it to a locally environment (install windows server on pc then install Acumatica 2021 R2). What do you think about this option?Beside that, I have some concerns:Is it possible to access Acumatica Cloud Database to clone it then import to my local environment? If I export all project customization on Production and import it to new environment (my local environment), Will the customization between them be the same? Install Acumatica 2021 R2 on a local machine needs license, doesn’t it?Thank you for your help.

Does anyone have any idea whether Acumatica stores the default price associated with an item and its changes over time or what the default price was on a given day? such as Item 123 was $18.75 on April 15 was changed$ 20.00 on October 2 and changed to $ 22.50 on October 15.  We are trying to compare our default prices versus our unit prices  in our sales orders over a given period of time.  I have a reasonable plan or solution on how to handle moving forward but I am wondering if I could use the line level fields (Manualprice = 0 and discpct = 0) or something similiar to identify where unit price = defaultprice on old sales orders?Any ideas and thoughts are welcome

Does Acumatica have a built-in button to undo changes in Data Entry Grids?

This is my export scenario.   I am attempting to use “Reference Number” as the key to iterate rows against, but its not returning any data at all.  I need much more data out of it, but I’d like to get this part working properly so I can then focus on the rest of the configuration.Does anyone see something I’m doing wrong here?  I have several other exports working fine but this one is not working the way I have it configured.

I’m trying to create a GI that includes task data (type, status, summary, start date, due date, etc.) along with information from the related entity; in this case, related sales orders (order total, customer ID, etc.). Anyone have any suggestions how to go about connecting these two tables? I tried to “Add Related Table” but the SOOrder table wasn’t an option:

I’ve added a user-defined field to the Sales Order Details by Inventory Item report (SO611500) but I can’t get it to show up in the Additional Filtering Conditions section of the Additional Sort and Filters tab of the report.I came across this knowledge article: But the attribute field I’m using is already showing up in Viewer Fields: Any ideas how to get this field to be visible as an Additional Filtering Conditions?

I am trying to import bills of material via an new import scenario  created as the Acumatica standard ACU BOM import one failed.From the new import scenario created based on screen AM208000 (Bills Of Material) also had the same error message as "The record was not processed because of an error during processing of the next record." and “The system failed to commit the BomOperRecords row.”How best can I resolve this issue, I have attached the Import Scenario XML file

Hello--Was wondering if anyone can give me a hand with this… We essentially want an exact duplicate of the Description (OrderDesc) field that is already on sales order/invoices.I have created a new field on each entry screen, but am stuck trying to pass the value from the SO to the invoice.I assume I should override the PrepareInvoice action, but not sure how to actually reference the fields I have created?  I.e.
