With most of our customers we want the email address and phone no to be the same in primary contact and additional info.  To save someone having to do this twice is there a way to have the email address and phone no automatically entered into the additional account info when it has been entered into primary contact or vice versa? This would only be if those fields were blank when entering into the other field so should not end up overwriting anything someone typed. Thanks for any help, even if it’s to say this is not possible. Phil

Does anyone have a good explanation of the difference between PX.Objects.AP.Vendor and PX.Objects.AP.VendorR?I haven’t encountered a difference between them (yet), but I’ve noticed that the standard Vendors (AP3030PL) Generic Inquiry uses PX.Objects.AP.VendorR and I wonder why.

I have a customer who is setup with a terms discount of 2%. The terms are 2%N45. I would like to set a grace period for the discount to apply of 5-7 days and not quite sure how or if this can be done. Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks 

Can someone point me in the direction of adding a user defined field to the location tab of the customer form. I added a user defined field to the location form, but it is not available to add to the location grid on the customer form.

How can we see scan log tab in pick pack and ship screen ? I am not able to see scan log right now.

I work for a mid size logistics brokerage. A large portion of our business involves outsourcing freight from owner/operators. We use a handful of GL accounts to keep certain charges due to these haulers separate. However, most of these are all 1099 NEC expenses.  How do I set up 1099 defaults so that a bill generated for any of these GL accounts auto-populate the same 1099 box without updating each vendor or each bill individually?

Hi @vkumar, moving to a new thread. These are new SOs. 2 of the orders will have multiple items, other 2 will have 1 item. it looks like the ones with 1 items go through fine, the SO that are supposed to have 2 only go through with 1 item not both.attached is the import scenario again and a screenshot of the error. 

I’m trying to get the upload icon to show for a grid on a custom screen and custom DACI found a blog post from Sergey and I put the following in my graph:        [PXImport]        public PXSelect<ICAllocationAccounts> ICAllocationAccounts;I think that is all that was required.  The icon did not show.  So I added the following changes to the screen in the editor under Action Bar - Actions - Upload: Still no love from Acumatica.Any ideas?  

We would like to see Gross Profit percentages (COGS/Revenue) for the three divisions of our company. I have been able to set this up in the row set, but in our period and YTD variance columns I do not want see the percentages. Is this possible? I am fairly new to configuring reports so I apologize if this is a simple answer! 

Hi everyone, I want to create a GI to look at where our cash is going. My first attempt was to start with CATran and join GLTran, then to join GLTran on itself with just the BatchNbr. I thought this would return all rows for all batches that involve the cash account.Has anyone done something like this before? So far, it appears I may need an SQL nested view… would love it if there was another way. Hello, I have been reading through the articles to figure why the automation scheduling is only working for the “Release AP Documents, but not for the Prepare payments and Process Payments. I am trying to schedule a regular check run to test for potential client. I did get it to work once a few days ago. The initialize scheduler is deactivated. Is there anyway to get it to turn back on, sounds like this may be my issue? Please advise. Thank you,Barbie Jeter

Stock Item that is shipped and received multiple times throughout its life (It is a loaner product for customer to temporarily use and send back)This serial number was used on a receipt.Then shipped out.On a new receipt in the shipping window, an error message is displayed saying “IN Error: Serial Number “12345” for item “abcd” is already received in “Previous shipment ID”Is there a way to continue to use the proper serial number for multiple shipments and receipts?

How can we put notes on specific line items on a Sales Order in the Mobile App?

Hello Gang;Is there a way to add multi line Tooltip to Acumatica Grid Headings. I know I can go to Grid > Header > Tooltip and add a hint but it displays in one line. How Can I break the hint into multiple lines? I have a grid with too many columns which most of them are calculated and have some complex formulas. I want  to show the user how each formulated column is calculated. When everything is in one line it is hard to read and underestand. Any help is appreciated either through grid property settings or C# code that I can incorporate to my code and pass it to the grid header.

I need to customize the Pick, pack and ship screen with a custom action that uses a different criteria to select the next list. This also requires me to add custom fields to the header form in the screen.I have looked at the source but find it is very different from other graphs, with a lot of inherited classes, generic graphs, references to implementations and common methods.I have tried to extend the header DAC but end up with compilation errors that reference different classes than the ones listed while examining the screen. Which is the correct DAC to extend for the header?Are the Graph and DACs customizable? Is there a sample reference or recommended overloadable methods to create custom actions?

May I know if how can I make a 2 approver in one PO document when the amount is Php 5,000.00 up  and only 1 approver when the amount is Php 4,999.00 below.
