Quick Process Error for Creating Shipment

Hello!

 

I am looking for some help because I keeping seeing this error when we try to use the quick process function to create a shipment form an SO: “The document cannot be completely processed. Creating shipment. The given key was not present in the dictionary.”

 

Anyone have any insight on what this means? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Eleanor, Has the issue been resolved? 
The error could be related to a customization or a recent change in settings.
