I try to run the billing project and got this message “Error: 'Serial Number' cannot be empty.”
Do you have any idea where the serial number can be set up?

Stock Items can have serial numbers. Are you billing stock items for the project? Is it possible your projects have an Attribute called Serial Number that is required? Is there any more information in the Tools → Trace section of your screen when the above error occurs?
