I’m needing a detailed general ledger for all accounts and all transactions for an entire year to present to our auditors. The transactions for period report keeps timing out. The best I can do is run the report by quarter. Any suggestions?

Hello
You can run the report by period or by quarter. The results can possibly be combined using Excel (export 4 reports to Excel and then combine).
You can give the auditor a login to Acumatica with access only to the Transactions for Period report or Account Details screen in Finance section.

It could be due to the size of your report. Do you happen to know how large this report could be? I know long running reports time out easily.
If this is the case, you may need to reach out to your partner to look into the SQL server or ask Acumatica to assist.
