I dont see an option to Meet your requirement.

Acumatica Profile names disaplay first name followed by Last name.

You can adjust the names based on that.

There is a site-wide setting in Site Preferences called 'Display Name Order' which will change the display order across the site.

Here's the wiki field description:

The name order to be used for displaying the personal names of all contacts, employees, and users. Name order is the order in which the parts of a person’s name (first name, middle name, and last name) are displayed.

The following options are available:

Eastern Modified: The name order that consists of the last name, a comma, and then the first name and the middle name if no title is specified for the person (for example, Smith, John Anthony) or the last name, the first name, the middle name, a comma, and then the title if the title is specified for the person (for example, Smith John Anthony, Mr.).

Western (default): The name order in which the first name is followed by the last name (for example, John Smith).

Eastern: The name order in which the last name is followed by the first name, separated from it by a comma (for example, Smith, John).

Eastern with Title and Middle Name: The name order that consists of the title, the last name, a comma, and then the first name and the middle name (for example, Mr. Smith, John Anthony).
