When releasing a Journal Voucher, why is the Project on an AP Prepayment overridden to ‘X – Non-Project’ while the AP Bill keeps its Project? Is this because AP Prepayments are not project-capable documents?

Hello Community,  Has anyone has any luck adding a Total Cost to the Sales Order screen? This would be the “Ext Cost” column aggregated.  I added this field below, “SalesCostTotal” but its always 0.00. Even when you create the issue the cost is still 0.00.  We just need to take the Extend Cost column and summarize it for the entire order as the Estimated Total Cost.

Please look at Purchase order 001712, vendor Reference SF2568 30 188920. Order total was for 960 units. Acumatica let me receive 2 times against the PO (receipt # 001484 and 001763)- both for the full amount of 960 units and then created two payables(017881 and 019617), both for the full amount of the order. This is a drop ship order, so the invoices created for the customer was double what it should have been. How do we correct this (on both AR and AP sides)  

Hello Everyone,What is the best practice for receiving inventory at landed cost when the freight is charged as a separate line item by the goods vendor?The distinction from using a Landed Cost document is that the freight is being charged by the goods vendor on the same invoice as the goods receipt, not from a separate freight vendor.  The following idea has been submitted, but wanted to check if anyone had a good process for this while under review.Thank you!Luke

Is it possible for an administrator to apply a particular screen as favourite for ‘all users’ or for ‘all users in a specific role’.For example : I want the ‘Account details’ screen to be under the favourites section for all users. 

When an invoice is generated from FS501300 (Service Contract Billing) an invoice is generated using items that are listed in FSContractPeriodDet (Services Per Period tab on the Service Contracts Screen)After the invoice is generated, there is no way to tie the invoice line (ARTran) back to a specific service/item which is IDed through the ContractPeriodDetID field.It appears to me that the ARTran table should have a ContractPeriodDetID field so that we can link back to the correct service contract line. There are no noteID or line nbr fields in FSContractPeriodDet table. The only unique identifier seems to be ContractPeriodDetID.Am I missing something or is this an oversight in the table design?We need to link back to the equipment number defined in the FSContractPeriodDet table, but there appears to be no way to do so. 

I’m trying to find a method to configure Acumatica Payroll to withhold a flat dollar amount for Federal Withholding for a specific employee.Consider the scenario: the employee is an owner of the company, and has other streams of income. The owner’s/employee’s tax accountant has told her that she needs to withhold $38,000 in federal tax this year to avoid a penalty. So, on the bi-weekly check, she needs $1462 of federal tax withheld. How can this be configured in Acumatica?

I have GI. I need dispaly value in this format. How i can do this? 

I’m having a hard time building a GI that will show an original payment reference number and any corresponding refunds associated with that payment reference number. The  ARTranPostBal is referenced but it’s a hidden table and not able to be used for reporting.How else can I bridge these two transactions?

 I entered a value incorrectly in the Project transactions and want to nullify this transaction.I understand Project transactions do not create a Journal entry.How to nullify this Project transaction (amount).

We are just starting to use the Purchase Request / Requisition functionality and we wanted to automate the conversion of Requests → Requisitions. We are going to primarily use this functionality for three types of purchases:General Purchases: Non-SO related goods that can be used anywhere (can be multi-vendor) Quoted Purchases: Quoted goods that are specific to a SO and must be ordered by the quote. By Description Purchases: Typical PPE, Office Supplies, Software, etc. However, I am getting stuck when trying to create automation schedules for these goods. I am having trouble building an automation schedule that creates requisitions by the specific vendor (for general purchases) and another automation schedule that creates requisitions by the specific quote (for quoted purchases).  The two issues are, firstly, when I run an automation schedule for General Purchase requests, I find that regardless of the vendor, all processed lines get combined into one big requisition. Hi Acumatica People,I was looking at the body of generic Inquiries and report designer reports associated with booking. For us, the order register report looks like the closest thing to a starting point for a booking data. Some ERPs provide some report snapshotting (e.g. Oracle Applications has Period End Inventory reporting feature which you can set-up inventory snapshotting as an end user). I don't see anything such as this that is out of the box? We already have Power BI configured and licensed for our legacy ERP and a small warehouse. I don’t think we missed anything and we will continue going down the road of setting up/configuring our small data warehouse for Acumatica (e.g. configure data retrieval using OData).Is there any out of the box reporting feature one can configure for snapshotting? 

Good morning!I was asked to edit our Sales Order Email template so that the customer can reply to the salesperson for a more targeted communication. I can pull the sales persons name without issue, however how would I like their email address as well? I’m not sure where to find that. Is there a way to reply to the email and automatically have it go back to the sales person on the order? Thank you!Brent

We have multiple staff members assigned to an appointment and they start at different times.In the mobile app, the “primary” driver starts the appointment. We tried for others to start their appointments at different times with the “start” button as well, but it did not work for us.We did log their time manually on the log tab in the mobile app as a workaround. Is it possible for all assigned staff member to start and complete the appointment automatically when they select “start” and “complete” or is it only possible to capture individual time manually through the log tab on the app?Is there a configuration or flag that I am not seeing?Your input is greatly appreciated. GI question - trying to pull both ytd and mtd sales from ARTran.  I can filter ytd in GI conditions, can I then filter the MTD on the results grid?   Do you have an example of the result grind filter somewhere for this ? 

Hello,We left quickbooks and switched to Acumatica.  A feature in Quickbooks that we miss is the ability to see if a quote or invoice was viewed (screenshot below).  Can we know if a customer clicks on a quote or invoice in Acumatica?

I want to add two new parameters in the AR Balance by Customer Report. I’m using Report Builder to modify the report. What changes should I perform in the Build Schema of Report Designer in order to filter both invoices and payments within the selected date range. I recently downloaded the Report Designer. I copied GL.63.30.00 from the server and modified it and then saved to the server as GL.63.30.02 then I went to the site map and added a line for the new report. The problem I get is, the report does not populate on the site. It also doesn't generate when I try typing it into the link (https://globalwide.acumatica.com/(W(29))/Main?ScreenId=GL633002). When I copy the 002 URL into an existing line, it says “You do not have enough rights”.Also, note, when I reopen the report designer and “open from server” and “load reports lists”, my prior saved report generates. So I believe it is in the server OK. I have a feeling I need certain user roles to fix this. Any recommendations? 

How to enable report parameters in the report Is it done in acumatica UI or in report designer I only need the parameters to appear. Not looking to modify the data/content in the report.
