Assignment Map vs Approval in Purchase Requisitions Preferences

I’m sorry, I don’t understand the details of your question.  Do you mean your Approval Map works in your Live Tenant, but your Assignment Map does not work in your Live Tenant? 

And you think your Assignment Map matches exactly to the Assignment Map that is working in your Sales Demo?

If I understand correctly, please give us more information from your Live Tenant:

1. Show us your Assignment Map Details
2. Show us the Approval tab of Purchase Requisitions Preferences:  I think the Assignment map may be missing here:

3. Please describe exactly what happens when you try to use the Assignment Map (“it’s not working” is not enough information for us to help.)  Screen shots are always appreciated.  Thank you!

I try to test new tenant with assignment map and approval by follow the information from tenant sales demo data in acumatica install. But I check in sales demo assignment map and approval map is the same but in my new testing tenant is different. Is it difference or the same? what am I missing?

If you are saying the Map in your Testing tenant does not match the Map in your Sales Demo Tenant, then Export the Map from Sales Demo and Import the Map to your Testing Tenant. 

1. I don’t see any screenshots of your Map.  Please show us the details of the Map you are testing.

2. You showed General tab of Purchase Requisitions Preferences. I don’t see any screenshots of Approvals tab of Purchase Requisitions Peferences screen to verify your map is activated.

3. I don’t see any screenshots of your Results. Please show us the details of the Requisition where Assignment map did not work. 

We need to see if the criteria on step 1: Details of Map matches step 3: Details of the Purchase Requisition that you are trying to assign or approve.

In a new or empty company, the Assignment Map must also be linked to the appropriate screen or workflow step for it to trigger. If it is not connected to the workflow, it will not execute.

I recommend checking:

the workflow configuration

whether the Assignment Map is linked to the screen

that users/workgroups exist in the map

Once those are configured, the Assignment Map should behave as expected.
