I have a GI with INTran records. I don’t want the GI to include any records where the BuildingID of the SiteID is the same is BuildingID of the ToSiteID. Can I create a condition that will do that?

I think we can use conditions to select where two different Site ID Fields do not match. I don’t know the tables you are using so I can’t give an exact answer, but here is an example that I think might work for you:
