I have added a custom action to the Field Service > Appointment scree (FS300200) to Print Service Order. Everything is working fine with it, except it isn’t saving before navigating to the report.Is there a way to get the action to save the record before navigating to the new screen? How it is set up. 

OK. As usual, this is a question that might be a little odd. I have a custom field on the production order called “JOB”. When creating an order that has multiple subassemblies I want to identify/filter the orders by “JOB” so. I am trying to figure out a way to show the “JOB” number from the product order on the same line as the associated subassembly. Something like this. I thought I might be able just pull in the AMPRODITEM twice once for the product and the other for subassembly and do some kind of IIF to pull in the “JOB” but hit a wall there. Hi-We have tons of sales orders created today (8/8/23): When I filter by ‘Created On’ equals 08/08/2023 I get the proper records:I also get the proper results when clicking ‘Today’ under the filter: However, I get zero results when filtering by Created On = @Today This filter is required in order to make a dashboard (same results can be seen by making a dashboard widget with the @today filter). Does anyone know why @Today does not aggregate results that pertain to todays date? Is there a change that needs to be made to the column in the GI setup? Appreciate any help!!

Hi There, I have to print a Box label section depending on the field value entered. If the value entered is 2 then second section in report to print twice, but first section to print only once.can someone please help me?

Hello everyone! We are converting our inventory into a template-matrix item using this customization: https://community.acumatica.com/retail-commerce-113/popular-retail-commerce-customization-packages-6934I am just facing some concern when there are some corrections made in the stock/matrix items in Acumatica that should reflect in BigCommerce.Consider an example of a template with attribute Size (Small, Medium, Large) and Color (Red, Green, Blue). Not all permutations are available. And the item was synced in BigCommerceNow, the business decided to change the color attribute name from Red to Rose, Blue to Navy Blue and Green to Lime Green. It was changed in Acumatica, but the variant details was not reflected in BigCommerce.Maybe one way is to delete the item in BC and resync the item. But that is not desirable especially if we made lots of changes in BC side of product details, and a transaction has already been made. Can you pls help how to fix the issue? Thank you

Thank you. The calculation should be SUM([curyLineAmt]) / SUM([curyRevisedAmount])After the use my formula with aggregate function, it shows this error.

Good day,When a user enters a sales order and selects some stock items, the Marked of PO check is defaulted to check.  The scenario did not occur for all items; not verified. I tested a few; see below.  It this setting?  Or something I can turn off.  I causes order processing confusion and errors; also you can create a shipment without unchecking the box.  (We do Dropships and Direct Import orders that do require a purchase order to be generated.Thank you for your assistance.@EvanG  

Hi everyone!.I’m trying to add the “Inventory ID” to this report.Every “Job Code” have a different “Inventory ID” ( that can have ‘n’ Items),  I’m able to print the first Item of the Inventory ID, but then it repeats for others “Job Code” in every page.  There is something that I’m missing in the Relationships or Groups?.I attached the file below.Your assistance is greatly appreciated!.​

Has anyone found a way to get the Processing Status (ARPayment\CCPaymentStateDesc) to display in a GI?  It is always blank in the GI, even though if you go into the form there is data displayed for the field.  Would be EXTREMELY helpful to be able to see and filter for transactions that have declined, etc.

We have created an attribute   CommPCT, Control Type = Text,  Format = #.####Data Entry looks like this.   0.015   This is meant to be a Value of 1.5%We next created a Custom Generic Inquiry that uses the CommPCT in a formula,TransAmt * CommPCT.  However, the formula does not recognize the “.” in the text or recognize the value as a numeric value.  Next we created a formula like this.   =[ARDetail.CuryTranAmt]*cdec([InventoryItem.COMMPCT_Attributes])This sort of works,  It does the multiplication as 15 instead of .015 again this is because the “.” is not recognized numerically.   How do I get the 0.015 recognized as a numeric decimal value?     

I have a customization that has slowly had much of it moved to another DLL (for house keeping)How all it has left that matters is some Screen modifications (done in the ERP, not in code)Can I somehow combine that with another customization so I don’t need to maintain and publish both of them? I know I can export a GI or a dashboard and import it into something else. What about screen modifications?

Is it possible to override the billing address in an Acumatica Sales Order and then synchronize the updated data back to Shopify?According to the documentation at https://help.acumatica.com/(W(1))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=5196a797-02c0-41b4-a2f3-788347c97990, updating the data in the "Addresses" tab > "Bill-To Contact" section should export the overridden data to the Shopify order if Acumatica is set as the primary system for synchronization. However, this didn't work as expected.

For most of our companies, we normally setup a test tenant. I noticed today when logging into one that the test tenant was not available. I looked and they recently had an update applied. I then looked at another customer, who I haven’t accessed in a while, and they also didn’t have a test tenant. These are our only 2 clients who have their acumatica automatically updated. The test tenant is not available in the dropdown nor is it available in the tenants window. I then went and looked at Space Usage. It shows both the live/active tenant and the test tenant, but beside the live tenant it has a checkmark for Current. It does not have that for the test tenant. Has anyone else experienced this? 

I have a number of reports that are printing formatted for legal size paper.  For example, the bank rec report.  How do I change this (and likely others) to print on letter size paper?Thanks in advance.

I have a customization that generates an error when trying to bring up an opportunity.I get the error:Error: The entry form (ID: CR304000, title: Opportunities) cannot be automated.
