Hello All,I have been trying to import some AP bills in the system, but the system isn’t able to override the values of Account Code on line level under the Details tab. I have tried using the below import scenario but still not getting what am i missing here. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks in advance.

I need to show the outstanding payble for a certain subaccount. How can I filter the AP Aging by subaccount? Are there any other reports that allow me to do that?

Hi all, I want to generate “Check form with remittance”(ap641000.rpx) Report Programmatically. But in the usual way, I was unable to do that as it has no key parameters. Schema Builder of the report - Parameters TabI used to do report generation in the following way. But I can not apply this approach here as there are no key parameters here. has anyone had the project to add a large number of approval maps that are similar but different?  can they be copied?  can they be created with import ?  other suggestions?this is AP bills approval with a different set of approvals based on numerous sub accounts 

Hello I am Currently Customizing the Process Shipment screen and I want to add new value Print packing Slip to the existing, process shipment screen. I was able to add the new value via, the customization package.However, when I run my code, via extending the process shipment graph, I do not see the selected value. The goal I am trying to achieve , here is I want to run a report ( Shipment packing slip) via the process shipment screen. I have the report code working. After the upgrade to 2023 R1 the full AR Customer table is no longer available in the report designer of the customer Customer Statement. In its place is the AR-LightCustomer. On our customer statement,   the credit terms are shown for the customer, but now these are unavailable on the ‘light’ table. The AR Customer table is not even visible when loading the schema in the report designer.Is there a way to get the customer credti terms on the customer statement?

Does anyone know how to add or modify the tree view on the in reports that are made with report designer? Several reports in 2023 R1 all reports have this function, but I can’t tell where they are coming from in report designer.Thanks

I’m looking to create a GI with a item list and and a sum of how many days this item was at 0 qty in the warehouse in the past 365 days.  Where do I start? I thought maybe using the INItemSiteHistDay table would be the way to go but I’m just not sure where to go from there.

We have a customer that has requested that the Related Items screen automatically open in the Sales Order screen if a user enters an inventory id that has related items to choose from.  Our developer has looked into this.  He was able to get the related items screen to automatically open but the changes that the dialog is supposed to apply are lost somehow because we are doing this in the middle of the row update.Has anyone been able to achieve this or have any advice?

Hello,I’m working on a customization where I have to attach subcontract files to Email subcontract action. So end user will get subcontract attachments in the email along with the default report.At present, acumatica allows only to send report assigned to subcontract in preference will send through email subcontract action. Along with report, I need to attach that particular record file with it.The action code contains SENDNotificaiton method with the attachment parameter.But with below code i’m able to send NOTEID of the file to the sendnotificaiton method but I’m unable to see my file in “ALL Email” screen.Base.Activity.SendNotification(APNotificationSource.Vendor, notificationCD, order.BranchID, parameters, _attachments);I’m sending NoteID value of the record to this method from my extended graph but the files are not attaching to the email.  I have tried below code:using System;using System.Collections;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Linq;using PX.Data;using PX.Object

In the Vendor Payment Setup, Acumatica needs to create an option to indicate savings or checking account for the vendor.  This option is available for payroll but not AP Vendors.  We shouldn’t need to prepare a work around to create a separate payment file for vendors with savings accounts and a separate file for vendors with checking accounts.  We should have the ability to transmit both types within one file similar to payroll.  Please look into this feature soon!

Hello,I have just discovered that somewhere along the way I have removed access to the testing tenant for our company. We had been doing some work on security roles so I am assuming that the two are related. However, I am unsure how I can “re-enable” access to the testing tenant for myself (as admin). Any help would be great. Thank you,Brandon

Hello,       I am not an excel expert, so I do not know whether the issue I met is related to the below idea:         The issue I met is as below:1, I formatted a data field in report designer, using “0.00” 2,  It is looked nice in screen and when exporting to PDFHowever, the data is only displayed in integer format, while it is indeed having 2 decimals value. on the contrary, the data filed without formatting is looked bad on screen, but it is OK when exporting to excel 

I am trying to do a test upgrade from 2021 R2 to 2023 R1 on a local VM to test some customizations and I get this error:  I am using SQL Server Standard 2016 with the latest CU.Is there any way around this, or do we need to use an Enterprise Version of SQL locally now as well?I should add that when I click Ignore to all the error messages it does seem to finish, but I am not sure of the state of the data.  Does it just mean that I cannot use the new archive feature on my local test VM but everything else will work?

I am entering our credit card transaction and it won’t allow me to post a credit transaction.  

In project, how to add employees in individual tasks… I want separate employees to assign a different task. Is it possible to add each line item with each employees? 

Currently you cannot enter a negative expense receipt for a corporate credit card. Upvote here: However we have many customers who are dealing with this on a regular basis, what is your prefered or suggested workaround while Acumatica considers the idea of adding this into the product?  Thank you!
