Hello, I’m working on trying to recreate a report generated by our old ERP system called Job Cost Billing Summary. The main thing that I’m having trouble recreating is separating out the “Actual Costs” based on the section “Account Group” in Acumatica for each job within a set period of time. Our Account Groups are represented by letters L for Labor S for Subcontractor and so on.  I am basing the report off of existing Acumatica report 6540002 and have not added anything to the Schema from the base file. If anyone can help me figure out what I would need to enter and if I need any additional relationships so that I can have total actual costs for each group, I would be most appreciative.

Hello all, We will be using the api’s to create new stock items as needed. Does Acumatica have the ability to accept a PUT command to Stock Items with multiple records? Or should we just loop through the needed records and create them individually? Thanks

Hi All,Currently, I am facing an issue where the Import Scenario only deletes one record at a time, so I have tried adding multiple lines using '= -2' to delete multiple records. However, I don't believe this is the proper way to delete mass records.After deleting the old delegates, I need to update the list with new delegates for the same employees using a single import scenario.Is it possible to handle both delete and update delegates in single import scenario. I am working on 21 R1.I have already added the import scenarios, and I would appreciate it if someone could review them and help me achieve the desired results.Thanks, in advance!

Hello Community,I have a scenario where I would be importing some invoices of the year 2019. Initially, I had defined 2020 as the first financial year in the system. So, now to import these invoices, I have shifted the first financial year to 2019, created periods, but i am not able to Generate Calendar nor even open the periods of the same year. Is there anything i am missing out here?  Thanks in Advance. 

We have Customer View Standard Acumatica Dashboard in Acumatica, One of my customers reported the dashboard is not visible and throwing an error ' The given key was not present in the dictionary”Troubleshootsteps performed. Imported standard customer view Dashboard in Local instance the error remains the same. Uploaded each GI in the local instance, the error remains the same. Customer Management Featured present in the system. Access rights verified. Unpublished all packages and verified still getting the same error The given key was not in the dictionary.  

I am creating a quote form for a customer who has quotes / sales order and invoices with many line items.  They have requested that alternate rows on the detail section are highlighted in order for the customer to be able to read these better.

We have a service contract schedule where the Generate From Service Contracts button is disable even though there is no appointment or service order linked to the schedule.  There are four other schedules that have been created after this one and the second one does have an appointment created.  The last three don’t have an appointment and the button is enabled on each of them.  Since there is a schedule with an appointment created after the schedule in question could that cause the button to be disabled?  

Good day Team, I am trying to add the AP Bills Branch ID to the AP642000 Additional Remittance Form, I used the APAdjust table with the APPayment, doing Doctype equal to AdjgDocType and RefNbr equal ADJgRefNbr, also used the adjd ref and doctypes to test but did not worked either. When I used the APAdjust.AdjgBranchID, as I tested on a GI, it worked, but when doing in the report designer does not work. I have used other tables as well, but no luck. I hope, there is a way.

Are there any character limits to warehouse and warehouse location names? Ie. length and special characters like dashes?ex. Warehouse-Bulk-Fuel

I have created a Date Parameter for a custom report.  I am trying to filter the report by this parameter, the result is coming back with no data (a blank report).  I am selecting a date that i am 100% sure is in the dataset because i have a raw dump of the data.  What am I missing, why is my filter not working?  Does this have something to do with the values being seen as text instead of date?

I’m still new to programming in Acumatica, so I may have gotten several things wrong here, but I’m trying to get a single value to be returned from this BQL statement which should be the sum of a specific customer’s invoices for the current year for the price of goods only. How to print Billing and Bookings Amount in ARM Report?Below is the screenshot for reference: The Billings I manually grab the total sales from the P&L report. Hello,The initial brief was as follows:Show all items where itemclass in (spareparts, lvspareparts) and use date range. Fields to show:Inventory ID, Inventory DescriptionTotal Sales for date range Total qtyonhand all warehouses (just the total holding like on stock items page)Total transferred over date rangeLast invoiced dateLast Cost On the results we are getting some larger numbers, and not all the QOH look right, any idea on how to improve on the results here?  

I have a client asking if the search result color can be changed within Report Designer. They find the light green difficult to see. I haven’t found a way of changing this. Does anyone know?Example below:

Hello, I am trying to set up physical inventory counts but I am not seeing all of the generation methods as shown in online tutorials. How do I add? I only have Full Physical Inventory as an option on my end. 

I have been looking into the Movement class calculations and I was wondering if anyone had any more insight as to what transactions go into this calculation? I haven’t been able to identify exactly what it is? All documentation I could find was Quantity Sold, but I wasn’t sure if this accounted for Issues to Production, Sales, Inventory Adjustment, etc?Any help would be appreciated!
