I have created a new report that I send in addition to my drop ship purchase orders. For each PO I send they need to have their own customer facing pack slip sent along for fulfillment. I need to filter based on the date and the vendor ID. I have gotten everything set up where the report runs but it is not respecting the individual orders and dumping everything into one PDF, grabbing the most recent PO header information. Where would I add something to say I want each order and their respective lines to generate on its own PDF? The PDF file can still be compressed to contain all available order, they just need to print on their own pages based of the PO order number. 

Hello - We are running into an error when we try to run the Positive Pay Batch Creation for one of our properties. The error states “Value (reference number) single day only). I cant figure out what this means, and when looking at the referenced item, I dont see anything wrong with it.Does anyone know what this error is?  

HI There, Does anyone use the UK VAT and be familiar with HMRC summit tax function.   The user is trying to submit January 2024 VAT return to HMRC.But it shows “Cannot submit VAT Return - Tax Period not found on HMRC side.”Users said that she logged into HMRC and don’t see anything different at HMRC platform end. Has any consultants or UK VAT export met this message before and what should we do in ERP Acumatica side?  Have a Nice Day. Regards,David Lee

Hello,I have active BOMs in the system.  When I open the Cost Roll screen, no BOMs show up in the grid to be selected.  2023R2Any thoughts why my BOMs aren’t showing up?

I wonder if there is an option to have column in a GI to enter data on the GI itself and than we can use an import scenario to update data entry forms in Acumatica.Please let me know, Thank you

Hello, Brand new to Acumatica, I am creating a GI for PO vs Avg cost comparison and would like for the field that contains the PO cost to highlight red if its greater than the AVG cost field. I have the entire GI built but am having some trouble getting the format of the formula for this to happen. I was hoping maybe some one here could help me with this ? 

I’m looking to figure out how to make my row styles based on the Days Lagging column, which is a formula that is the following:=DateDiff('d', [SOOrder.OrderDate], Today()) I’d like to color code on the Days Lagging to show Red as greater than 90 days, yellow greater than 60 days, green greater than 30 days.  I’ve tried using a Switch statement that has IIf inside to do the same math, but I’m getting out of bound array issues. What am I doing wrong lol?

Our company is going to be purchasing an item that starts with serial number 000 and can go up to 999. We’ll be purchasing these in batches of 100, where the first batch is 000-099. Ideally, I would like to set the serial class to autogenerate the serial numbers when I receive the items. The issue I’m running into, however, is that the lowest serial number I can start generating is 001. Obviously, I could make this item a User-Enterable serial number. However, I’d really like to do this automatically instead of by hand. Any thoughts?

I created a custom Attribute for an Inventory Item.  I want to print both the Value ID and the Description on the Report.0001 Ryan HarrisWhen i select the attribute from the Inventory Item.  It only prints the Description.  How can i get both to print on my report? 

First, before pointing me to them, I have already completed Acumatica badges for System Administration and Implementation Project Mgmt.  Those modules did not answer my question.What I am looking for, is if there is some kind of Acumatica standard set of steps/procedures that must be followed for setting up an ERP system.For example, here are some very ‘high level’ steps that I have created on my own below, but am looking if Acumatica has something like this as a template or even an Excel spreadsheet of.  However, I am looking for something MUCH more detailed, like, “Before setup of GL, need to setup Project Account Groups”Configure Company Information Define Chart of Accounts Configure General Ledger Set up Branches and Business Accounts Define Users and Security Roles Configure Employees and Users Define Customers and Vendors Configure Inventory Setup Sales and Purchase Documents Define Tax Settings Customize Screens and Workflows Integrate with External Systems (if applicable) Data

I could be wrong, but I remember a mention in last year’s Acumatica’s 2023R1 announcements, that  in the future there would be more ‘What’s New’ information sessions.At the time there was only a ‘What’s New for Developers’ session, but there was a mention of more sessions in the future, each session focused on a specific vertical/function/workspace.Examples I could think of would be ‘What’s New in Manufacturing’, ‘What’s New in Construction’, etc.Are these sessions still in the works or did I misunderstand?

Hi Everyone,We paid a vendor twice and the Vendor asked that we keep the credit in their account to apply to future invoices. The prepayment method doesn’t necessarily work for us as we don’t have any bills received just yet and future bills will not always be expensed to the same general account. Does anyone have an idea on how to record the overpayment but not associate it with a particular expense account?Thanks,

We are attempting to sync Template/Matrix items from Acumatica to BigCommerce.   This is the error message we are seeing on the Sync processing“At least two values of the attribute XYZ have the same description. Specify a unique description for each attribute value, and process the record again”I am assuming this is an impact because of the Attribute option description :.But is the connector triggering off of Descriptions at the Attribute level even though the Matrix Combination itself is unique: Any assistance on thoughts here would be extremely helpful.  

I have a requirement to calculate taxes based on Ext. Cost instead of the Amount of bill’s lines. If I go to Taxes tab and change the taxable amount of the tax transaction the tax amount, bill tax total and bill balance are updated accordingly.I’m trying to implement this behaviour programmatically. I can change the taxable amount (setting APTaxTran.CuryTaxableAmt value) but the other figures are not updated. I tried to fire RaiseFieldUpdated for different fields but no luck.Any pointer very welcome or any alternative solution to achieve this.Thank you

I have a client who is starting to use MRP and there are old orders that are coming up. Orders from 2017 that are completed, however they are still on MRP. How can these easily be cleared? I am sure I am just missing something simple.

Hi,I want to use PXOrderedSelect for multiple view but the view which I have created are of single table.So, is there any way that I can use PXOrderedSelect  for multiple view for a single table .Here primary is different but table is same for all view.Also, can you tell me if PXOrderedSelect  can be use instead of PXSelectJoin and if not than what I can use in place of PXSelectJoin so that I can perform drag and drop functionality of PXOrderedSelect .I am using PXOrderedSelect for drag and drop and using it in place of PXSelect. Thanks,Dhruv

We have been using Acumatica for more than a year now and noticed that when we create Service Orders, the order number is not in sequence.  It sometimes misses 4 or 5 numbers and it is not consistent.  Has anyone has any idea why this is happening please?

Hello - We want to add the ability to see who added or removed an attachment from an Bill, and when. I have added the AP Bills Screen ID to the Audit History, as well as all the associated tables, but I cant seem to get it to work correctly. I am getting very minimal results when running the audit history, and they all seem to be centered around the creation of the document. Do you know how to get an audit trail of attachments on a Bill?(In screenshot two I get about 30 results, for all usernames in the prior month. I dont know what is triggering this, but we have hundreds if not thousands of bills across the portfolio across that time frame, so I am not sure what this is triggering. )Thanks for any suggestions!  

I am able to add a project task to an existing project using an API. How can I add multiple tasks using the same API? Is this possible? What is the syntax?
