Does anyone add the reference number provided by the bank for ACH batch transactions to the batch payment in Acumatica post Acumatica release of the batch paymentI have to release the payment in Acumatica to obtain the export file and would like to be able to go back and add the reference number from bank to that released batch payment in a field that can be searched in the GI.I appreciate any feedback.

The form (PO505000) used to create a PO, we want to be able to apply a filter to the PONbr field, which belongs to the FSSODetSplit DAC.It exists in the database: But when trying to add this field to the screen, it is not available?  is there any way to make this visible? Anyone know why they would be hiding this field?

When purchasing through MRP, the vendor location seems to default based on alphabetical instead of the default for a SKU. Ex. Default location for SKU is MOULDINGS.Vendor location defaults to Main Any way to get MRP to consider location defaults similar to how it chooses default vendor? 

Hi,I find the setup of an GL account in my company book is wrong in Acumatica. It was setup by my predecessor as asset, but it should be a liability item. As a result, the balance sheet is not balanced. I only find out now as I use the trial balance only in the past few months. I try to change the type in chart of account but an error message pop up. It said “You cannot change the selected GL Account type because transactions for the GL Account already exist”.Please advise how to resolve the issue. Thanks!Raymond

How do we get Credit and Debit Memos to export?  I have tried numerous ways to build an export scenario to export AR Open items and when the data is prepared only the Invoices are loaded for export. If I specifically restrict the source to Credit Memos or Debit memos nothing is prepared at all.  I started this project using AR301000 Invoices and Memos with exactly the same results, credit and debit memos do not load to be exported.

Hello,I understand this might not be a recommended approach, but we would like to attach a report to the user profile that includes a QR code containing the user's password. Is there a way to print the actual password in the report? I've tried using Users as a DAC and "Password" as the Field, but it only displays hidden text instead of the actual password.

We just recently started using Acumatica’s Fixed Asset Module. Prior to this, we have kept everything on a spreadsheet and entered the depreciation via a journal entry.I have no issues entering/adding new Fixed Assets, but does anyone know the process of adding old fixed assets into the FA Module? By “old” I mean the assets that were purchased in prior years that have already been either fully or partially depreciated?When added into the FA Module, these assets should not have an impact on the General Ledger since the assets and the depreciation expense is already “on the books”.Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone worked with setting up ACH export scenario which will work with a Credit Union? In the first line, the first 691000134 is the Federal Reserve routing number, while the second 691000134 should be the credit union routing number which is on the Cash Account remit settings.  101 691000134 691000134  

I need unit cost of non-stock item to default to 0.00 on Requisitions, PO’s, etc. Currently it defaults to the last cost. Anyone know if this can be done? I haven’t found a setting. 

Hello, Does anyone know how I could add an attribute to an email notification? We have created a notification for when a user is assigned a new support case. Within this notification I would like to include some of their custom attributes. I can see the option to add an attribute using the data fields; ((Answers.AttributeID.AttributeID)) and ((Answers.Value)). However this only brings in the first attribute in the list. Is it possible to specify an attribute or to bring in more than one? I can make do with just brining in one particular attribute which I can just place at the top the list, but it would be great if I could bring in more than one. Thank you.

I have an approval map set up for AP Checks and Payments. Currently, the approver is a workgroup with 3 members. As it is set up now, only 1 of the 3 members of the workgroup has to approve it. However, the people submitting the payments for approval are also in the workgroup. So, the scenario is that 1 person in the workgroup submits for approval, then 1 of the 2 other members have to approve it. Is it possible to do this utilizing the workgroup? Or do I have to set up steps with a condition of who is submitting it for approval?

We use OCR to process our incoming invoices but it doesn't populate our projects.  Is this a deficiency in the product or a lack of configuration on our part? TIA.

I’d love to be able to access current bank account balances via the bank feeds functionality for use in a dashboard. Is this information pulled and available?

We’re in Canada and use the Plaid API to retrieve bank transactions and are wondering if it’s possible to retrieve bank balances as well.  If so, how do you configure Acumatica/Plaid and where would Acumatica store & display the balance.Ideally we’d like a dashboard showing bank balance less uncleared cash transactions to show an available cash position.TIA

How do I create the column set to have a column for each month and a total for the year?  I want to be able to select the year and then have the columns for each month.

 Hello,I am pretty new to imports and recently put together an Opportunity import scenario.When I run the import, it processes about 1/20th of the records and then gives the error “Error: 'Subject' cannot be empty.” for the rest. When I run it again, it processes another batch of the errored records with another roughly 1/20th being successful. So it is able to process the previously errored records eventually, just a small amount at a time. It is an issue if I bring this import to production because It throws off the auto-numbering by skipping the numbering for the errored Opps and takes forever to continuously run back-to-back. ex: I am not sure what to do with the Subject line. At first, I only had it mapped like this:but that throws the error “The record was not processed because of an error during  processing of the next record” for every record.then I tried thisand it imports the small amount each time but errors on most. I have attached the XML export for the import scenario tha

I am trying to add an attribute that I added to all of my vendors called VENDORTYPE to the Purchase Order Generic Inquiry as an additional column. I am trying to add in the Vendor table and join it so the attribute will be available to pull into the inquiry, however when looking for the attribute in the Results Grid options, it isn’t appearing.I think I must be adding in the table wrong or joining it incorrectly. Any help here would be greatly appreciated! 

We encountered a glitch when receiving partial quantities:Production Order Qty 10 with Qty 10 Subcontract Material Purchase Order for Subcontract Matl Qty 10Purchase Receipt for Subcontract Matl Qty 5 (Subcontract Matl is Lot/Serial tracked to preserve costing from a specific vendor to form the PN) Move on Production Order Qty 5 (consumes backflushed Subcontract Matl Qty 5) Production Receipt only capitalizes 1/2 of the Subcontract Matl cost into the finished good.  WIP balance is correct, though.What do we have set up incorrectly?  Or is this a bug?

How do i make the files i have attached to Change Requests or Change Orders print on the CR or CO report form?

We have CM (Commissions) and RG (Regular Pay) for payroll. CM posts to Salesmen Commission account and RG posts to Salesmen Salary account.  I have 2 paychecks that posted to salesmen salary but should have posted to Salesmen Commission. The checks have already been released, posted, and cashed by the employee.How can correct the 2 paychecks that posted to the wrong account?Is it a G/L transaction i can do? (reverse the paycheck, then reverse the reverse and fix the accounts that are incorrect?)  Thanks in advance!
