I’m trying to create a GI that will return a list of customer account numbers along with the date of the first order completed and that corresponding order number. I’ve gotten close, but the GI is returning some incorrect results.Here’s what I have so far - any suggestions for how to get the information I’m looking for is greatly appreciated! Relations Results Grid 

Does someone have suggestions or sample GI to get a list of customer and the date of their last Invoice ?

Trying to figure out if this is a bug, a feature or inherent in the design of the manufacturing module:On the Production order’s operations, there are four fields related to start and end dates for the operation:Start Date End Date Actual Start Date Actual End DateThe first two always show the start and end dates of the production order.The other two with the word  “Actual” I would assume would get set as follows:When the first transaction for the operation is performed, the Actual Start Date is set to the date on the transaction When a transaction is performed that completes the qty to produce and sets the operation status to completed, the Actual End Date is set to the date of the transactionIn other words, these fields are logically set on the first and last operations of the production order.However this is not what happens. I have found under the screen editor where it is possible to change the column width for the pre-defined fields in Acumatica, but is it possible to adjust the column width for user defined fields? The layout properties tab in the screen editor is blank when I click on the UDF column. Thanks!

Hello,I found this discussion post: In which it says you can select a template for sending an Email.   I have tried this in our Sandbox environment and noticed that it doesn’t pick up the dynamically inserted fields or links we’ve created in the template, NOR does it pick up the addressee.Here is the template: Now, when I open the a shipment and select this template, it populates the text but it does NOT bring in ANY of the dynamic data fields that I have underlined: Are we doing something wrong?Cheers,​​​​​​​k2

As a number of posts have indicated, the system does not prevent timesheets from being released into closed periods. This is a big problem for many service business clients as they are frequently having to release timesheets that were entered late by the employee.  It results in changes to the balances and reports in periods that are closed and this is a nightmare for accountants who discover that their bottom line figures have changed in opening balances.  It breaks one of the fundamental controls of an accounting system. The “Custom Week” settings have an “Active” status but there appears to be no way to change the status to inactive. Thanks 

I'm exploring alternative methods for calculating revenue projections for construction projects.Currently, we rely on a straightforward method using GI that looks at the end dates on all revenue tasks, the sum of the tasks ending in a specific period serves as our revenue projection. It's a simple and effective approach.Why I’m looking for something different; Project management programs that integrate with ACU are limited, and not all of them integrate with project tasks. It's worth mentioning that we currently use SmartSheet to manage project task dates. While this integrates with ACU, it's proving to be less scalable due to inadequate support. If I can find a different means of calculating our revenue projection, then I’m not restricted to the limited PM tools available. Please provide suggestions and insights regarding alternative methods or tools that might enhance our revenue projection processes. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

When customers make payment in CASH, is there a process in acumatica where we can instantly record and print the receipt on the spot before it makes it to the bank account?  Sometime receptionist receives the cash and when it comes to the accounting department, there is count mistake, or customer claims they paid different amounts. Thank you, Shankar  

Where is the AR Statement Form located?  I need to modify it and add a logo and it is not available to select.  The Dunning Letter is available but not the statement form.  Is it hidden? 

Hello! I'm having an issue with my workflow (FS300200). What I want to add is another button to pause the appointment. I added an action with the same field as the pauseAppointement. Then added a new workflow that inherit from the default workflow page and added a transition in “In process” to change state to Paused. The field to update are the same as Pause.Only difference between the 2 actions is that i call a Dialog Box when the button is click. I have 2 behaviors from this :    1- If i active the action in “In process > Action” the button will never show event with or without duplicate on toolbar or a true to his visible properties.   2- If i remove active from action in “In process > Action” the button shows, and do everything that i want but the change of state. What i want is that my button is show on the page and after i finish with the dialog box the state change to pause.Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?Thanks,

does anyone have tips or tricks for managing the display of parameters on a GI?how can I get then spread across the top instead of stacked?I can see the sizes makes a difference for  this but what is column span ?   

Our organization is working toward use of the Vertex tax integration with Acumatica.  In review of the documentation, it states the need to create a tax agency vendor specific to/for Vertex.  We are trying to understand the specific use of that vendor account.  Is it just for the integration, or will all taxes be paid to that Vertex vendor?Currently, we have multiple accounts with state and local entities as we file and pay taxes.  We just need to understand if this single agency vendor will then replace those individual accounts, or if the Vertex vendor is just used for the interface.
