Hi all, we’re currently upgrading to 23R2 and we’re testing it in a sandbox.

In Production Order Maintenance (current/live site), the Order Type parameter menu is empty/no default. In the 23R2 sandbox (green header), the Order Type defaults to RO.

How can I edit the GI to change this? I don’t see a default value listed.

We just upgrade to 23R1 and having the same issue.

This seems to work most of time, setting the field to = NULL.

I say most of the time because sometimes we will open the page and find just “N” in the parameter and needs to cleared.

The “N” seems random and might just be a browser/cookie issue.

Hello,

Do you have a screen shot in you production tenant (23R1)?

Hi @swartzfeger,

Have you tried with enabling the checkbox of From Schema and select the RO (Regular Order) type in the Default value field?

Hope, it helps!

That doesn’t make sense, because I **DON’T** want a default value -- I want the field to be empty/blank. And the parameter is blank in the GI in both live tenant and 23R2 sandbox…. and yet RO shows up as default for 23R2.

Hello,

Do you have a screen shot in you production tenant (23R1)?

Both have the parameter empty, yet 23R2 is still displaying a default value. We would like to have the Order Type field <empty>. Thanks for any help. :)
