Hello,I am having trouble with an activity import. I am trying to import our old CRM call activity to specific Leads, Business Accounts and Contacts. Receiving “Error: 'Related Entity' cannot be empty.” on each record. I have tried importing with the Related Entity being the Acumatica ID as well as the Record Name. I am trying to deleted a rejected Expense Claim but when I try to do that, I am receiving an error message that says the “expenseRefNbr cannot be empty”;  if it was rejected, why is that occurring?Is this a permissions or setup issue?  And if so, what should I look to change? 

We have this error on an items product availability in Sync history. It is not translating the inventory to the Shopify store and we can’t seem to figure out why. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?  “The record has been assigned the Deleted status because it is related to an item that is missing, excluded from synchronization, or configured to not track quantity.:

We need to fix the user that shows search result to be like the rest that doesn’t show the result on the sales order screen. See images below for the correct display versus the wrong display.  For this user a results sub window opens as the user types in an Inventory code.   This image shows how it should look without the results displaying: 

I added a Attribute to my Vendors screen (AP303000).  I have that attribute called out in my report.  I have my Report Parameters calling Report.GetFieldSchema('Vendor.APOWNER_Attributes').  I am seeing the filed populate on the Reports Parameters on the screen for report and I an even select the desired result to filter agonist.  But when I pick one of the options and run the report, I still get all values for the Attribute, not the one selected.  Am I doing something wrong, or missing a step. 

Wanted to check that I am not missing something before I write this off.We want to display GI/Dashboard on a large screen on the shopfloor and have it periodically auto refresh.We do not want to tie up a computer for each display on the shop floor.Would like to use a smart TV that could display from the URL.  However, cannot have it prompt for credentials.  So looking for a URL that could have credentials embedded.  (I am sure this is not possible, just checking) Looking for any suggestions:Want to display dashboard on shop floor and have it autorefresh.Do not want to tie up a computer to accomplish this.Do not want to have to enter credentials.   Thanks!

What access right should be allowed to view inventory in the creation of a GI? Anyone have an idea as to why this is not able to be viewed as an administrator?

Hello Team,I've added custom fields to the Revenue Budget tab on the Project screen. I wrote code for the RowSelected event, but the values are not being saved in the database when I click the Save button in the Project Header. I have tried numerous times to split a journal entry into multiple lines without it posting successfully.  The only way I can get Acumatica to split an entry to multiple sub accounts is to do it one line at a time.  Why is this necessary?We are on 2020 R1

We are currently on 22r2 and will move to 24r1 soon.We have the need to stop users from seeing and being able to drill down into certain accounts on the P&L by branch report.  The users are all in the same branch, but not the same “department”.  They should not be able to see wages for the branch management (highest priority), and preferably not other departments in their branch (secondary concern).I have set up a restriction group and assigned only top management and finance to the group.  I have also assigned the specific sub accounts, and then the specific GL account, to the RG as well.The result is that the user can access the P&L by department, see the Wages listed on the P&L in total form.  Further, then can click on the amount and drill into the Wages amount, seeing the restricted account detail, as well as the associated subaccounts, some of which are restricted also.I have read the help text documentation and understand that for performance reasons, this is the res

Hi All, I need to create new DAC and dump data into new DAC using Rest API. I know how to code and put data but I am stuck in few questions like If I started new creating new DAC do i need to define new fields in that and save data accordingly and  Also how can i access that DAC using API? is there any blog that can give similar idea. 

Scenario:We have a purchase order with item A , B , and C. We create a prepayment because this vendor requires a 50% down payment. This pre-payment gets allocated evenly between the 3 lines on the Purchase order.I then proceed to create the purchase receipt for just item B (LINE 2), that is the only thing that shipped. Give it a total of $300,which means I pre-paid the $150 and that is shown as the prepaid amount on the line item, on the purchase order. I create the purchase receipt and then release it to automatically create the Bill. I technically only owe the remaining $150 on this line item, but the bill is created for the full $300 and applies the full prepayment leaving only $25 to be remaining on this bill. Then when the other items are received it, it will look like we owe the full amount. When really, we need to pay the remaining $150 for this item for shipping, not for any other item that hasn’t shipped yet.Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Or is there a setting or

Is there a place or even a method to provide the Non-Project Code a Description in Project Preferences?If so, where can I go to do that?  

Hello, we have configured SSO with openID and Microsoft Azure app subscription. Everything works well except that when a user presses "LOGOUT" in acumatica, and another presses the "OpenID SSO Microsoft" button at login, this one automatically reconnects to the same user who was initially connected . It seems to keep it cached. How to "clear cache" or other solution to user logout?THANKS

Looking into the ability to have Attributes published into Customizations.  Use case:We have a testing environment that we test Customizations before publishing into our Production instance (as everyone should hehehe). I want to make a Attribute on the for Vendors, that I attach to each Vendor Class.  But I am trying to figure out how to do this in a Customization if possible, that way I don’t have to recreate those fields and connections in our Production instance.  I could just publish the Customization and it would create the required fields.  Is that possible?  I can’t find any documentation on that use case.

Hello I am looking to automate taking sales orders that are being imported to take them off HOLD and put into OPEN - the sales order type needs to remain the same so to change the sales order type is not an option. I tried the Process Open Orders but that only works for Back Order to be put in Open no ON HOLD orders.  I looked at automation schedule but do not see an option to do any “action” such as Open order.  would it be a workflow process or such?  I need certain criteria’s to be able to pick and choose which orders to put in OPEN as well.

hi all, When I select one task and click on “Complete Tasks”, all the tasks get 100% completed. If this was accidentally done, and the user has saved the changes to the project, is there a way to go back to the original completed % of the task ? HI, I have a client who is asking for this on the Sales Order printed form, SO641010.rpx:*T Total - Set a variable to accumulate the extended price for each line as it is processed with an initial value of 0. Increment value with the extended price for each line as lines are processed. If and when a line with Inventory ID = *T, the form should print the Transaction Description and the variable accumulated value in the extended price column. Reset the variable to 0.I have a variable that is the subtotal of the lines. The problem I am having is printing the variable and when it is getting reset. I have tried various things to get this to work.The Output is clearing the variable prior to the data being printed, see below. Here is a picture of the variable & how it is being reset.

How do I print a check out for a customer’s credit? I know how to print a check to pay a bill, but I have never printed a check to pay a customer their credit.
