We have setup tax and it is calculating correctly in the purchase order and the bill. However, rather than going to the 23000 account, the tax is going to the inventory expense accountThe account 23000 is designated for taxes.We are unsure whether we missed any setup since this is working fine in AR, but not in AP where the tax entry is not being entered.

Hello, Im trying to Display an icon in one of our notification templates. I tried a few methodes but nothing really worked out. On the one side I got the image on the template but I also got it attatchet to the Mail, on the other side I tried it with google API and URL, but the image wont even show up. Does anyone know what I could do? (As informatoin Iam using Outlook as the E-Mail provider)

Hello All,I have a case where I must record withholding tax and submit it to the government.Ex: Bill from Vendor is 100$ (does not include any taxes), withholding tax is 15%.As document F335 - Value Added Taxes. there are 2 ways to record withholding taxes.Option 1: Enter directly to GL through Journal Transaction, the entry included:  Debit Credit Payable Account   100 Withholding Tax   15 Expense Account 115    Disadvantage: The system doesn't calculate tax amount. The user needs to manually calculate and input it.Option 2: Create Bill and apply Bill with Payment → Tax Amount will be automatically calculated and booked to GL after Payment is released.Entries on Bill  Debit Credit Payable Account   100 Expense Account 100   Entries on Payment  Debit Credit Bank Account   85 Withholding Tax   15 Payable Account 100    Because the system defaults to the withholding tax will be extracted tax amount from the Amount on the Bill,

Hello Guys, as always thanks in advance for any help provided here. My controller is asking if there is a way to look at a report that just show AR transactions, and NOT   “SO transactions”. He says that all orders originate from SO, then they go to AR, and from there they end up in GL. He wants to know a way to pull JUST transactions that were done in AR (modifications, dollars changes, etc) that were done specifically in AR.  He wants to be able to filter out by the Types or AR transactions done in AR, linked to the SO transaction.... so he can then compare, and match with GL. That shows the SO that originated from, but shows the changes made in AR.Does that makes sense? We have another Vendor we use for reporting called DataSelf that is only looking at the SO, not the AR. And they are having some discrepancies

As a tester, looking to get an unattended install for everything, Acumatica MSI, a new instance, and our custom plug-ins…  Might be i’m only running into this as i’m iterating on getting what we will be using in the end.  Finding at times the install process is failing with “An instance already exists….”.   Where or how is ac.exe determining a previous install exists…   Having removed:IIS && App Pool SQL Database File and Directory associated for the IIS instancesMost of the time removing all of these have cleaned up or removed the instance,  what else is there?   Really would like to remove the need to run AC.exe and go into App Maintenance and remove the zombie entry...

Hi All,Please see error message below.It says failed to add one or more lines from PO order when my colleague is on her profile.Please advise. 

In our Shopify connector we get this error code on the customer entity that reads “Error on phone: Phone number already been taken.” Or it will read “Error on phone: Enter a valid phone number.” It prevents the customer record from syncing to Shopify, and will also prevent a new sales order for a given customer to sync into Acumatica. It seems like the system is doing some sort of validation on the phone number field on the customer, this is the field on the general tab under the additional account info section.  

Is it possible to do a reversal of depreciation? I have a customer that depreciation got ran until late 2024 and they can’t dispose of assets now. Or would I need to go in and do a transactions for each one?

I have 3 sub reports added to my main report and each as a sub total, how can I access the sub totals on my main report - I tried $subReport_TotBills for example and it didn’t work.

Hello All,I have been trying to display the email accounts of the users who have created a Journal Entry/Journal Transactions. I am not able to do. I tried to create joins between Batch & BAccount and then between BAccount & Contact and then making Contact.Email visible in the Gi but this displays the email id of the particular branches instead of the creators who created the record. Still new to Acumatica, so there are some features that I am now looking into that I feel may benefit our business.With our old accounting software, we used to manually round invoices, but they always went to our default AR/Sales accounts. I think that the Invoice Rounding feature in Acumatica would help us roll out this practice for all invoices. However, I am running into an issue with setting it up…I’ve enabled the feature under CS100000 and I’ve set the AR preferences to “Nearest” and “1.00.” We will not utilize the AP rounding so I’ve kept that at currency precision. However, when I do this in AR Preferences, it says: “To use this rounding rule, you should specify Rounding Limit on General Ledger Preferences (GL.10.20.00) form.”Problem is, nothing on the GL Preferences form says anything related to this. Looking into it further, I am also not able to specify a Round Gain or Loss account, which I would particularly be interested in for tracking the revenue from this practice. Am I

Hello All,I have been looking to display Cost Layer Type for projects. I have the requirement to display the Project Specific Inventory Inventory Qty along with Cost Layer Type so as to transfer the unwanted items. And the Cost Layer Type displays the Cost Layer either Project/Normal in order to create transfer orders. Can anyone help me out in this?Currently in 23R1 we have INLocationStatusbyCostCenter but it is not there in 22R2. I am looking to get this requirement implemented in 22R2. I have created a new report that I send in addition to my drop ship purchase orders. For each PO I send they need to have their own customer facing pack slip sent along for fulfillment. I need to filter based on the date and the vendor ID. I have gotten everything set up where the report runs but it is not respecting the individual orders and dumping everything into one PDF, grabbing the most recent PO header information. Where would I add something to say I want each order and their respective lines to generate on its own PDF? The PDF file can still be compressed to contain all available order, they just need to print on their own pages based of the PO order number.
