Is anyone aware of a way to specify Favorites as the Home Page on a user profile (SM203010)?  Since the Favorites functionality behaves like a pop-up and not a full-fledged screen there doesn’t seem to be a way to select it.  Any ideas?Thanks!Laura

Is there a way to notify users in their acumatica home screen about an alert or change . In other words a system wide message that notifies the users in their acumatica interface (not sending or receiving in email).For example : ‘we are upgrading our acumatica system in one month” something like this , that is broadcasted to  the entire users without sending them email. And it is visible as soon as a user logs into acumatica.

I mistakenly created a cash return and want to void it but do not see an option to void .  

Hi Acumatica -Not sure the quickest way to relay this to you, but the update that you released overnight in the App Store is now unusable for automated warehouse operations.  We use the Pick, Pack, Ship function daily for our warehouse team, and a few of the iPads that we have set to ‘auto-update’ downloaded the new app and the screen is squished together so small that it is unusable for my team.  It would be great if you could address this quickly and release an update to fix the issue.Thank you.

Hello!I need to filter my report by a date range. I have the Parameter and Filter setup within the build schema, screenshots below. Trying to change an email address for a customer record but when we try to go save the record we get an error, “account is inactive”.  However, the customer is active and the customer location is active so I am confused why this error is occurring. Any one have a solution to this strange error?

We’re trying to configure Acumatica so that certain programming information — specifically the contractor’s email and phone number — is stored in the Customer record and then automatically printed on the Sales Order whenever a specific group of items is ordered.Has anyone implemented something similar? We would prefer to do this without a Customization Project. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hiii, i wan to testing some transactions including Witholding tax but when i try to Release in Check and Payments form, there is an error (you can see the screen shoot below).I also put the set up for my taxes and i already create some vendors as tax agency.Please help me to solve about this, it’s happen when i try included taxes but if the taxes were non included, i can release the Checks and Payments, Thank you  

Hello,My company will be receiving purchased inventory directly to the warehouse, and storing it from there. The warehouse team will be using scanners to automate the process, and they are equipped with PO Receivers we’ve provided to them (With barcodes for both PO and Inventory Items), and Location Barcodes.What we’d like to happen is they remotely use the Receive and Put Away function to create a purchase receipt (with auto generated serials) against against the PO for the corresponding inventory that they are receiving. It should be simple, however I cannot get the Receive and Put Away function to accept a purchase order number/barcode. It only asks for a purchase receipt, which defeats the purpose as the warehouse team is the first to receive it.Am I missing something? Any help provided would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am trying to add several custom fields that already exist on the classic UI version of the “Create Payment” popup into the Modern UI panel of the same screen.  However, I am running into two issues:1. When I add the fields directly in my Modern UI extension:I get an error:“ID does not exist”Even though these fields exist in the DAC and work correctly in Classic UI. 2. When I try to modify the existing Modern UI extension file (SO301000_CreatePayment.html):The customization works, but when I include this file inside a Customization Project, I get:“Duplicate ID”or“ID already defined in another extension”. This makes the whole customization fail.I suspect the issue happens because my customized Modern UI file is being added into frontendSources, which already contains the default SO301000_CreatePayment.html.Because of that, the same element IDs exist twice, and this results in the duplicate ID error.However, I am not sure what the correct approach is in this situation: Should I replace

Dear Team,I have map my fixed asset with wrong transaction Reconciliation Type Deduction, my step as details:Open Fixed Asset → Click Tab Reconciliation → Choose Reconciliation Type Deduction Check the corresponding transaction on the grid → click Process    Click SaveSystem generate a FA transaction type Reconciliation -. However, I check a wrong transaction but havent no how to fix. Hello Acumatica Community ,Is it possible to add a Date Range filter to Financial Reports in Acumatica through a customization? I'm trying to enhance financial reporting and would like users to be able to specify a from/To date range before running a report. We need a way to track product continuity by stock item. This includes identifying the customer that purchased the stock item (can be free text but prefer to select actual) and the date through which we commit to keep offering this inventory.  I’m thinking I’ll end up using an attribute option but would love some other suggestions. Is this something restriction groups could be good for? 

I have sql view for process screen. When I refresh grid. Data not updated. When I refresh page data is updated. How to solve this ?

These errors started appearing last week out of the blue, as far as I can tell. I have been importing the files using the same process as usual. We are fairly new users (implemented Sep 2025) so this is the first troubleshooting I’ve had to do. I’m generally a pretty savvy user but this makes no sense to me. Has anyone else seen this error?

I inherited a project.  When I moved the code from the Project Editor to my VS extension, I have an error regarding multiple keys.This was apparently not a problem when the code was left in the project editor, but it is a problem in my VS extension library.  Here is a snip so you can see the squiggles: I don’t know if removing the IsKey from either field will cause a problem.  Would it be safe to suppress the error with a comment?   

Good Morning!We just went live with Acumatica today and we are having an issue with purchase receipts. If the receipt has multiple lines, it expects each line to be greater than 0. So if we have three lines, and we only receive for one of those lines, it won’t let us release. It throws an error. I’m an IT guy so accounting is lost on me. That’s the best description I can provide.

Hi Team, In Acumatica 25R2, I successfully added the Terms field to the "Approve Bills for Payment" screen using the new modern UI. However, when I try to add the same Terms field in the "Prepare Payments" screen, the field does not appear.Please check the screenshot below. I have tried multiple solutions, but none of them are working.   The field is selected, but it is not displayed in the grid. I also tried using different names, such as TermsID and ViewName.TermsID, but neither solution worked.Can someone assist me with this issue? Regards,Sagar

We need to remove the amounts showing as “Unreleased Retainage” on the AR Aging report. These amounts have already been released and paid. While the total of unreleased retainage correctly sums to zero, the individual entries still appear on the report. We want to clear these items so they no longer display in the AR Aging report.

When I select a line in my process screen, the selected line is updated but its values get replaced with data from the first RQRequisitionLine.I know this happens because RQRequisition only has ReqNbr as a key, but not LineNbr.
