I am in the process of implementing a client with multiple companies in multiple countries.I am trying to set each companu up with it’s own bas currency but I haven’t got the option to do so.I have seen comments about certain things need to be enabled on tenant level and also, that you need to purchase extra features.Where can I see the tenant features that are enabled and where can I see if the extra features is part of the current license? Regards,Carsten

Hi All,We are trying to create an attribute using the Selector control type for the BOX ID field on the Boxes screen. We know the Box ID field lives on CSBox DAC, however, when we select CSBox as a Schema Object, Box ID does not show as an available schema field to choose. We are on 25R2 and have created a selector attribute before, any thoughts on why box Id field does not show? Anything special with this DAC or field?Thanks! 

Hi AllI’ve noticed that since upgrading to 25R1, everytime I look at an audit history there are a mismatch in the times. The summary section at the top will show the correct time for my timezone and the detail section will show the UTC time (I am in a UTC -4 timezone). Has anyone else experinced this and is there a way to have this corrected, please?See screenshot below for reference.ThanksAmitSummary section show correct time to match timezone (UTC-4), detail section shows UTC Time 

I have a sporadic issue in WMS Receive and Put AwayOccasionally when a PO is number is scanned the screen shows a receipt has been create but the lines from the PO do not populate on the screen as expected.We are unable to determine the situation / status where this occurs vs does not occur Have you seen this issue ?  

Hello, I have added a barcode to Worksheet Picklists to show the barcode for the lot/serial number. However, this is viable even if there is no lot/serial number for the line item (although this barcode is not usable). I saw on another post to set the value under the Visible Expr in report designer, but I am failing to write the correct expression. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

Is it possible to only allow certain roles to post with a specific Task? We want certain users to only be able to post using Task ‘80’ in our system for example.

the date contained in the rate table.  When taking this date in consideration; is this looking at the transaction date (date from timecard) or the system date like here 3/3/2026.   I created rate table with effective date 2/2/2026 and in our test system when I posted timecards with dates prior to 2/2---1/1,½,1/3 etc. it still applied the new rate.  There wasn’t a preexisting rate either.    

Hello, I am requesting assistance on an AP issue that is currently preventing us from closing the month.For background, we recently transitioned from our old accounting software to Acumatica. During the migration phase, I processed several checks outside of the old accounting system. I tracked paid invoices manually in Excel and issued checks accordingly. Once we fully transitioned into Acumatica, I began entering backlog payables, clearing checks, and processing current activity. During this process, I inadvertently issued a check to a vendor for an invoice that had already been paid during the migration period. In January, we received a refund check from the vendor indicating that the December payment was a duplicate. The original invoice was paid in November, and the duplicate payment was processed in December. The November invoice and check have already been properly cleared. My question is: what is the correct way to clear the duplicate check in Acumatica without inflating the ven

Hi, i need help to set up company with 3 subsidiaries in 3 different countries. Therefore we will need 4 different base currencies, but 1 consolidated base currency for the group (USD). The 3 subsidiaries must also be able to report in their local base currency on day to day operations, including local taxes. 

I want to raise the question here. Can we run npm build in local development in folder FrontendSources and add build file to production? Like this How can we include the build file to my customization ui file. Because when I browse from file or moder ui file I cannot see it. But in file I can see development file in screen folders. Please guide me. 

In the Classic screen, I use an action to highlight (change the row color of) records in the grid based on the value of the UsrFRCanShip field. When I click the action, the row colors update as expected (see the screenshot below).   After migrating the screen using the conversion tools:  The screen loads correctly in Modern UI, but the action no longer applies the row coloring in the grid.  Could you please advise how to implement this grid row coloring behavior in Modern UI?

We have a few blends of product that need to sit in the tank overnight to finish processing.  Our shift is M-TH 6:00am - 4:30pm.  The tank (machine) shows the same schedule, but we have machine time on the BOM as 16 hours.  The APS module is scheduling it over 2 - 3 days depending on the start time.  Our employees do not need to be present for the processing to take place once ingredients are placed in the tank.  If I change the machine shift to 24/7, it still will not calculate appropriately.  If I change the work center to have the 24/7 shift, it schedules around the clock.  I have tried to use queue time and finish time as well, but they are not yielding appropriate results either.  Essentially, I need 1-2 hours of shift time and the remaining is processing time overnight, then the tank can be emptied the following morning, cleaned and reused.  Is it possible to replicate this scenario on a BOM & in the APS module?

Hi All,We are trying to enable the audit history on the Sales prices screen AR202000.  We have it configured but when opening the audit history from the screen’s tools menu, nothing happens visually but when trying to navigate after, the site is slow and unresponsive until you close the browser window and reopen.  Does anyone have any insight as to what the issue might be? 

 Hi everyone,I’m now trying to do some modifications to the original screen without directly change it. I have defined a lot actions in the Graph ext, and I can see those actions if I choose to directly add the action definition in original ts file, but I need to keep those changes separately for further update. I tried to declare a new export class in an extension ts file and let it extends from the origin export class, but it did not work and I just can not see the action button here. Please let know if my idea is feasible or not? Hello!  We recently went live with Acumatica and are using the Acumatica Payments.  The embedded help information says that for a payment link to be automatically sent with an invoice a Processing Center must be selected.  - First screenshot I can’t find a way to default this processing center to ACuPay (or something that’s not blank).  Is there a way to do this or does our Billing Specialist have to populate this for each invoice?  - Second screenshot 

Hello all, we have a client that currently heavily deals with kits within kits. Is this something that Acumatica can handle without modifying it?

For eg:-FY 2023-2024 —> should remain Apr 1st 2023 to 31st Mar 2024 (No change)FY 2024-2025 —> Currently set as Apr 1st 2024 —> 31st Mar 2025,But we want it to end on Jun 30th 2025 instead of March 31 2025.Can you help me how to resolve this issue.We want FY 2024-2025 to become a 15 month financial year (Apr 2024 to Jun-2025)Thanks in advance
