Hi! Can someone point me to where I can increase the length of a UDF name please? See below screenshot, some field names are too long and getting cut off. I know how to increase the length of the value for that field, but is there a way to increase the length of the name itself? Thank you!! 

Is there any settings in Acumatica that would show some sort of error that the same Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, or Telephone Number has been used and is already associated with another customer profile?

Hi Team,We are experiencing an issue with the AR (Sales) Invoice Report. Whenever there is more than one tax, the total is not displayed. Please see the screenshots belowAs shown in the image below, when only GST is applied, the total is displayed correctly. However, if another tax is added, the total is not shown.Note: The taxes are coming from a sub-report.Could anyone please assist with this?

Is there an easier way to do inventory? Right now when we count one of our trucks we have to do a transfer from the truck warehouse back to our main warehouse when they have extra stock. Another transfer from there truck to writeoff when they have lost stock and another transfer to replenish what they are low on. Is there a way to correct inventory in one step?

Hello,Currently working on a formula for our stock items for our eCommerce site. We are wanting to update the title based on the picklist field called Visibility on the eCommerce tab. When it’s set to Invisible, the title should be updated to DELETE, else set the title as the Web Title attribute.IIf( [StockItem -> Custom.ItemSettings.Visibility] = 'I', 'DELETE', [StockItem -> Attributes.Web Title] )The issue we are running into is that regardless of how we set it, the formula is evaluating to TRUE and updating title to DELETE. Not sure if I’m missing something. Thanks!

Has anyone added address validation to a sales order import scenario?Out client overrides Ship To Address on a majority of their sales orders (by choice) but we would like to build in address validation as part of the import (if no address modification needed the order comes in and ship to address marked as validated, if address modification is needed then we want to fail the order import) Thank you,Greg

Has anyone successfully created a GI based off of other GI’s as the data source? I am able to add them as data sources no problem, but I am getting “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error when trying to join the sources. I’ve checked to make sure the fields are existent in the database on the DACs I am joining. I am joining on inventory ID from both generic inquiries. Any advice or further documentation on best practices when joining two inquiries? 

The issue is that I have created Business event for triggering the condition to send email alert for salesperson whenever customer status changes from Active to Inactive and I have created separate generic inquiry where the result grid includes customer acctname, status,, salesperson email, salespersonCD and all Below screenshot is the DAC table and relations for the GI.Business event is getting triggered, but the email is not getting triggered and processed I want to send the email to employee of the company i.e., salesperson. Below are the screenshot for I am facing the issue 

I just want to confirm the EXPECTED behavior of a synced email. The email syncs to the CONTACT record on the account. If that email appears on multiple records in Acumatica the email will not sync to any of them as it doesn’t know where to put it. The email only shows in the ACTIVITES on the record it syncs to - and NOT in the Activities on the top level of the Customer account There is no native way for users to see ALL The emails they have synced into the system.Anyone? Am i getting this correctly? And if so - can we have a feature request for #2 so my sales team has a way to see the emails they have synced? 

I am trying to add a $ sign to my GI. I saw this formula “ =’$’ + CStr([ARTran.CuryTranAmt]) ” in the community but there is one challenge with it. It resulted in 4 decimal places. I’ve tried a lot of formulas to reduce it to 2 decimal places per my company requirement but its not working. Is there any way to make this work.ChatGPT gave me this instructions to apply but for some reason I can't find the properties to apply the Data Type = Decimal. and format Format = $#,##0.00. 

We tried to reconcile an asset with a transaction.  We clicked on process and then we see the error message “The fixed asset has unreleased reconciliation transactions.” next to the Accrual Balance:There are no Fixed Asset Transactions matching this for us to release.  Where can we find the reconciliation transactions to release?

Since the update to 24R1 we’re experiencing an issue with Template Items’ BigCommerce Qty Unavailable setting behaving as “Set as Pre-Order” instead of our BigCommerce Default setting (which is “Do Nothing”). This only affects template items. (Stock items behave as expected.)This results in these items being made available to customers on our website as pre-order despite us having no intention of allowing pre-orders. Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on an implementation for a manufacturing business and am wondering what best practices for tracking “downtime’’ in production orders during the manufacturing process. For example:a production worker is injured during the production run and the manufacturing line halts for 30 minutes.  or a piece of machinery has techincal issues and is serviced on the fly for 10/15 minuteswhat would be the best way to track this downtime vs the actual labor captured.Open to any ideas, recommendations.Much appreciated 

Hello all,i want to achieve, that the Marketinglists, a Customer has, are also subscribed in Contacts, that are created out of the Customer.Problem:For example we have the following Customer/business account, with the following Marketing-lists checked;When a contact is created out of the business account, no marketing list is checked/subscribed: The Customer whiches it to be like that automatically, when a contact is created out of an business Account, so that the contacts marketing lists always match with the ones of the customer.How could this be done? Thank you

Hello Everyone, We have converted our custom screens to Modern UI, as well as the default screens that contain custom fields, by creating extension files. These have also been converted to Modern UI.We then added the corresponding .ts and .html files into the Modern UI folder of the customization package. However, when we tried to publish the package, we encountered issues, primarily with the default screen extension files. I’m trying to add a custom Cancel button on the Sales Orders screen (SO301000) using the Customization Project Editor.Steps I took: Opened the project → Screen Editor → SO301000 Expanded DataSource: SOOrderEntry → Toolbar → Standard Tried Add Controls → Button under the Standard toolbar Issue:When I drag/drop or select “Button,” nothing shows up in the tree (the button doesn’t get created).Has anyone faced this before? Am I missing a step to actually insert the new button into the toolbar?

Hi everyone,I’ve encountered an issue with invoice printing in Acumatica. For invoices that contain multiple analysis keys (subaccounts), only one key is currently printed on the invoice.I would like to display all analysis keys that appear on the invoice, separated by commas (e.g., 10, 20).The challenge is that the Report Designer doesn’t support loops or iterative logic, so a manually written expression would have to check and concatenate each line individually. This quickly becomes impractical for invoices with many lines.Has anyone found a reliable way to display all analysis keys for an invoice in a single field on the report? Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!  

I want to create a grid (similar to the “Salespersons” tab) on the Customer screen (ScreenID: AR303000), but instead of Salespersons, I want to display Employees linked to the customer.My goal is to display a list of employee records related to the customer in a separate tab using a grid view.I'm currently trying to create this through a Customization Project (not by writing code), but I haven't been able to set it up correctly.Has anyone done this before or could help me understand how to create a custom grid with a separate data source and view on the Customer screen?Any help or example would be greatly appreciated!Best regards,Pantea
