Easy Post question - International shipping labels

I understand that your client would like the “Commercial Invoice” report from Acumatica to print as a label. 

It should be possible to take the report and print it to any printer you like (including label printers).

However, the standard “Commercial Invoice” report generates as a PDF and there is no standard option to generate the report in any other format (https://help.acumatica.com/(W(4))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=5bb1f55c-6463-4b4d-bbfe-9e3fbbcf84fd).

You would need to utilize a label printer that can print PDF files to print this from a label printer.

The standard report is also not designed to be printed as a label and may not render as expected.

I do know that sometimes Shippers (through EasyPost) will return multiple Labels for international Shipments. 

Currently, the "Print Labels" action will only print the first label attached to a Package. 

Additional labels will need to be downloaded and printed manually.

This article is a good explanation to be able to “automatically” print labels (ZPL/EPL files) that are downloaded to a local computer (https://help.acumatica.com/(W(2))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=de3b7e31-58f7-4e36-a6ec-d40ac9755037)

This would be a workaround to print additional labels returned by a Shipper. 

There is currently no Ideas post about the “Print Label” action only printing the first label on a Shipment. 

Creating an Ideas post about this behavior, with your clients business impact would be helpful to have our dev team review the “Print Label” function!
