I am testing employee labor tracking to production orders and I cannot enter an Employee ID.  The field is grayed out. I have tried clicking Current User, clicking the plus sign for a new labor entry, etc. and nothing will stick.  

When an Acumatica database table includes the DeletedDatabaseRecord field, records deleted from within the application are not removed from the database, but rather that field gets set to “true”/1 and the record is ignored by the application from that point forward.  At the time the record is marked as deleted, the LastModifiedDateTime field also gets updated, but to local time rather than UTC.This is causing problems for an incremental data extract job that uses the greatest last modified date/time from the previous extract as a filter on the next extract.As I look through our data, I see that this has been happening since we went live in 2020.Here’s a test I ran this morning:  Created 3 Time Activity records.  Then updated one and deleted one.  Note how the Created & Modified dates and times are as expected except that the Last Mod date on the deleted record is 5 hours earlier than the Created DateTime (I’m currently 5 hrs behind UTC, in US Central time currently under DST).FYI -

Hi,For the setup of emails, I know you can set different emails for each branch by adding different records for the INVOICE id, as shown in the second image below. However, I have found that these settings don't seem to come through for the manual sending of emails via the window shown in the first image below.Is there a different screen I need to use to populate the From field in the image below based on which Branch I am in? Or do I need to manually select it?Kind regards,Andrew

I have new payment processor installed in acumatica. When trying to import payment from bigcommerce. Got issue The payment could not be imported because the combination of the NMI (CREDIT_CARD) store payment method and the NMI store order payment method is not mapped to an ERP payment method for the USD currency or the mapping is inactive in the store settings.Please suggest what could be wrong?

We currently have the Shopify Connector setup and want to start using the Shopify POS.  I don’t see the Shopify and Shopify POS Connector option or Custom Connectors option in our production environment, just the Shopify Connector option. We have the Distribution Edition and added Shopify.  We don’t have the Commerce Edition, I’m wondering if that is why, or is it just a completely different license and it’ll be added after we get a difference license that includes the POS Connector?  

in 2023r1 i created a customization that is supposed to print a custom report when an order’s status changes to open.  I have a PXAutoAction setup in the code and it is displaying correctly.  I added the action to a new workflow that extends the SO Workflow.  In the open state I added the new action with the Auto run allow set to true and the auto-run condition set to True.The action does not seem to be running.  I added some information trace statements to see if they would show up in the trace, they did not.Any advice or steps that you can provide will be appreciated.

On the Tax Maintenance Screen the default expense accounts are listed. However it is my understanding that any GL accounts assigned under the employee payroll settings should override the default. Anyone else experiencing issues with changing Acumatica passwords while in Edge?  Seems like most of my users can’t, have them go to Chrome and they are able to change it.  As an admin I have even experienced this issue.

I have some generic stock/non stock items set up for certain purchases.  The buyer changes the description based on what it is.  The correct description shows up in the PO once it is saved, but I cannot find this field in the POLine table.  I can add POLine.InventoryID_Description but this pulls the description from the stock item, not the PO Line.  How do I add the actual PO lin description to a GI?  This GI below uses POLine.InventoryID_Description, but I want it to show the actual PO Line description above. 

Looking to find out how to change the 2FA for Aatrix when running certified payroll. Can this be done withing Acumatica or is there a separate log in or contact?

I have a SubReport that lists the LotSerialNbr’s of items in a SubReport. The goal is to just list the beginning and ending LotSerialNbr’s (MIN, MAX) as listing all of the number would be too cumbersome. The main manufactured item would be the same but with different qtys of 1 to higher numbers (such as 400, or 500). The first number may be 210324001381, 210324001382, 210324001383, 210324001384 and maybe higher, so all we would need is the 210324001381 - 210324001384.

Acumatica allows us to create Unit Of Measure Conversions, which is extremely helpful. It allows clients to sell the same item as an ‘each’ or a ‘case’ and counts it as 1 item which can be differentiated in the cross reference as 2 separate barcodes. So the warehouse can scan either the barcode on the individual item (the ‘each’) or the barcode on the case of 4 (the ‘case’). In Shopify & BigCommerce you are not able to create Unit of Measure conversions. You are required to create a variant for the each and the case instead. With this in mind how can these 2 differences still work with the commerce connector? It appears to me like I may be forced to have my client create 2 separate stock items in Acumatica, then create a Template item, plus new attributes, then add them to the Item Class, then add these 2 items to the Template item, as well as require them to maintain 2 separate inventories for the same 1 item moving forward just so they can sell it as an ‘each’ or a ‘case.’ I hope

There seems to be something wrong with import scenarios to update existing customers.  The customer exist in the system and I only had two columns in the excel file, Customer ID and Price Class ID.  When importing, the error is “Legal Name cannot be empty”.  When I add the Account name into the excel spreadsheet, I get “Email address must be specified if “Send statements by Email” option is activated.  The account already has an email address.I do not want to introduce more fields into the excel spreadsheet as I am just updating the Customer Price Class but it just seems impossible.Why can’t I just update one field?

I am in the process of desiging a new invoice and my question is what and where are the SOLine.DiscPrice and SOLine.CuryLineAmt. I have SOOrder and SOLine in the relationship and have tried a Left Joiin, Right Join, Inner Join and the report doubled up the line items, as there should have been two line items, there is now four. I do have ARTran and ARInvoice and have been experimenting with those, but I’m still a noob in Acumatica.

hi All, I am dealing with a client to help them fix the financial year which had been set incorrectly and they have been transacting in the system for at least a year. the issue is where it has to show 2024 as a financial year for the year starting from 1/7/2023 it shows 2023.  ( we are using the MYOB Advanced Australian financial calender) , we are missing this tick box which should have been enabled at the start. has anyone dealth with this issue before or can this be fixed? it is just annoying for the client to always see the incorrect year. ThanksGhazal   

Hello - Is it possible to grant users the ability to create and save Journal Transactions, but not allow them to take it off of hold or release them? I am able to restrict the ability to create new transactions via the access rights by screen, but I have not been able to figure out how to allow the creation of them without release. Thanks!
