The below event works fine when the UI button is pressed, however when a business event calls it the PressButton() function returns a NullRefernceException. We want to be able to use the file uploader to add parts to an opportunity details. In order for the pricing of the parts to not default back to the parts original value in inventory pricing the Manual Price check box need to be set to True. This column is not available as an option in the upload tab. Can it be added?  

Are there and documented system requirement for the workstation where device hub is running ?

In a service order, user is attempting to add an Instruction line under Details and is getting the “An attempt was made to add a duplicate entry” error when just clicking the + to add the line.   No other information has been entered at this time (e.g., Line Type, etc.).  I see the error related to imports and customers but not with service orders.  Thanks for any thoughts, suggestions. 

Hello, I would like to bring it to attention that the Acumatica: Report Outages page has been experiencing an error for about a month now. Here is a screen shot.   Would someone please let me know how I can report connectivity issues, or if this is a problem with my login? Nobody wants to be caught in a position where the service goes down, and there is no clear procedure for reporting outages. 

 If I exceed certain percentage , will that cause an issue in the system performance ?

The issue is when attempting to move fields minutely with the CTRL+ arrow keys, the field takes drastic moves often ending up in a different section. Normally using the CTRL+arrow keys will enable movement in minute amounts to get alignments and such just right. I’ve tried uninstalling Report Designer, reinstalling it, and the same thing happens. 

Our Packing Lists needs LotSerialNbrs and I’m attempting to duplicate the process that we used in our Commercial Invoices, but having issues trying to figure out where those LotSerialNbrs would be coming from. Any help as far as letting me know the DAC’s involved would be appreciated.

 In the Project modules, our project managers are restricted by their assigned customers. They can only record new project quotes and project for their respective customers. Typically, project quotes inquiries and project inquiries display only the projects assigned to the respective project manager who has restricted by their customer and they are not able to see other PQ and Project in inquiries. However, project managers can access other PMs' projects by using the 'Go to next Record' (page down) or 'Go to previous record' (page up) options in the top menu of the project and project quote pages.it seems that Restriction by customer doesn't work properly to make restriction on Project and Project QuotesIs there a way to deactivate these options or otherwise restrict project managers' access?

Hello Community,Have a small issue - when trying to send an AR invoice we have placed 2 email addresses in the Account Email Field under “Additional Account Info”.  The address are separated by a semi colon ;   I cannot change this to a comma, it defaults to a semi.When sending emails, it will only send to the first email and not both emails.  I have found a couple similar issues here:https://community.acumatica.com/distribution-6/send-po-to-multiple-email-addresses-8956?postid=31480#post31480https://community.acumatica.com/distribution-6/sales-order-notifications-not-sending-to-all-emails-listed-to-send-to-7564 I have looked into both of these solutions, however I’m not sure which BUILD is being referred to in thread one.  In thread 2 removing the field in the “TO” field results in an error saying there is no Email address to send the notification to. Hoping someone may have insight?Cheers,​​​​​​​K2

Hello,I am trying to create an import scenario to delete the Media URL’s form a number of Stock Items. I have tried =null, and blank entry imports, but am missing something.  It seems I need a delete Action, but there is none available in the import scenario for media urls. Attached is the Import Scenario i’ve been using.  There’s a bunch of stuff on there, but I just need the Media URL’s for this.Thanks!Nathan

On screen "Pick, Pack, and Ship", (SO302020) I am trying to make some changes, but it is an odd screen so any ideas would be welcome. I have managed to make some changes and I am spending a lot of time in the debugger trying to understand what I can do but I haven't got that far yet. I have been working with methods and events like:SOShipLineSplit_RowSelectingSOShipLineSplit_RowSelectedSOShipLineSplit_LineNbr_FieldSelecting These don't fire when I would expect. They don't fire when I click on the grid. Perhaps this is because the grid is is not editable. I am wondering if anyone is currently using 2D barcode for the items within Acumatica?  I have a customer that is wanting to use 2D barcode labels and they are in the auto industry.  What is being used for the 2D format by customers that are using Acumatica distribution or manufacturing.

The report itself is rather simple. It’s a profitability analysis report where I have to show how much item we have sold to a customer, filtered by date. The formula for my Qty field right now is:=sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] <> 'CRM' AND [ARTran.CuryTranAmt] >= 0, [ARTran.Qty], 0 )) - sum(IIf( [ARTran.TranType] = 'CRM', [ARTran.Qty], 0 ))which lists the items we sold to the customer for a cost. Hey all,I have and issue and I am trying to see if anyone else has seen this issue or may know what may be causing this.  We have custom fields on the Locations table and a customization that populates these fields when a new Customer/Vendor Location is added.  In 2020 R1, this customization worked on all added location.   In 2021 R1, this customization works great except for the first initial “Main” Location that gets created automatically when you create a new Customer/Vendor.  Does anyone have any ideas why the automatically created location skips any custom code but all subsequent ones don’t.Thanks,

Good morning.I am a potential customer of Acumatica and I am curious about some of the solutions I’ve read on here for capturing time on orders on the production floor.  We have a small-medium manufacturing facility in which I’ll need to expense time to large time-frame production orders as well on spare parts sales orders.  We have about 50 people clocking in and out of orders throughout the day.  Currently we use old school punch clocks with hand written order numbers for allocation.  This process I feel will be even more tedious in Acumatica, hence the need for streamlined time data collection fed to ERP payroll.So far I read here that people have written their own code to accomplish this and a few people dismayed at the time it takes to do this through Acumatica, with no comoon concesus, as far as I’ve read, on which is best practices.  I’d appreciate any feedback ffrom people with similar requirements and how they have tackled this issue.Thanks for your time and have a fantastic d

After releasing a pile of production tickets the sales order due date has been pushed out over a month and now I want to update all those tickets (reschedule them).  Is this possible?
