Has anyone had issues with the Default cost code from the Service Order type not being retrieved?
I’m having an issue clicking and dragging an unassigned appointment to an employee for a Project Service Order type. I believe it’s because it’s needing a cost code for the Staff Assignment.
Other issue in general, is the default cost code functionality doesn’t appear to be working.
Any thoughts / suggestions / ideas?
