How to get the data from the service order total tab?

Because it is nonexistent in DB

Hello @carmelinem89 !

Only fields that exist on the data base can be used on GI’s and reports. Unfortunately you cannot use those fields on the GI becuase they are calculated on the fly by the system.

      How do I get the data from Total Tab? Where appointment needed, a check in the GI
      I want output from above fields which are nonexistent in DB
