I am trying to find a table the will show if an order has been picked. I’ve found a two fields in the SOShipment DAC one called Picked and the other called Picked Qty but neither seem to be used. Are there other tables that have either Picked or Picked Qty.Thanks 

I created a new SCREEN RS301000,then I moved the business logic RSSVWorkOrderEntry.cs to the extension lib, the file was moved to the visual studio. Without making any changes, build the project and published it in the Customization project editor. After publishing I tried to open the SCREEN RS301000 but prompt an error as seen in the screenshot. code in the visual studio error when trying to preview 

I have a site operating 10 companies within one tenant.     They want to send their invoices /statements from an email address relating to the relevant company.   Within the notification template they can only set one email account which is not company specific.    Anyone came across this with a solution ?

Hello All,I have created a new role, but when it comes to assigning this role to a user, Acumatica doesn’t display the list of all the users. It only displays Admin & Acumatica support users. How can i assign this role to other users? I tried using the User Types screen too, but the there it doesn’t display this particular role: 

Customer has 5 branches.  They have a AR Aging Template set for each branch.  Is there a way to run all templates with one click / selection?  They want to do this on demand not on a schedule. (2023R2)  

What are the  most levels you can track costs at the Project Level. The actual project module NOT the construction module.   I am aware with construction by design has levels.  In project I am attempting to configure for a marine company that treats customers with multiple vessels as projects whereby the project would be the customer,  task would be ships(vessels)  and a third level is required and would have to be an account group hyphenated with a what they use as a cliff code.Where construction would facilitate the 3rd level, I am not seeing that in projects. 

After the upgrade 23R2 webservice endpoint is not working. How to fix this Issue.

Hello,VERY new to all of this (our company is going live next week).  I’ve been watching the university videos and looking around here, but I cannot seem to get the answer to my issue.  To keep it as simple as possible, I copied a dashboard for Sales Manager which shows all kinds of information in widgets for every salesperson.  I want to take that copy, and make it so it only shows data in the widgets for the person who is logged in and make it accessible to all of our sales team.  I’ve tried various @me’s  but it just doesn’t work.  Maybe I’m picking the wrong field?  I’m just spinning at this point mentally trying to get what seems like should be a very easy modification to work.  Any help is greatly appreciated.   EDIT:  I have been able to make the widgets work if I manually edit each one to a specific person.  I’m trying to avoid doing that 75 times.  Hoping I can just pass the value of the logged in user down to each of them.

We are trying to change the Lot/Serial Class of an item to any other lot/serial class with different Tracking Method. If the prior class was Serialized with Lot/Serial class as "Default" and have tracking method as "Not Tracked" and Assignment Method as "When Received". However, If we try to change the lot/serial class of an item to any other lot/serial class We are getting an error as "Lot/serial class cannot be changed when its tracking method is not compatible with the previous class and the item is in use." We tried with zeroed out the quantity on hand for the item and ensured that there are no allocations for this stock item, but it won't work.How can we successfully change the Lot/Serial Class in this scenario? Lot Serial Issue Lot Serial Class  

Hi Team,I'm trying to pull data from Acumatica and use it for further processing at my backend system (similar to SAP in this case). I need to retrieve data from multiple entities like companies, projects, and employees.I successfully made API calls using Postman to fetch specific entities, like projects. However, when I attempt the same call through the Extended endpoint, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.Could someone advise on the best approach to fetch data from multiple entities, including using the Extended endpoint?

Hello! Does anyone know how I can link the “Notes” section on the Customer screen to create an endpoint? I tried hardcoding “Note Text” under the mapped field section since that is the name on the import scenario, but that did not work. The only 2 options under the Customer Summary are “Add Pop-up note” and “Pop up note text”.

I am writing an Import Scenario to import customer x-ref data to a stock item. To InventoryItem, our VAR added UsrUPC so we can get the UPC from the stock item record, with less logic.Ideally, I want to use the UPC and Description, if there is one in the import file, if not inherit it from the InventoryItem row.No matter what, I was getting empty fields for those two columns. So, for testing I stripped it down to just set those two columns to Item.UsrUPC and Item.Descr. Then when that works, add functionality to pull from the file.My import scenario is fully functional, except where it is pulling Item.UsrUPC and Item.Descr. Here is my import scenario: Any ideas why it is not pulling Item.Descr and Item.UsrUPC?

We have a Generic Inquiry that has the Customer.ParentAccountID and not all of the parent accounts have that that number all by itself (the account number also, in some cases, has the name of the customer). I was thinking in that case to use a SWITCH similar to the one here:=IIF([Customer.ParentBAccountID] = ' ', [Customer.AcctCD]) but that is not working also. Also I am not sure if the Customer.ParentAccountID is empty or NULL. I know that the Customer.ParentAccountID should be showing up because when I do a CRTL+ALT the Element property shows the field as Customer.AcctCD. I also thought about getting just the number portion of the AcctCD but that seems more work then necessary. I could use any suggestions that the Community may have.There are accounts whereby the Customer.ParentBAccountID is showing up correctly on that column.In this case the Customer.ParentBAccountID = ‘ ‘ or NULL and the customer.AcctCD is 16310 - Grainer. 

I need a margin report (like the sales profitability report) that includes our freight/delivery costs.Our sales prices are delivered prices and don’t include the delivery price charged to the customer.At present, I am using a generic enquiry linked to excel, and then manually allocating the freight/delivery cost manually.What’s the best way for me to automate this process??I was thinking of using a custom field during the A/P entry for sales order, and then somehow linking this to a new generic enquiry.Wanted to check that Acumatica doesn’t do something like this out of the box…..I have attached my excel report headings...

I'm encountering an issue while attempting to create a purchase order through the API using Postman. Here's how I've proceeded: first, I generated an access token using Resource Owner Password Credentials. Then, I exchanged this token for a code to proceed with the purchase order creation. In the request body, I included a default raw dict that I found in the Acumatica discussion forum.However, despite following these steps, I'm encountering an error. Could someone please offer guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.This is how i have successfully generated the Access Token  Now when i use this exchange token to create an PO in the acumatica using an API  This is here i have put the access token and this is the API that i an using to create an PO in the acumatica. In the body i have used this raw dictionary that i found in the acumatica discussions form  And in the headers i am using these  After doing all this i am getting this erro

I could identify individual sales orders that has attachment or notes , however I would like to see the list of sales order that has NOTES in it by filtering . Also I would like to see the sales orders that has attachements in it. I want to filter the sales order based on these conditions in the Sales Orders screen.  

We are scheduled to go live with Acumatica in the next few weeks. We have been working in a sandbox tenant of the software and want to make sure all our settings are correct before fully switching over. In our Warehouses in the sandbox, certain GL Accounts settings are mandatory, but in the live tenant they aren’t (both screenshots below). Any ideas what settings/data/other would be forcing the sandbox tenant to make these settings mandatory when they aren’t in the live tenant?Thanks
