Cannot add Vendor Class


Error: Class, Sub Class of [DiscTakenSubID] do not exist in the system.

Hello @dhanushkarajapaksha61 ,

It seems like the Discount Taken subaccount you are trying to add to the Vendor Class, does not follow the Subaccount requirements as defined in Segmented Keys and Segment Values screens.

For example, configured as below, each segment added in Finance → Subaccounts screen must match the requirements: total digits must be 6 characters, each segment can be 3 characters, each segment is Validated against a pre-defined list of possible segment values as listed in Segment Values screen..

When i go to create Vendor class it shows the above Error
