In 2021r2, the compiler complains about obsolete PXReportTools and ReportProcessor methods.  And also, "SettingsProvider" does not have an "Instance" property so, this is causing a build error. How can I fix this? My subcontracts grid, showing all records, shows incorrect Subcontract totals for many of the subcontracts.  When you click into the subcontract it shows the correct value.     

Hi, we have a subcontract that incurred backcharges for scope that was bought out by another company that ran the subcontract total amount into the negative. We recently changed our ERP to Acumatica and we are looking to track this backcharge but cannot process the change orders that run the subcontract into the negative.How can I track this negative commitment amount for my project buyout summary?ex. Subcontract A issued for $5,000. Subcontractor A failed to perform work and another Subcontractor B bought their contract for $5,100. We need to process a deductive change order for the buyout amount to accurately track the money owed to us by Subcontractor A for the increased cost of Subcontractor B.

We have a scenario where the same person works for 2 separate companies. Hence, we have 2 contacts. The system flags this as a possible duplicate as it should.We click on the Mark for Validation action on the Contact Record but the warning symbol just appears next to the Possible Duplicates field.Can anyone provide insight into why this fails to marked Validated?

Hi Community,I have a requirement to update the project's revised budget based on a cost forecast and it should be subject to approvals. I have investigated the following options.Create a Budget forecast and update the revised budget. This is possible but the budget forecast does not allow it to collect approvals before updating the budgets. Create a cost projection and it is subject to approvals. However, it does not update the project's revised budget and it updates the projected budget columns.  Change Orders are not an option since it is not connected to forecasting. Do you have any suggestions for me to handle the above requirement? 

How do I set up the Expense Module to be able to see all the expense receipts and claims.  I am assigned the Admin role.  However, I don’t have the ability to see all employee expense receipts and claims.  I can all view my employee numbers.  I didn’t set the security.  Any ideas how to make this change.  My work around is to log on to the user to troubleshoot issues.Evan

If I have a single SQL DB with multiple tenants and want to have multiple customer portals for each tenant are there any issues or special configurations that I need to setup or be aware of after creating the tenant portals with the Acumatica Configuration Wizard? 

While doing production, some quantities are scraped. A new production order should be created for such scraped quantities with reference to existing production order. Is it possible to create new production order for the scrapped quantities with reference to existing production order?

We’re trying to press the UPDATE IN action button on the shipment screen after a 2 step transfer. Steps: We create a new Sales Order with type TR. Create the shipment and goes to the Confirmed status. UPDATE IN. The button is active, it processes however the status doesnt change and the button remains active/visible like nothing happened.No customisations, and no exceptions in the Trace Log for the updateIN function?..

Hello All, I have an issue with access rights with 24R1 (no issue with 23R2).I have an action that opens custom report but it doesn’t work because of the error: "You have insufficient rights to access the object (IC970001).".I tested accessing to this screen directly from the link and got a blank screen.I have tried to change access rights to “Granted” for this report from “Access rights by screen”. Then it starts working.But when I add access rights to Customization Project and publish it I lose settings for Generic Inquires (checkbox “Replace Entry Screen with this Inquiry in Menu” is no longer selected).I also found in the 24R1 Release Notes:If a site map node does not exist in the target instance, the site map node will not be available for any roles; the access rights will be set to Revoked. That is, after the customization has been published, the system administrator should grant the access rights explicitly.In my case I have site map node (but without Workspace an category) But

Hi, we have installed PrintCustomerRefundPkg to print refund checks which worked fine,but we recently upgraded to 2022R2 and it stopped working raising error belowi found that Acumatica updated the DAC Schema for CashAccountPaymentMethodDetail and stopped using the “AccountID” field, i updated the Relationships in the ar640501.rpx report to CashAccountID but it still didn't workmy assumption is that i need to update the subReport as this report show's the account & routing # in MICR font - which this data is in CashAccountPaymentMethodDetail tableany idea where i could find this MDMICR1.rpx report to update the Relationships? or any other solution?
