ACH Batch Payment Error

Hello 

 

Some users are experiencing the error below when trying to export Batch Payment files.  Admin is able to do this so I believe it is a permissions issue.  I have gone through to test giving access to screens like files, file maintenance, export scenario and have not had any luck.   Has anyone else out there experience/resolve this error? 

 

 

@Lindsey23 I’m having this issue too, where the admin can export but all other users cannot. We were late to an upgrade, so we are just experiencing it now. Were you able to figure out the permissions?

Having the same issue, were either of you able to find a resolution?

@tjmcmeek, not yet, but hoping for a response on this thread. We can’t go much longer with our current process of only an admin.

Hello, we overcame this error by adjusting the access to Data Providers for AP Admin and AP Clerk to Edit. 

You can navigate to Data Providers screen go to Tools > Access Rights > then modify these roles to Edit > Save.
