I have an account on portal.acumatica and I am in both Portal Admin and Portal User groups.When I log into the portal I am not able to access anything. All previous portal users are no longer with our company so we are a bit stuck on how to add users to the portal? We need to be able to see our open support cases. Please advise. We don’t currently have a partner working with us either.  Configuration Error: Your user profile is not associated with any Business Account  

Hello Community, I am curious can we conditionally publish screens customizations by adding switches to the FeaturesSet?If I add a brand new screen in Acumatica, I can use “Features.xml” to show/hide new screens by reading a custom/existing flag from FeaturesSet/FeaturesSetExt. Also, in my C# code I can conditionally make a Graph, DAC or their extensios Active/Inactive.But when I customize an existing screen in Acumatica, is there a way to instruct the platform to conditionally publish or not publish a set of changes made to the screen? I know I can hide/show controls but it is not what I want. What I want is to instruct the customization engine not publish a set of customization on Acumatica’s out-of-the-box screen(s) (or not merge it to the out-of-the-box) if a switch in FeaturesSet is not turned on. @Dmitrii Naumov 

Acumatica is using mysql or sql how to identify in c# code. Or In Acumatica how to get the provider name in C# code to identify the SQL or MySql.

Hi, I have a requirement to see the tax amount for each invoice line. In the invoices and memos form, under the details tab, there is a column for Tax Amount. It does not show any values while the taxes are applicable for the line. My tax calculation rule is exclusive line level.  Does anyone have any idea? Best Regards,Dulanjana

We have a user that has a new last name (recently married). These changes have all been updated in AD. Now in Acumatica, the ‘Last Name’ field is incorrect. In one site I was able to delete the user, then add from AD, and set up the user roles again. This fixed the last name issue.However, in another site, the user is tied to records in the system, so they can not be deleted. How do I update the last name in this case? Thanks

After upgrade to Acumatica 2023R2 filters on forms and GI stopped working for some users. It looks like computer related problem because when admin login to user’s account, all filters work.But some users under admin role experience the same problem. It’s the same for custom and original form/GI.Here is an example

Original post:  Issue: On sales orders, while adding a new line item. New users get a search result while typing the Inventory ID. We don't want it to show a search result, if a search is needed the users can use the search icon on the Inventory field. We want to block search result for displaying while they type in the Inventory ID.  Note: Existing users have this correct. When existing users type in the Inventory ID. No search results are not displayed. Hi,I recently make a change in AP preference by select “Require Single Project per Document’. Before the change, I can make payment on multiple invoices across different projects from the same vendor. After the change, it seems like I can only pay invoices of same project each time but can’t select to pay invoices across several projects. Could I ask if that is correct? Thank you.Raymond

My GI is showing some Credits as negative numbers, but a lot more numbers are not negative, showing as positive. I have included the coding to account for negative numbers but it appears to not be consistent across the inquiry.

Looking to add to the Details column an Attribute that is assigned to the PO Line Inventory ID.  I have a Attribute created for Inventory ID called Revision.  I am trying to get this available to the PO Order Line.  I don’t want a new Custom Filed, because I want to pull in the value of the Attribute at the Inventory ID level.

Hello,I want to set up a fixed price for a customer so that the price is unchanged according to quantity.In fact, the customer's exact requirement is that, depending on the quantity band, the price is either a fixed price or per unit:- Band 1: <600 ==> fixed price- Band 2: from 601 to 4000 ==> quantity rate- Band 3: over 400 ==> quantitative rateWith the sales price screen, you can manage quantity-based prices for bands 2 and 3 by defining the price per unit, but how can you manage band 1 so that the price is always the same regardless of the quantity entered on the order line?How can we manage this type of case with Flex, please?Thank you in advance

I have a client who pointed out to me that on their customer portal Closed Cases are not displaying the “Last Activity Date” on the “Closed Cases” (SP204010).Is this a known bug with 22.126 version that is fixed in new versions?  Or is this some kind of configuration that is missing?  The screenshot below is of my local test installation of Acumatica with SweetLife and does the exact same behavior that the clients site portal is doing. 

Hi, I am able to successfully create a Sales Order and all of the customer data, line item data etc. is correct except for RequestedOn date. It seems to be auto-assigning to the day before delivery based on the delivery Route assigned to the customer. Hi, I have created a new business event in the system, which is set to trigger when the PO receipt line date matches today's date. The event is correctly triggering based on this condition, but it is returning the following error:Index was out of range. I have a generic inquiry that I am using in a dashboard data table widget. The GI in question has an email address in the result grid and I would like to turn the email address string into a mailto link so that when someone click on the email address on the dashboard it will automatically open the email client with the address already to the TO field. Is there a way to embedd html code into a GI to accomplish that? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
