Hello,I have created an automation to process confirmed shipments and create invoices. The condition I am using is Pacejet Status = Completed.Automation Conditions Fields.I am looking for a way to add a condition/filter values to make sure that the Tracking Number under the packages tab is not empty. I have tested and it is possible for Pacejet to write back with a blank tracking / LTL Pro number, and we do not want to create invoices for these orders. Filter Value Fields. Here is a screen shot of how the tracking will be written back. I have checked condition and filter values tabs and the Tracking Number field is not a selectable field.  Shipment Packages Tab with Tracking. I think this means that a customization would be required to accomplish this. Here is the Element Properties for the Tracking Field. I am looking for a way to accomplish this without a customization if possible.  Element Properties for Tracking Field. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I am wondering if there is any way to do a BOM cost roll using Average Cost. For example, we need to be able to provide pricing to customers before we publish the new pricing but need a way to find out the new BOM cost with a pending price. Since we have not purchased anything at the “new/pending” cost, it is difficult for us to accurately provide new pricing for finished goods from a BOM.Is there any way that we can do this in Acumatica?Thanks

Hi,Please advise on creating a Checks and Payment transaction that includes Forex Gain/Loss.Scenario:The base currency is EUR, and we have a transaction in Bills and Adjustments in GBP.In the 'Bills and Adjustments' screen, a bill is created with a value of GBP 1200, which converts to EUR 1386.61 using a Forex exchange rate of 1.15551000.We received two payments in EUR, one for EUR 717.74 and another for EUR 736.93, with a Forex rate of 1.16916.Due to the excess amount, there is an error showing 'Document out of Balance'. I want to post the excess amount directly from the Cash Account to Forex without affecting the Accounts Payable account.Thank you.

I have been trying to get a transfer order Auto run to work and I have hit a point where I don't know what I have done incorrectly.Here is my parameters:Working with a Transfer order I have enabled Quick Process in the TR order type and the button appears on the top of the transfer order screen I have tested that the quick process produces a desired result of pushing the transfer order through shipping and updates IN appropriately when I manually press the OK button the process order screen.  I have started a customization project that once the transfer order is released it will pop open the quick process screen and then it stops.  In the customization I went ahead an found an action of OK (quickProcessOk) on the actions screen and set the auto run to true. When I remove the order from hold the following screen pops up but then nothing future happens.  Does anyone have a clue of where I may be off here?  The desired result is when the order is taken off of hold the quick process runs w

Client is creating the production order the day before the actual production run estimating how many cases will be produced so they can print off the FG bar codes. They are also setting up the release of materials so the raw pallets and caps can be scanned in real time. The issue is that they cannot change the number of cases produced after the release of materials is made (without deleting the release of materials, which defeats the purpose of scanning real time) they wont know the exact number of cases produced until after the shift is done producing. Any thoughts on how to change the production work order flow that allows one order per shift and the modification of the produced qty in that work order before completing production order in system.

I’m having an issue resetting user passwords as the admin.  We keep getting the error as if the password does not meet the complexity requirements but that password does meet them and I also turned off the requirement all together and it’s still not allowing the passwords to be reset.

Hi Everyone!@KarthikGajendran May be you can help here.We have 1000+ Items which contains only one variant. For an exampleCURTIS is my Inventory and below are child itemsColor is my variant. Now I want to create a Template Item and assign Template ID to child items When I am creating a template ID, We need to assign a default row and column in the configuration.But I want to update all 1000 + Items only either as default row and column, but system shows two are mandatory, Manually I am marking all other variants marked as not required which allows one default row/coumn as a mandatory and saving the record but I want to implement same steps in the import scenario for 1000+ Items Please assist me how to execute above scenairo in importsHow we are handling Import if we have only one variant?

Hello,Does anyone know much about the Welcome Notification?  Now that we’ve switched to SSO with Google, the link sent to new users technically only works for users who have already established their external identity for SSO.Trying to figure out where UserList.RecoveryLink is stored in ACU so I can update that reference when the welcome notification is sent out… and how do you edit the ‘LOG IN’ button to use the right link as well?  seems like everytime I try to update that button it doesn’t accept my new link: 

Hello, We’ve run into an interesting problem. Some of the Stock Items we purchase are sometimes sourced by more than one country. The ‘Country of Origin’ field on Stock Items is limited to one option unfortunately. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue, and if so, how did you go about resolving it? Outside of customization, I’m hoping someone’s had an interesting way of handling this that I might just be missing. 

When someone connects Twillio or Amazon SMS services to Acumatica, is there an option for internal employees or external customers to opt in or opt out of Text Messages via the system?  Like if someone used it for Field Service to text their Technicians they have an appointment and used it to text their customers that the Tech is on the way, is there a place in Acumatica to indicate that they opt out of text or opt in to text and if someone tries to text them, it won't go through if they opted out?

I want to create a widget based on the screen AR409000, where all sales are summed together, regardless of customer class. If I delete the customer class in the inquiry parameters, so that the field is empty, the system does not implement this, I still only see the sales in the standard customer class in the widget. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem?   

My client has over 3000 variants and will be converting their web site to Big Commerce.  I have added all of the Variants to the item classes but now I need to import the template items but it insists I have default column attribute - most of the template items have a single variant which will be the Row Variant.  How can I, turn off the Active flag and only have active the single variant I need for the Row.  Adding a dummy column variant would overcome the issue but them I would need to go back and somehow make inactive the variants and remove the dummy,  

I am trying to pull the ShipVia Field over in the Sale Profitability analysis GI but despite pulling the SOOrder table and the ShipVia Field the field just reflects as empty within the GI. is there something I am doing wrong here? screenshots for context.

When processing an Incoming Document PDF that has multiple invoices included in 1 file, the system doesn’t seem to recognize that there are 2 different invoices in the file.  Even though it collected the line items from both invoices, it only creates 1 bill and ignores the other customer reference number (invoice number).  Is there any workaround to fix this while processing these to break these into separate bills?

Our customer service team gets calls from customers who wants to place an order . We use acumatica to create purchase order and sales order .My question is ‘can an API be setup so that when receving a call from a customer , based on the customer contact number , Acumatica should automatically pull up the customer information and show it as a pop up in the acumatica screen. This will save some time since the customer service representative need not manually look/search for the customer in acumatica every time they get a call.  is it possible in acumatica ?

In our Prepare Payments screen, there are multiple vendors with Credit Terms that do not allow a discount. On these bills, the system sets the Cash Discount Date = Document Date, even though no cash discount applies. Therefore, when you try to filter on the Prepare Payments screen for ‘Cash Discount Expires Within _ Days’, these bills get erroneously included. A second filter is currently required to be added to the Cash Discount Taken column where Amount > $0. 

I’m sorry if I am asking a question where there is already info on this forum.  I am trying to search to find out if there is any documentation for development in the new UI.  When I search, I mostly get posts from 3 years ago because this is the second time Acumatica made reference to a “New UI”.I seriously cannot find anything except for this article.  Anyone out there trying to migrate their customizations into 2024 new UI?  I’ve also been asked by people at the company I do customizations for how they are going to be able to make changes to a screen in the new UI since they don’t have access to the web server.I have to be missing something obvious that will make me feel stupid for posting this...

Hi all, I have a question about the export file format. I set it up as usual in the report designer. However, if my field "billing name" contains a company name like "ABC Co. Ltd", the  file attach in email will be incorrect and won't have the PDF format. Instead, it will have an "LTD" format.
