I am trying to reduce the space between printed lines on a report. On the physical report it seems like there is no space to reduce between the detail section and the next.   The space between the detail lines on the report are shown as below. Is there a font setting or something to reduce this?Extra spaces marked in red​​​​​The last second page of the report is completed blank. only having the totals and signature.

Hi, I am working on customization request to add a GI on Service Order Screen where GI parameter is the inventory ID from Service Order Detail tab. I am having problem in mapping the Inventory ID to side panel customization project . The client wants to see the GI ( parameter is Inventory ID) as side pane when they select the row on the Detail tab of the Service Order. So the selection of the row will feed the Inventory Id info to the GI parameter to display the list of info available on the GI related to that Inventory ID.See attached for detail. It will be great help if you can share any info to make it possible via “Customization Project Editor” or via code?

We just hit an error trying to Calculate Payroll we have never experienced before. We went into the trace and unfortunately it is another language to me…. See below. We have check the employee set ups, payroll employee settings, time activities, PTO banks, Deduction sequences, everything I could think of and I read through another post hoping for answers and nothing worked. This is happening on our three newest employees only (this would be their first check). If anyone has any ideas please send them our way… 

Is there a way to change the Planning method for the item in Item Warehouse details as the field is read only in Acumatica 2023 

We use the MRP Planning method for one of our warehouses but Inventory Planning for our replenishment from the suppliers. We used to be able to do this in the older versions but with 23R2 they have taken to function away. Does anyone know how I might be able to get around this? Here is the use case:One of our warehouses is the aftermarket warehouse. This warehouse does not replenish from the supplier unless our OEM warehouses does not carry the item sold. In most cases they are transferring items from the other warehouses to it using the MRP Display (Now Inventory Planning Display). With 23R2 you have to choose one inventory planning method for an item, and at our OEM warehouses we want to use the Inventory Planning method, but when you do that, those items fall off the MRP Display. 

We have a user that recently had his email changed in Active Directory (the @ portion).This caused the users account in Acumatica to have all of it’s custom filters, favorites etc.. to be wiped out. As the user now has a new ‘login name’Is there anyway to get them back? Or apply them to the new account?

We have drop ship products on our Shopify site - if purchased, the order will sync to Acumatica, a drop ship PO will be created, and then a drop ship receipt once the vendor has confirmed the order has shipped.Is there a way natively to mark these orders as fulfilled in Shopify? This happens automatically for orders with product we stock and can ship from our own warehouse; a shipment is created and confirmed and the order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify. However, because the drop ship process uses a receipt instead of a shipment document, and there is no place to enter tracking # information in a receipt, we cannot see a way to mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify.We are currently on 21R1, in the process of upgrading to 23R1; perhaps this has changed in the latest release?

Why doesn't the Tax Zone update on an SO/Shipment when changing a delivery to a will call or vice-versa? We are having tax issues when the Ship To Address Changes on an SO/Shipment. For example, the customer orders and initially asks for delivery to their location. Then they call back to change the order to a Will Call at our shop. The tax rate does not change accordingly when we change the Ship To. Same thing happens in reverse when switching an initial order for Will Call at our shop to a delivery to a customer’s location.

Hi ALL,We have Branch A. This branch has 3 warehouses. We want to authorize User 01 to be able to perform transactions on warehouse 1 (Issue, Receipt, Transfer,...) and this User 01 can view reports of this warehouse.Warehouse 2 and Warehouse 3. User 01 can view reports of these warehouses but cannot perform transactions of these warehouses (cannot Issue, Receipt, Transfer,...)  How to make the Access Rights to perform different operations on warehouses of the same Branch ? Best Regards,NNT

Is there a way to filter the fields in a drop down list for a parameter in report designer to only show for a particular value  (e.g., only list invoices for a particular customer rather than all customers)?   We don’t want to use “Additional Sort and Filters” or filter the column since we want the viewer to get to the data without having to add filters.   Only want Customer 1 invoices listed in drop down for Reference Number.Thank you!

My goal is to configure the report to only display invoices for the billed (Revenue) account group, excluding the unbilled ones.Could someone guide me on how to write an appropriate visibility expression to achieve this? Any detailed steps and examples would be greatly appreciated.I have tried using the below expression and yes it does hide the columns, but for everything. =IIf([PMAccountGroup.GroupCD] = 'Revenue', True, False)  Thank you,Catherine

Good day,I reused an import scenario to create new stock items.  I assumed it worked when it was used in the past however, I can be sure.  The error (as researched) states that my Inventory ID is over 30 characters.  However, I checked them; all less than 30 characters. Anyone have any suggestions?  What I should look at next?  Attached is the XML.We upgraded to 2023R2 last week.Thank you. 

Hello everyone,I need to create many purchase orders for a production order.How can I do that because the system only allows to create one purchase order and if I change the quantity, it does not suggest to create another purchase order. Thank you in advance. 

In our warehouse, only one lot/serial can be stored in a location at the time. In Acumatica is there a feature or method to limit the location to store only one lot/serial number?
