We have a stock item that is primarily manufactured, but can also be purchased / outsourced when required.Since the Item Master allows only one Replenishment Source, we would like to understand how MRP handles order quantities: If MRP generates a Manufacturing Order, does it use the Inventory Planning tab (min / lot size)? If the same item is planned as a Purchase Order, does it use the Vendor tab minimum order quantity? As per my understanding, MRP behavior is driven by the Replenishment Source, and standard MRP does not support planning the same item as both Make and Buy automatically with different order quantities.Please let me know if this understanding is correct or if there is a supported approach.

In Classic UI, I could duplicate Site Map records by assigning different Screen IDs and pointing them to the same URL. When I attempt to switch one of these duplicated records to Modern UI, I get the error below:I have one client in particular who leans extensively on the ability to duplicate out-of-box screens in order to assign them as unique Entry Points in GIs.

Hello everyone.I’m asking if someone can help me with this issue.I have a Processing screen where I have grid column that display an image based on a URL. The column type is Icon and the DisplayMode is set to Value. In the Classic UI, this works perfectly, but when I switch to the Modern UI, an error message appears while the screen is loading. (External URL has been specified. Parameter name: url)I searched for a solution, but I couldn’t find any way to add an image to a grid column in the Modern UI. It seems that only the <qp-image-uploader> tag can be used, and only inside a form. When I change the ItemImageURL with  the Acumatica stock item image URL, the screen opens, but the image is still not displayed Can someone help me with this issue?Thanks in advance.

We are experiencing a workflow issue related to Production Orders in Acumatica Manufacturing and would like clarification on expected system behavior.In our case: A Production Order was marked as Completed After completion, the system still allowed posting additional transactions, including Move transactions However, when attempting to Close the Production Order, we receive the following error: “Select a production order for which transactions are allowed according to the workflow.”We understand that Acumatica may allow late Labor or Material adjustments after an order is marked Completed, but we have not seen clear documentation confirming whether Move transactions are expected or supported after Completed status.Questions: Is it expected behavior that Acumatica allows Move transactions after a Production Order is marked Completed? If allowed, should this prevent the Production Order from being Closed later due to workflow validation? Is this considered a workflow limitation,

With the retirement of Authorize.net, we want to swap out Authorize.net as the payment processor in our BigCommerce platform and in its place use Acumatica Payments. Is there a guide somewhere for this? We already are using Acumatica Payments in Acumatica.  We now want to add it as the processor in BigCommerce. Patrick

Hi Everyone,I prepared a sample email template to send package information when a shipment is confirmed.Currently, our end users go to Shipment → Print Shipment Confirmation → Select Email Template → Send Email.I have already prepared the Business Events and added the <foreach> loop in the email, which is working fine at the moment. However, due to our business requirements, we would like to send the email through the above process, but it does not work as expected.I tested using the following syntax: <foreach view=""> <foreach view="Transactions"> Could you please review and advise on the solutions or steps to resolve the issue. Same email template works when I use the Business event  

Hi, I am doing an import bank transactions manually by uploading a CSV file. I have stated the beginning and ending balance, but when I create a new import bank transaction record for the same cash account, Acumatica doesn’t automatically set the beginning balance as the ending balance of the last statement. Could someone please explain clearly how this works? I would assume the system should’ve automatically detected last ending balance as the beginning balance for the current statement.

Hi,We frequently have customer invoices that are overpaid, and we handle the overpayment through a credit write-off, recognizing it as income.However, when we process the credit write-off for the overpaid amounts, the journal entry does not include the associated tax.Typically, the journal entry only debits Accounts Receivable (AR) and credits the income account. How should we handle this situation if we need the tax to be properly accounted for as part of the credit write-off?

Deposited payments are showing in Undeposited Payments reported. Can some one help me how to resolve this?

Hi CommunityCould someone please help me with the correct code for displaying a custom field in the Modern UI?I am trying to convert the custom field UsrItemRevision to Modern UI and display it on the BOM (AM208000) and Stock Item (IN202500) screens.I have already tried adding the field using TypeScript and HTML, but it does not work on these screens. Hi, we have a custom form that prints customer payment receipt and I want to pick up the branch details (Branch Name, address, ABN, phone) from the invoice. This is because they have invoices from different branches and pay it to the main branch. In this example, invoice branch is HCCVIC and the payment branch is in their main branch HDDDDForm is printed here and there are 2 invoices in same branch. I want to pick up the branch details from invoices. Currently it picks up from company detailsCurrent setup 

Hi, I am trying to import AP bills. The AP Bills are tied to a PO Receipt. As well as the vendor, I have the PO number & PO Receipt Line number. I am having an issue with trying to select the Add PO Receipt Line in the Scenario. The Document is being created but nothing else is happening.(If in migration mode, you cannot use the Add PO Receipt button) Does anyone have any solutions/ideas for getting this to work?Thank you in advance!Bill

Long-time Sage 100/Aatrix user attempting to file my first Acumatica-based 941.  Acumatica downloads the data, but on Verifying Data I receive the following error: The EIN in the AUF does not match the specified EIN for the user.  I have verified with Aatrix our EIN is correct (logged in and verified on the Aatrix website and verified with an Aatrix tech).Acumatica is passing either the wrong EIN or possibly a masked EIN (e.g., dash after the second digit as is common) or possibly a blank.  I have searched high and low and found no instances of errors or blanks in Acumatica setup.Anyone encountered this error and have a fix?

Is anyone having issues with Import Scenarios in 2025 R1? I have checked all my entries and continue to receive error messages. I checked with AI and here is what I received: Key insight: You are doing everything correctly: mapping, source fields, commit, key. The error is internal to Acumatica’s Stock Item Summary import path, not your file. This is a known issue for many versions (including 2024 R2 / 2025 R1).
