I have encountered an case where my client is sending POs from Acumatica to another company which is also using Acumatica. Because both companies are using the default Email Tags [ ] they are having issues communicating with each other as their emails are routing incorrectly. With the expansion of Acumatica clients I have a feeling that this is going to become a more common occurrence. Is there any plan in place to handle this type of issue? Aside from changing my clients Email Tags, which many of their other vendors are now used to, what can we do to resolve this communications issue?

I am trying to create a report where i am not able to get the Alternative ID a dropdown table. Alternative ID comes from INItemXRef table and for my report relevance, Soline table.Can’t seem to bring any of the table in the Alternative ID dropdown parameter by using any of the below  =Report.GetFieldSchema('INItemXRef.SubitemID,AlternateID')=Report.GetFieldSchema('INItemXRef.AlternateID')=Report.GetFieldSchema(‘Soline,AlternateID') in the View Name: field. Infact any thing put in View Name omits the Altenate ID parameter itself as seen in the picture.  Any Idea what could be done?

i have role Admin and have full access rights to report. Report have one parameter: Please help me. All report in system when i selected  is no data availible parameter. I think it's a permissions issue. But I also have administrator access and access control for report.

So, i want to create a request but why the name of employee can not be found only the customers.I create a request class with name employee, but still it can cot link to request. How to solve about this, cause i want to create a request demo by show the request is employee. Thank you

Hi everyone,I’m looking for advice on the best and safest way to purge data from Acumatica. Specifically, I’d like to remove older transactional records (such as Sales Orders, Invoices, and GL entries from past years) that are no longer needed for daily operations.I understand that transactional data often links back to the General Ledger and other master data, so simply deleting records could cause imbalances or impact historical reports. So we want to be extremely careful. Has anyone successfully purged old data while maintaining data integrity and proper audit trails? Are there any built-in tools, best practices, or third-party solutions you’d recommend? Is it better to archive certain data instead of deleting it entirely? If so, how? Any steps or precautions to take before doing a purge (such as closing financial periods or exporting data)? Thanks in advance for any guidance or experience you can share!

One of the import scenarios that we run has been producing a “divide by 0” error for some, but not all, of the processed lines. I’m not a 100% sure, but I believe the formula is the thing causing the issue. However, I don’t see any division equations in the formula. Hi, is there a known issue with GIs that are linked to Pivot Tables - v 2024R1/2024R2. I have a number of GIs that have Pivot Tables. When I try to unpublish the GI I get this. All the information on web points to going to Pivot Tables and deleting it, but it still returns the same error.  

Hello!When trying to create an Adjustment for Physical Inventory for an item that has been Transferred to a Project (Track by Project Quantity), the system throws the error “Insufficient Qty. On Hand”.The only resolution we can find is to transfer the qty. back to Project X, or delete the item from the PI Adjustment and manually create an Issue doc. instead.Am I missing something?

Hello,  We are trying to set up our Amazon Connector in Acumatica. The Product Link, Availability, and Sales Order work just fine. However, when the Shipment was confirmed in Acumatica, no records show up to sync when clicking Prepare Data. Does anyone know any special setup or tricks to get this shipment to show up to sync. It’s not that the sync fails… there isn’t anything to sync in the first place when there should be. Lastly, does anyone who uses this connector know how long it takes for the payment to sync over from Amazon seller central? Thanks in advance!

I am working on an SO Order generic inquiry that lists the Requested On field date as just Month Name (e.g. if date is 10/20/2025 the results should read October).  Here’s my GI edit and the resulting issue.

In most situations, if I have an order with two lines--one line that I have stock on, and one line that I don’t (and the order is set to Backorder Allowed), when I create a shipment it only has the item that I have stock on.We’ve found a small subset of shipments over the past year (as far as I went back) that, with the example order above, show both items but the item with no stock has a Shipped Qty on the shipment of zero.  I looked at audit detail and it wasn’t added and then changed--the system (we create most shipments from the Process Orders screen) created the shipment with two lines, one with qty and one without.We discovered this because one of our warehouse managers had a pick ticket with multiple zero qty lines on it; he asked if this was something that “broke” during our upgrade (we moved from 23R1 to 25R1 last month).  I dug deeper and found about 10 shipments each month this year with zero qty lines added.This isn’t necessarily a problem, but I’m really confused what the

Hello,under “all E-Mails” we have the tab “all records”. When i archive an e-mail in the “all records” list, the archived E-Mail is now visible under “archived E-Mails” but still also visible under “all records”.I want to build in an steady filter, that excludes the archived e-mails, so that archived e-mails are only visible under “archived E-Mails” and not under “all records” anymore, So to sum it up, i just want to exclude the archived e-mails under “all records”, without using an standard temporary filter. (Via graph extension for example).I dont want to do it like shown in the folliwing screenshot, because i dont want a new tab, i just want to edit the existing “all records” tab non-temporarily: How can i build the code to do that?Hope you can help. Greetings  

Hi Team,We have issue with purchasing to appointments.We used to be able to add the vendor to the appointment, but now the field FSAppointmentDet.POVendorID is locked for editing. This was needed so that on the Create Purchase Orders process screen (PO505000) we could filter by vendor and the appointments would all come up to select and generate a PO from the lines. This is xxxx who service many sites and we need one PO with many lines. Without the vendor in the appointment we have lost the ability to filter the process screen to create the PO. We noticed the Service Contract Schedule now has a vendor, which would work, except it doesn’t flow to the appointments so what is the point? Please see the below screenshots

Hi..in version 2022,  define user-defined fields  can be define as mandatory field. When we create user defined field as mandatory, example in AP Cheques and Payment screen. If we create Cheques and payment record from Invoice and Adjustment screen, we are facing error. So, due to this mandatory setup, feature to create record from original data is not working (requistion to Purchase order, Purchase order to invoice? Is there any walkaround solution to this?

Trying to recreate a form we have been using that is manually created and maintained.  The data we need for the form is all in an Acumatica Project or related tables.We have a need to render a series of checkbox fields from the project on the form with custom CSS to display a different design of a boolean field (0/1).When the field is checked the output should be a Green Box with the word “YES” in the middle.  If it is not checked, we want to show a Red Box with the word “NO” in the middle.Doing some research I’ve found references to using an embedded image and creating picture boxes for the YES and NO images. I have a report designed based on the historical inventory valuation and I would want to introduce a date range parameter instead of using the Period as is with the standard Acumatica forms. I have the report date field selected via the filter but when I run the report on data is extracted.Has anyone worked with an inventory valuation report where one can draw the date parameter range instead of using a period?
