We are currently Drop-Ship Purchase Orders in Acumatica for Items that are shipped directly from the Vendor/Manufacturer to the job site/customer site. Is there any way to track these drop-ship Purchase Orders in Acumatica once the vendor ship them? we are looking to understand whether there is any standard integration or a third-party plug-in available to track shipment and delivery status for drop-ship orders.Any input or best practices would be appreciated.

Hello Acumatica Team,We have a requirement to add a custom field in the Application History tab of the Payments and Applications screen. This field should be populated from the Blanket Sales Order CustomerOrderNbr and must be updated during Payment Release and Payment Capture.I attempted to override the Release action. When updating the value before the baseMethod call, the Application History (ARTranPostBal) View Details is not loading. When updating after the baseMethod call, the view loads correctly, but the value is not persisting. However, updating the value using PXDatabase.Update works as expected.I also tried using row events, but observed the same behavior with no success.Could you please clarify:Where the default logic for updating Application History during Release and Capture is implemented? Can we create a GI directly from a report. I want to make changes in the report and it is very hard with the report designer to do that. 

Hello - I’m having some issues with the Global Tax Settings tab of the Tax Maintenance form. Our client has recently updated to 25R2 and the modern UI, and when we update taxes, the Global Tax Settings tab seems to be missing all sorts of entries that used to be visible to us. For example, we used to be able to maintain the basic personal amounts for each province tied to our work locations, and those fields are now missing. They would be the Total Claim Amount fields for each province.I’ve searched the update notes and don't see anything related to this. I also thought that perhaps this was missing because I was setting up a tenant for production with no employees loaded yet, but our UAT tenant that has prior payroll data is also missing all of the field that we previously were using.I also went in and looked at the individual Employee Payroll Settings, and all prior values we had updated are still there, however the ‘Use Default’ checkbox that used to exist for some values (like the

Hi,Has anyone successfully removed prepayment and payment amounts from the calculation of the aging buckets on the AR Aging report. I have the report filtering out the prepayment and payment transactions so they do not show up on the report but those prepayment and payment amount are still showing up in the aging balances. I need to remove the prepayment and payment amounts from the aging balances. Thanks!

We have a specific use case regarding Equipment Time Cards: currently, when a time card is submitted, the system automatically generates transactions that post to both the General Ledger (GL) and the respective Projects. We would like to capture these costs within the Project module for tracking purposes only, without triggering a post to the GL. Is there a standard configuration or a workaround to achieve this?

Recently we have discovered a couple of automation schedules that use the new Email Notifications functionality on the report screen have stopped sending the emails in the last week.  they were working previously.  The automation schedule history shows that the schedule fired and was successful.  The attached report in question does not have any parameters, and runs without errors when run separately.  The email addresses are hard coded into the Email Template.  There is no record of the email on the All Emails screen.Has anyone else seen this issue?Thanks,Laura

Hi,We are using the Receive and Put Away function in Acumatica.When we scan in the Regular Acumatica Application (on our desktop), there are three distinct sounds for:Correctly scanned barcode Scanning error Release actionProblemWhen we scan in the Acumatica mobile app, there is only sound for correctly scanned barcodes. There is no sound at all for the other two (scanning error and Release action). Is there a setting in the Acumatica mobile app to enable these two sounds?

I’m attempting to add a parameter to a Dashboard for the Branch.  I will then use that parameter in the widgets for that dashboard.  (Goal is to get a branch-specific dashboard.) When I went to add the parameter, I’m not sure which Schema Object to use to find a field for the branch to use in the parameter.  Ideally, I’d like to have the parameter populated with a value for the Current Branch. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, We are working with the client on quotes being auto sent out of the system. The GI is built off of the CRQuote table and that is the entity we are trying to link the email activity to. Therefore it is not a join issue.  The schedule is auto processing and attaching the quote, but it will not write back to the CRPM Time Activity. Basically it is not creating the email activity as it should based on that entity field being linked.  See attached of where it should be writing to.  Attached  is proof of the email processing.  Anybody know why the link to entity is not working?  

I have the multicurrency accounting enabled. My loan account is in USD, but the funds went into my CAD account. I have exchange rates going into the system daily. It will not let me post to my CAD bank account. Or any other bank account.  I need help on a Sunday of course. I’m hoping someone sees this and can answer me.  I attached a screenshot 

I am trying to create a dashboard widget for unassigned opportunities from the Opportunities generic inquiry.The filter would be:    Opportunities having a status of open or new    Owner ID is empty.However when creating this filter, there is no option under the Ownder ID for ‘Is Empty’. Nether is there one for assignment date. Whe creating a chart using the AI Assistant on the above criteria, I see on the filter for the widget, the filter shows as follows:How does one replicate this on a widget such as the one I have tried to create form a dsshboard?

Hello all,I have been trying to fetch the GIs from Acumatica and push to Power BI. I installed the Power BI desktop version, created a new API user in Acumatica with admin and OData roles assigned.Selected Get Data → OData option in Power BI:  Entered in the URL:https://Application site domain/odataFYI, Its a multi tenant site. and then clicked on connect, after entering in the password:I tried to login using the “Basic” menu in the left pane also, but triggers the same error. Can anyone guide me on this how can I get this connected?The PowerBI username being used here is of UserType=API in Acumatica.Thanks.

First, I’m not even sure what I want here is possible, but seems like if it is this is the place.I’ve got a completely custom form that shows information about a linked products record. I’d like to have a grid that lists the notes, but have an option for a split screen that shows the detail of one field (aka the content of the note) adjacent to it and is displaying the note content for the selected row.Is this a possible thing? Desired content detail would display in the box with the arrow. 

I’ve got a custom field that is Int64. It’s holding a key value from another application. It’s correctly stored in the DB as 16 digits, but the UI only displays 14. This was the same in Classic UI, but I could force it to use display as a string and all was well (it’s rarely if ever entered by anything than the integration code or an Admin, so digit checking not important.)I was *hoping* that modern UI would ditch the 14 char limits, but seems like no. In a Sales Order, add the linked Purchase Order in the Sales Order line for each SO line item.  (SOline.PurchaseOrderNbr). If the PO Nbr was added in the SOLine DAC, you could have a Sales Order Generic Inquiry that listed Sales Orders with the associated PO for each line item in the Sales Order, thus enableing you to quickly check on Purchase Order when a customer calls to inquiry about a Sales Orders. Often, a Sales Order is assoicated with more than one Purchase Order and you would have the ability to display the associated PO with each line item on the SO.  

Does anyone have an example of an import scenario that will update the Lot Size and Min Order Qty for Supplier Inventory?  There are many items where multiple suppliers can supply the same stock item so it needs to be specific.

Hey, Gang - running into an odd result when creating an access role.  I need to have the Stock Items screen ONLY display the CROSS REFERENCE tab.  As it stands, revoking everything but the Cross Reference tab and a handful of other fields somehow still allows the GENERAL and RELATED ITEMS tabs to be visible - I ONLY want the Cross Reference tab.  Here’s what I didCreated a new role (IN X REF) and only gave access rights to the Stock Items screen in Inventory Next, I gave let the Cross-Reference container inherit the rights of the screen and gave the Inventory Item container the Delete access (this could easily have been View Only, but I had already tested that).   Then I revoked essentially everything in the Inventory Item container with the exception of a handful of fields. ​​​​​​​However, the General tab is still visible because of the Auto-Incremental Value field. I’ve noticed over the years that a string like .../(W(104))/… can be found in URLS, but I’ve never been able to determine what this indicates.  I can create a link without this section of the URL, however it resolves back with a number when the site comes up.  Can someone help me understand?
