I have a requirement to disbale access on the complete order action on the Sales Order form for some users. I tried to set the access as Revoke on the Access Right By screen form. The path I followed is Access Right by screen > Sales Orders > Sales Orders > Sales Order > Compelete Order.

Howver, Once I save the changes it will go back to the Inhertied status without revoking.

How can I update this.

TIA.

Hi @michellew86

At Sales Orders (number 2) -> Select select the Access Right of the Role you want to grant permission to as "Delete".

And in Sales Orders (number 3) -> Also select the Access Right of the Role you want to grant permission to as "Delete".

Finally, at Compelete Order -> Also select the Access Right of the Role you want to grant permission to as "Revoked".

Best Regards,

NNT

Just to add a general tip on troubleshooting Access Rights, I usually sign in to Acumatica in another browser then log in as the user I’m trying to modify.  Acumatica can get a little confused if you use the same browser with different tabs/users.

In this way you can make changes and test simultaneously.  Access Rights can get a little fiddly, so I definitely recommend working in a sandbox first!
