We are trying to create a new carrier for Easypost, and choose US units (Pound/Inch) for Carrier Units.  Both the LB (Pound) and IN (Inch) were defined in the Unit of Measure, however, only the LB is available for Pound, but the IN is not available for Inch in the Carrier Units section.  Does anyone experience the same issue?  Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. We are using 2024 R2 version.  Thanks...

Hi Everyone!Is there a way to set-up an item to only allow sales in specific increments? As an example, we might buy a roll of 1000’ of wire, but I only want to be able to use (via BOM) or sell (via SO) in increments of 100’. Is there a way to set that up?

I am in the process of implementing a client with multiple companies in multiple countries.I am trying to set each companu up with it’s own bas currency but I haven’t got the option to do so.I have seen comments about certain things need to be enabled on tenant level and also, that you need to purchase extra features.Where can I see the tenant features that are enabled and where can I see if the extra features is part of the current license? Regards,Carsten

Hi All,We are trying to create an attribute using the Selector control type for the BOX ID field on the Boxes screen. We know the Box ID field lives on CSBox DAC, however, when we select CSBox as a Schema Object, Box ID does not show as an available schema field to choose. We are on 25R2 and have created a selector attribute before, any thoughts on why box Id field does not show? Anything special with this DAC or field?Thanks! 

Hi AllI’ve noticed that since upgrading to 25R1, everytime I look at an audit history there are a mismatch in the times. The summary section at the top will show the correct time for my timezone and the detail section will show the UTC time (I am in a UTC -4 timezone). Has anyone else experinced this and is there a way to have this corrected, please?See screenshot below for reference.ThanksAmitSummary section show correct time to match timezone (UTC-4), detail section shows UTC Time 

I have a sporadic issue in WMS Receive and Put AwayOccasionally when a PO is number is scanned the screen shows a receipt has been create but the lines from the PO do not populate on the screen as expected.We are unable to determine the situation / status where this occurs vs does not occur Have you seen this issue ?  

Hello, I have added a barcode to Worksheet Picklists to show the barcode for the lot/serial number. However, this is viable even if there is no lot/serial number for the line item (although this barcode is not usable). I saw on another post to set the value under the Visible Expr in report designer, but I am failing to write the correct expression. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

Hi, i need help to set up company with 3 subsidiaries in 3 different countries. Therefore we will need 4 different base currencies, but 1 consolidated base currency for the group (USD). The 3 subsidiaries must also be able to report in their local base currency on day to day operations, including local taxes. 

In the Classic screen, I use an action to highlight (change the row color of) records in the grid based on the value of the UsrFRCanShip field. When I click the action, the row colors update as expected (see the screenshot below).   After migrating the screen using the conversion tools:  The screen loads correctly in Modern UI, but the action no longer applies the row coloring in the grid.  Could you please advise how to implement this grid row coloring behavior in Modern UI?

Hi All,We are trying to enable the audit history on the Sales prices screen AR202000.  We have it configured but when opening the audit history from the screen’s tools menu, nothing happens visually but when trying to navigate after, the site is slow and unresponsive until you close the browser window and reopen.  Does anyone have any insight as to what the issue might be? 

 Hi everyone,I’m now trying to do some modifications to the original screen without directly change it. I have defined a lot actions in the Graph ext, and I can see those actions if I choose to directly add the action definition in original ts file, but I need to keep those changes separately for further update. I tried to declare a new export class in an extension ts file and let it extends from the origin export class, but it did not work and I just can not see the action button here. Please let know if my idea is feasible or not? Hello!  We recently went live with Acumatica and are using the Acumatica Payments.  The embedded help information says that for a payment link to be automatically sent with an invoice a Processing Center must be selected.  - First screenshot I can’t find a way to default this processing center to ACuPay (or something that’s not blank).  Is there a way to do this or does our Billing Specialist have to populate this for each invoice?  - Second screenshot 

For eg:-FY 2023-2024 —> should remain Apr 1st 2023 to 31st Mar 2024 (No change)FY 2024-2025 —> Currently set as Apr 1st 2024 —> 31st Mar 2025,But we want it to end on Jun 30th 2025 instead of March 31 2025.Can you help me how to resolve this issue.We want FY 2024-2025 to become a 15 month financial year (Apr 2024 to Jun-2025)Thanks in advance

Has anyone run into this problem?We’re doing the normal billing on a service appointment in the Service Management Module. On this appointment when we “Run Billing”, we are given the error code “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. I’ve tried to trace it but have run out of ideas. 

Publish fails on sandbox for modern UI 25R2. I tried using modern UI editor, but error is still blank. This package works on staging and dev environment.  

Does anyone perhaps have an idea how to set up a Generic Inquiry that would be sent automatically on a daily basis to specific recipients via email and would include information about Sales Orders—specifically when the ship date was changed, what the previous ship date was, what the updated ship date is, and who made the change?Please note that Audit History is enabled for Sales Orders.

When making a transaction with API - is it possible to have it be created with Pending Approval status?When I add Hold= false to the request, it does that but it creates it without lines. With Hold = true it creates it with all the lines but status is on hold.Can it be created with status Pending Approval but with lines? Or is not possible because adding Hold=false prevents it from being editable and adding lines?

Hi all,I created a GI with pivots for my company that shows unit sales, $ and margin by period as in the past it was done by calendar month.All totals line up and even individual amounts add up as well. There is just one particular set of months from 2 fiscals ago where the units don’t show up same as the calendar date report but instead show up 2 periods later. I was wondering if this would go away if I used TranPeriodID? only thing is the TranPeriodID is formatted differently which causes the reports to show up as “20-2602” instead of “02-2026”. when I try to format it it then messes up the internal comparisons and none of the unit sales line up properly anymore. in short, is it fine to stick with FinPeriodID from ARTRAN? Joseph

Hello Experts                      Until now (2025R2) or before, is there a way to set the sales Price for FIFO item based on its layer cost.  Like for item A, we are having 3 cost layers on hand.   Like $10,$11, $9. Can we set fixed markup like $3. When the $10 stocks are sold out, the system will change the price from (10+3) to (9+3)?
