Hello all,

I have been trying to create a GI that will display the list of the customers whoes Customer class has an AttributeX added.

How can I do so? I’m getting a bit confused in here as I tried to use AttributeX contains CustomerClass ID under Relations tab but no use.

@Harry You can directly create and add all the attributes along with the Customer and Customer Class, then apply a filter to get the desired results.

Hi @mohammadnawaz51 ,

Can you showcase the same via screenshots? As I already did something similar but unsure.

Hi @Harry If I understood correctly, you can create a generic inquiry that shows all customers, and in the conditions tab, set conditions where Your Attribute is not empty. That way your GI will only show a list of customers if they have values in this new attribute field. Is this what you are looking for?

@Harry ,

what if you could try to create a join customer to customer class then customer class to CSAttributeGroup and then joining w.r.t Entity Type = Customer DAC, customer class to entity class & at last attribute ID.

Hope this helps!!

@Harry
If the above 2 comment@hsethia25  & @jzhu  don’t give you enough to work from.

Can you share either:
OPTION 1: XML
Just export the XML of the GI you’re trying to customise, that way someone can review it exactly

OR

OPTION 2: Screenshots of:
1) The Data Sources Tab
2) The Relations Tab
3) The Conditions Tab

And it will help people provide you with more definite advice.
