I have couple customization where in some I have the code base and others were published by old employee. I dont have access to those code. Is there a way to combine mine with other just by dll files?

We’re setting up the Customer Portal for one of our customers, and we want them to be able to choose from some of the Sales Order Order Types. Adding the SO type was easy, but now the customer has access to all SO Types. We want there to be some internal Order Types that the customer can’t select. Is this something that can be added? Would it be in the Order Type page or the Customization Projects?

Only some of our users are seeing this message. Is there a permission or something that throws this notice up? Thanks in advance.

I have an ARPayment object that has an PMInstanceID but this is an integer.  How do I retrieve the CardAccountNbr as shown on the Payments and Applications (AR302000) page? 

I completed the T210 course and proceeded to apply it to a real world use case where I need multiple custom fields attached to a specific class of Customer.  Rather than the user field approach, which will enhance Business Account and extend those fields to all related entities using the shared DB table, I want to use a custom table to limit the storage to Customers only. It doesn’t seem to work on Insert though.  Is there something additional that needs to be done to insert a new record in a custom table from a graph extension? I don’t remember doing that in T210 for the custom tab on the Stock Items screen. I have the PXDBDefault and PXParent attributes assigned.  Aren’t they supposed to facilitate insertion as well as other operations? On Create, with an explicitly assigned Customer code, I get the error “BAccountID can’t be null”, but if I manually insert a record from SSMS after create, everything works fine.What did I miss?  Thanks.Here is the start of the DAC definition:using Sy

Is there a way to set the Activity screen to not have the "Track Time and Costs" and "Billable" check boxes marked when creating a new activity from a project?  We would like to have it that the user would have to check the boxes if they apply instead of them automatically being checked to start.

Hello,Is there a way to set the “Export” button on screen AP305000 to only work one time? Long story short, we accidentally sent duplicate ACH files from our system because that button was clicked again after the ACH file had gone out. When I go to our Storage Details By Item Warehouse Location GI I initially get a list of all of the stock items as seen below But when I filter by warehouse, no stock items are found. II think the GI just got edited and messed up I wasn’t sure if there is an easy way to get the default settings for this GI?

What happened to "SELECT ON MAP” functionality? We just upgraded from 2023 R2 to 2024 R1 and the “SELECT ON MAP” button has disappered. We now have only “VIEW ON MAP”, which does not verify addresses as "SELECT ON MAP” did.

Is there a way to retrieve a stock item that was deleted in error?

When creating an email activity off of a Case record, an error is returned. Email cannot be saved or sent. When attempting, the following message displays: "An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext"." trace log exception message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". It is happening on every case currently.

Business event: Daily Appointment Status ReportTrigger by ScheduleRaise Event for Group of records – being the Branch Location. I have created a GI that group Appointments per Branch Location. I want all the Appointments per the Branch to be send out to the branch manager. The GI show data correct. The Grouping by records does not seem to perform how I expected this to work. I am expecting the Business event to trigger for a group of records and to send out one email containing the grouping records, i.e. table format with all the data per the grouping.The Business event triggers, however it send out an email per the Appointment and not per the Branch Location Is this possible or do we need to create a report or Velixo to group the data.

Hi everyone, We paid overpaid a vendor for an invoice.  The vendor sent us a check to refund the duplicate payment, and the check has been deposited in our bank account.  How do I enter this check in AR so it will be included in and match the daily deposit amount on our bank statement when reconciling the deposits in Acumatica?

Has anyone been able to successfully add FedEx Freight API into their system? We currently have two account numbers, one for small package and one for Freight. I have not been successful at adding a second plugin / carrier for FedEx Freight. 

We have a prospect that has two companies, one base in ROI and one based the UK. The 2nd ROI company does not hold any stock and all sales orders are supplied by the primary UK company. We’ve worked through using intercompany and believe it would work for them to a degree but ideally we would like the Intercompany Sales Order in the UK company to be dispatched to the customer address for the ROI company. If we select to raise the intercompany PO from the ROI company to the UK company as a drop ship PO, we cannot seem to generate the intercompany SO from the “Generate Intercompany Sales Orders” process within the UK company. This means the ROI company would have to theoretically “Receipt” the stock to their ROI warehouse to immediately despatch their customer sales order. This adds another level of admin the customer would like to avoid as they would like the paperwork from the UK company to have to delivery address of the ROI company customer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

I am trying to uncheck boxes on Item Warehouse Details that had previously been set to allow for Reorder Point input - now client wants override removed  But 0  I cannot get import scenario to remove the check - import runs with no error - but does not remove check 

I'm working on an inquiry screen that's mostly a copy of the Inventory Summary screen (IN401000), but I'm trying to open it up across branches. The existing screen does its search within a private method of the graph that contains a lot of code that builds up the results in buckets and aggregates, concatenates, and totals it. I subclassed that graph, and overrode the protected level to wrap it in a PXReadBranchRestrictedScope, but it's not returning data from multiple branches. The results are returned in a special Result IBqlTable class that is filled manually and doesn't have a BranchID defined, so I created a cache extension that adds it, and I fill it manually. So right now, I'm guessing that either the private method is ignoring the PXReadBranchRestrictedScope, or it doesn't work when BranchID is on an extension of the result class. How do I access submittals on the mobile app?

Hello all! Some client are reporting that their clients are receiving their AP EFT Remittance as .dat and not .pdf.Some measures I took were to force it in Acumatica to the following settings : I also verified the Business Event and it is set to PDF. Is there something I’m missing? 

I am struggling to find how to give a role access to add vendors to stock items, What node/nodes do I need to add insert rights to?
