System email setup - Unable to read data from the transport connection

Hello,

I am able to successfully log in after setting up the new system email and external application in Acumatica.  They have 2 factor authentication and as I said, I was able to do the initial sign in from Acumatica.  When I hit TEST of the system email it fails with this message.

 

Any thoughts?

The issue you're experiencing is likely caused by using the wrong port in the configuration of your system email account.

This error can be resolved by enabling the Encrypt Connection (SSL) option on the email account.
