In mobile app we have a appointment listing screen under services.We need to add project and default project task field in listing screen.I am able to open listing screen in app but I cannot find any existing listing screen in mobile app customization screen.Web portal screen ID: FS3002PL So, I added it. I am not following how can we access this screen and how to add fields.

Does anyone have a way to apply the depreciation cap for luxury passenger autos?  The IRS has guidelines they release each year with the annual limits for the depreciation deductions.  I do not see a provide method for this nor do I see a way to set a series of max annual deduction amounts in the method even if we created a new method.  Thank you,

How can I fix the issue where a 2-step transfer purchase receipt document still shows the quantity in the "Transfer" stage even after the purchase receipt has been released?I checked the transfer document, and it shows the receipt quantity as zero, while the transfer quantity still has a value. The document is released.In the backend, the INItemPlan table has an entry for the lot/serial number(s) with PlanType 42.Additionally, the INTransitLine table contains an entry pointing to the transfer document related to the purchase receipt.I attempted to fix the issue by deleting the records from INItemPlan and INTransitLine tables and running "Recalculate Inventory," but this did not resolve the problem.How can I properly fix this issue?

 I have developed a custom report which takes shipment number as parameter. when the report is run manually it works as expected. I need to load this report via an action in shipment screen. to do that I added an action as bellow. when click on that action button it opens a new tab and give the null reference error. I tried changing the configurations f the parameter in the report, but nothings work yet. I have attached the report also with this.Following is the Action

We have occasional orders coming in from our eCommerce platform with addresses using foreign characters and erroring in Acumatica.  Is there a way to allow additional alphabet characters to be added to the allowed characters in Acumatica?

This Import Template has been used before but i can’t figure out what it is blanking out the Product Manager field on the stock item record rather that copying over it.  my goal is to mass update this field    Below is the Import Scenario.   My Import Template has the three field required and i am getting no errors.  it just blanks out the Product Manager rather than putting in the new value.  Note: I added Description to the template because is kept asking for it even though it is not in the scenario.  

I have a business event I’ve been fighting with for a few days.  It works in our Sandbox.  The purpose is to move a debit adjustment from one vendor to another by creating a credit adjustment tied to a clearing account, and applying that credit adjustment to the original debit adjustment and then creating a new debit adjustment on the new vendor.It’s driven by a UDF on the APInvoice.  In Sandbox, the user fills in the destination vendor number on the UDF, and the system sees the new value (the BE is setup to monitor all fields on the GI, and trigger when “Record Inserted”) and the BE fires.I copied (exporting the GIs to XML) everything from Sandbox to Live, and it refuses to fire.  I can change the BE trigger to be Action, and then go into the GI and fire off the action from the … menu and it works perfectly.  But if I change it back to trigger by record change (Insert), like it is in Sandbox, it fails.The GI does have a join that links the UDF to the Vendors table (UDF Value = Vendors

Hi everyone,I am trying to restrict the Order Number field from certain roles and it seems to not be working, I don’t understand what could be the reasons to further investigate. At the moment I have it as view only and it works in the side panel but not on the same tab, new tab, or popup screen method.Could anyone shed some light to help? Below is the screenshot where I have restricted to view only. We are currently opening a new branch dedicated to mechanical maintenance of vehicles (Appointments). We are looking for a solution to re-invoice these appointments to customers, whether internally (for the fleets of the different branches) or for external customers.I started exploring Acumatica, but I noticed that there are several concurrent windows, such as Equipment (FS205000) and Vehicles (FS203600).I read the help but it does not allow me to understand the distinctions.I want to be able to track costs on my vehicles. I want to be able to see if I change the same part too often (warranty/claim to the supplier) I want to be able to do periodic monitoring (inspection every 4 months for example) In addition, it seems that a vehicle cannot be used as target equipment. Do you know why?Could I extend a vehicle to a Target equipment?Does anyone here have a good command of this suite and could guide me?

I am trying to make an import scenario to update posted cash transactions to show them as cleared with a cleared date from a file. I see where screen CA.30.30.00 allows me to manually do this process. However, I can’t make an import scenario to accomplish this. Has anyone had any success with this? Ideally we will receive a file from our bank nightly. This will run an automatic file sync and import scenario to update these records daily. So far I haven’t been able to accomplish doing any updates during an import scenario I've tested for CA.30.30.00. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached one example of what I'm going to update for testing.If this isn’t possible, how else are people importing the cleared data automatically?  

When referencing an email address in a notification message, is it possible to use a mailto: link in the message? If I use mailto: in a link in the richtext visual mode, it prepends an http:// in front of it when saved.  If I edit as html, it removes the mailto: when saved.

Hello Acumatica community!We are rather new with Acumatica but have been receiving some complaints from users when entering Sales Orders in the system because the codes entered don’t match with the selection the system does, especially comparing with the previous system.When entering inventory items in the Sales Order screen (SO301000) using the inventory ID code the search return a result from the description found in the middle of the string instead of the first few characters, so the user ends up selecting the wrong code. The user was expecting to have the same results as he entered. Below, when searching for ef1 the first expected option would be “EF1 - EF1” and not “DXPT1-EF1”, thus rendering the problem.We found out that by changing the “Search Condition” in the site preferences, the behavior of the field is the one we would like. We have created a custom view which has been published to our database for use as a table on reporting. I have linked it in reoprt SO644000 (Pick List) but it is not working properly. We will call this view ViewX. The goal is to pull the COO column value into the Pick List report (SO644000). This view is linked to SOShipLine.InventoryID using field ViewX.InventoryID. When I run the report, it appears to only pull in the COO value for the first line item in the report detail section. Based on the ViewX data…Row 1 for item 1219870 correctly shows the COO value of TW.Row 2 for item 7X0818 does not pull in the COO value of CA...it instead repeats TW (which is incorrect for line #2). Is this a grouping, sorting, or other issue in the report schema? I’m new to Acumatica and I have not been able to find anything pointing to a possible solution. 

Does anyone use or know if you can have multiple revisions for a stock item that you can make active or inactive, etc just like the Bill of Material module allows you to do?

I am trying to create a generic inquiry that would show the changes of a specific field, where on the GI a column shows what it was before, and what it is after the change.This field is enabled for audits. I checked both AuditHistory and AUAuditValues DAC, both data source contains information like change date or what field was modified, but it does not actually show the old and new value of the field.Are the changes in audit history reportable? If so, what DAC should I be looking at that would show the actual value changed?Thanks!

Hello experts,A user gets “undefined: cannot set properties of null ( setting 'lastCompany')” error message when they try to drill down into the details of the monthly P&L. We are unable to replicate it even when you sign in as the user. They only get it when they sign into Acumatica with their profile. This happening to one user and report is a custom oneAny ideas?

What is the best way to have the system apply a particular set of prices to an opportunity based on the class or attribute of the lead or opportunity ?It seems to bring in the base price of the item until the opportunity is linked to a Business account and after linking the business account to a price class.It seems a long way around. Thanks James 

 I have 2 Field Attribute Custom: Name and Short Description (using customization Project).On the Import Scenarios page, I added the mapping to 2 Fields Name and Short DescriptionAt Data providers I also added 2 fieldsHowever, I use Import by Scenario to import my items into stock items.Then the Import items successfully but the two Field Attribute Custom are Name and Short Description it is null. I don't know if I was wrong or where the config was missing? But my Attribute Custom Fields cannot set Value?
