Im trying to import 1 decimal value (a quantity of a kit at a particular location) from a GI table that has parameters. I dont know how to convert from the result to a single value? Im seriously struggling with trying what i think is quite simple. Ive created a PXProjection DAC and Im just trying to multiple a field by a constant (for now). The PXFormula field of DfltCompQtyCalc keeps returning null no matter what I try? It works when I remove the Multiply<> operator. Also if I just define the PXFormula<index1>.. I get a list of 2’s so the constant is fine also? We’ve created a simple BLC object named SOShipmentMutex. Good day When uploading images on the mobile app, sometimes the images will not sync. There is also no option to sync the uploaded files. It looks to be a caching issue. Has anyone seen this issue before or know if I can implement a setting on the phone to resolve this?Please see below video.  This is a custom development screen, but as far as I know the image upload is built in.Acumatica version: 23.106.0050 

Once an opportunity is created, the corresponding business account is no longer editable.I would like to customize this to allow that to be changed in certain circumstances.can I do this by just overriding the field with an allowupdate=true or something similar? will this break anything? And as a general question, is there a good way to determine if a change like that will cause problems? I understand sometimes Acumatica does this sort of thing as a dependency, and other times they’re just enforcing a workflow preferenc Thanks! 

Hi,I have observed in 2024 R2, when we provide the parameters to Run report, it has to provide the parameters by searching it in the list of values. Previously when using report filters, while entering data the system would show a dynamic drop down box with applicable items. Now it shows as if no applicable items are available even though when the search icon for the filter is clicked the pop up table shows the applicable item. As an example, when we run the inventory balance report for a particular item or a particular warehouse, when we type the warehouse name halfway it will not suggest the existing warehouses with the types key letters even though it is available in the system. Instead we have to click on the search icon and select the warehouse from the list. Is there way we can get the warehouse or items suggested like before.  Thanks!

Hi! Is there a GI or report in Acumatica that shows all transaction type by vendor? All transaction including purchase order, bills, payments, etc. Similar on the customer side as well. The goal is to be able to filter by vendor name and the transaction type, then the GI or report will display all transactions related to that vendor. I tried creating a GI that links the purchase order table and bills and adj table together by vendor but that did not work. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated!Thanks!

Prior to our 2024r2 upgrade we were able to relate these tables via:INCostStatus.costSiteID = INLocation.locationID.Now the INCostStatus.costSiteID field appears to contain the INSite.SiteID instead.Anybody know how to relate the INCostStatus table to the INLocation table?Note - We are FIFO costed.Thanks,Brett    

Hello, I was looking to build a GI replica/version of the data that the Inventory Summary inquiry screen provides. Basically, the same data but not filtered down to only one stock item at a time. I need to see this data for all stock items at once, and the stock item GI is not simple to add these additional fields to since the tables are so different and it’d increase the rows. The inventory summary screen however, which, see below:  When inspected for customization, it has a “filter” table and a “results” table:  And both of these tables I can’t figure how to build off of since they expect a filter in order to populate data. But I need to see the same data (all warehouse locations of the stock item + their on hand QTY and the unit cost in that location) WITHOUT the filter down to one stock item at a time applied. I tried guessing from documentation and pulling INsite and INtran both those didn’t give me the right cost or locations.  Does anyone have guidance on how to recreate this to

I have an item on a Sales Order that we are trying to ship out. I created a move transaction and completed it with no issue but it does not show up in the Allocated qty on the sales order. When I went to go manually allocate this item, I see that the Related Document is still the Production Order itself and not the move transaction and the item does not allocate manually through the Line Details either. How do I go about getting this onto the shipment? We have shipped 4/5 already and are looking to ship the final 1. Line 8 is the line in question.Thank you! 

Hi,We are a construction company that job costs everything. We were set-up to have our non-stock items like Materials and Equipment to require receipt and shipment but it seems like it would be easier since we job cost everything to take off those requirements and just create an AP bill against the PO when it’s received.Is that what other construction companies are doing and/or is that best practice? Any adverse consequences that I’m not thinking about changing our set-up/process?Thanks for any insight anyone can provide.

The end result it to be able to filter the converted field using the built in “From, To”” calendar function provided for data fields of date type. Not sure what's not allowing the from and to functionality since the field has been converted to a date type.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to approach the labor costs when running mutiple production orders in parallel. In the shop an employee start a machine in a work center. They then have to monitor that machine until the job is complete. An employee is capable of monitoring several machines in the work center at once ( will be using "Multiple Production Clock Entry”  to support this part). As it is the direct labor rate is read from the work center. So if an employee clocks multiple jobs at the same time the full labor rate is assumed for each production order… For example if the work center has a labor rate of $30/hr and an employee is running 3 jobs at once this will count as a grand total of $90/Hr. In reality we want the labor rate to be variable so that the rate is considered in context of parallel jobs… If the employee is running 3 jobs in parallel then the rate should become $10/hr since the work center has 3 jobs active at the same time. Has anyone else solved

There are times where my QA team allows a product to have the expiration date extended after testing, but once the expiry date is extended the original expiration date is gone from all of my current GIs. I want to build a report / GI that shows how many times a lot has had and extension and from what day to what day but I can't find a table that has that data. Thanks for your help

When I go to the Print Production Orders screen (ScreenId=AM511000) and select the production orders that I want to print, they all print with the same BoM Description even though they should be different. The production tickets look spot on other than that. Is this a known issue?

When we try to open/print the Sales Orders or Shipment confirmations, the website throws the following two errors. They both seem to be related to the same issue, but I’m not sure where to fix this issue. Any advice on how to fix?Error Log for Shipment ConfirmationError Log for Sales Orders
