I need to dynamically break the page in a report based on transaction volume. The default printing height is 20 cm. When the transaction volume exceeds 20 cm, the report should break after the end of all transactions. Similarly, if the transaction volume is below 20 cm, the report should break after the end of the last transaction before reaching 20 cm.How is this possible?

We maintain nearly all of our pricing at the customer level  (very few at Base level and none at a Customer Price Class level) and the inventory ID has all of our customer cross-references.  When we setup the sales price profile for a customer/inventory ID combination the Alternate ID does not populate if we create the line and enter using the inventory ID.  But if we enter the Alt ID in the inventory ID field, it will replace the Alt ID with the proper inventory ID and populate the Alt ID with the correct Alt ID (b/c we have the box checked to do so on the Accounts Receivable preferences tab.)  Is this a bug that the alt  ID is not populated when using the inventory ID or is the Alt ID only serve functionally to allow you to load pricing using the alt ID rather than a stock item?   Thanks for any help.  

Hi,A client has recently requested that the Source field in the Contacts screen (first image below) be made mandatory as they are wanting to do some reporting on this field. However, now that it is a required field, users can no longer create a contact via the Business Accounts screen as the dialog box doesn’t have a Source field option for them to fill out. They receive the error shown in the third image below when trying to create a new contact via this method.For now, I have told them to create contacts in the Contacts screen and assign the relevant Business Account, but they would like to still be able to add contacts in the Business Accounts screen.Is there a way to add the Source field to this dialog box and ensure the Create Contact process still works as expected? I had a look in the customisation project and I can only choose a small number of fields, as shown in the second image below.Let me know if I can provide any extra information.Kind regards,Andrew

Hi,I created a cost budget line item and created a Project Drop Ship PO on a stock item. I applied a PO Receipt and entered the A/P Bill for the PO. However, Acumatica is creating a duplicate line item like below: but when the expense is allocated to the project via A/P it’s offsetting against the correct line item below:Here are my project preferences on drop shipments:  What I am I doing wrong? HI, We have created an employee time card and created a Pro forma invoice.In Pro forma Invoice we have changed the Qty to invoice as less amount.We changed the line status to "Hold Remainder".When we ran the next billing, the system created 2nd invoice lines as we expected.However, the remaining qty(From the Previous bill) relevant lines have been duplicated.Could we stop this duplication? Attached is the screenshot.

Good day.I am not sure what the problem is for the Row Set (ALLACCOUNTS).  I have three accounts that are not showing on the TB and TB Roll ARM Reports.Accounts: 85425/85450/85475.  I thought if I fixed Code 00135 with the Value =@00135*-1. It fix the issue.  No luck.  Any suggests.  I would to not have to fix this when Accounting adds new accounts.   

We have a large number of refunds to write off, the refunds are coming from Shopify→ Acumatica, Is there is a Best process to handle this scenario? I have seen a below article but Looking for additional suggestions. Currently I have created a credit memo for 0.01 and applied to refund to close the document.

We have a Call Sales Report in Report Designer that shows all of the notes/comments a sales rep has entered based on a date range. When the report is put into production and brought up as an axd the full report does not show. Clicking on the HTML also reveals that a major portion of the report is missing as the report should be several pages long, but only one page shows up. Even exporting the report as a PDF has missing parts of the report. In the Report Designer → Common Settings, PdfCompressed = TRUE, PDFFontEmbedded = TRUE, PrintAllPages = TRUE, ViewPDF = TRUE. I’ve tried using the ConvertHtmlToText = False, that cut off the headers (headers have the account number and business name for each visit) for each days entrys. CanGrow = True, CanShrink = True, CanSplit=True. Any suggestions as to how this can be fixed will be appreciated.

We are applying Shipping Discount in Shopify, however, the shipping discount amount sync to Acumatica as an unpaid balance.  Does anyone know how to map the shipping discount to a field in Acumatica so that the shipping discount amount will be waived?  Thanks...

Over here in Australia, Acumatica goes under the brand of MYOB Advanced. As a developer we’ve been told that MYOB are wanting to remove support for SQL Views in lieu of the new features in 2024r1 whereby GI’s can now use other GI’s as input tables. This is very useful and will go a long way to removing the need for SQL Views however… I have multiple (reasonably compex) SQL Views with corresponding DAC’s and several sub-tables. I then use the result to display data on the sales order screen. Hi,Is it possible to override release action in Fixed Asset Transaction screen? For now, the standard is can release if Transaction Amt >0 , but now i want to change the function so that it can release even though Transaction Amount = 0. Is it will effect others transaction?

We have encountered an issue with PayPal Express checkouts that we are eager to resolve. As a result, we are seeking assistance and suggestions on how to address this problem.When customers opt for PayPal Express checkouts, the connector combines the street and house number into a single field. However, in Haufe, we maintain street and house number as separate entities. Therefore, we are in need of a solution to convert the incorrect data format from something like "[Sample Street 374]" to the desired format of "[Sample Street]” “[374]". Is there a feasible way to achieve this, and if so, what would be the recommended approach or is there maybe a customization project already out there in the wilds to use?Your input and guidance would be greatly appreciated.  

In Order Types preference screen, I have added a custom field as usrCompanyAcctCD. In that user will select a company for each order type. This is the use case.Stock Item   ABCBOM    ABC has 1 outside process for welding.BOM ABC containsStock Item 1,Stock Item 2,Stock Item 3StepsCreate Production order for ABC Create Purchase Order for ABC Create Vendor Shipment (this shipment should have Stock Item 1,2,&3 being shipped to outside process vendor).  but when i create the vendor shipment from the production order it only has the Stock item ABC on the shipment not the components).   The ABC item is the item i should be receiving back into inventory from the vendor.I am missing a step or have the steps being done incorrectly.  What should the proper work flow be?

Hi, When using the Create PO process to create drop ship purchase orders from Sales orders that are Marked for PO what is the logic for selecting the Supplier location. Item Warehouse replenishment is configured with a “Drop-shipment” replenishment source and an Override Supplier and Override Supplier Location, but the Supplier location is not always correctly used. The supplier location can be changed in the create process but we need to automate the process. 

I can’t find a way to mass remove the hold box - does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere or any mass action to remove hold on Employee Time Activities? All we need is the time activities that sync from WFG to be completed and then can use mass action to RELEASE them in screenID EP507020
