Acumatica RQRequisition.Status defines Closed status as…

  • Closed: Reflects that the requisition was fulfilled and the requested items were received. The requisition gets this status if the order quantity is zero for all items in the requisition.

However, my test requisition is still in Released status even after receiving the purchase order that is linked. I went as far as creating the Bill and Releasing it. I also made sure that the linked Sales Order is shipped, created Invoice, and Release AR Invoice. I feel like I’m missing something, does anyone have any ideas?

There is not a way to change the status to ‘’closed‘’. It is an incorrect info on Help article.

This has been corrected in 2025R101: ‘’The documentation was updated with information that there is no more Closed status for the Requisition document. The final terminated status for requisition is the Released status.’’

Just want to confirm there is no open quantity remaining and the linked PO is in either ‘completed’ or ‘closed’ status?

I can see RQRequisitionLine still has an Open Qty which is probably causing the status, but the purchase order and sales order were create from the Requisition (Req Ref Nbr on purchase order, sales order is linked to PO), and yes po is closed see image in post.

You are correct - if there is still an open qty the requisition will remain open regardless of the PO status.

Maybe I should rephrase the question then, Why is there still an open qty even though a linked po has been received?
